【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のように移送ラインの終端部と定盤台車の戻しラインの始端部にそれぞれリフト装置を設ける設備においては、2基のリフト装置が設けられ、それに伴う付帯機器も種々必要になるため設備構造が複雑になると共に設備のタイムサイクルも遅くなり、さらにリフト装置の作動ストロ−クが長くなるため、これに対応するピットを掘りこのピット内にリフト装置を設置しなければならない等設備費用が嵩む問題もあった。
本発明は上記の問題に鑑みて成されたもので、鋳枠と定盤台車との分離、移送を1基の駆動機により行い得る簡単構造の鋳枠・定盤台車移替え設備を提供することを目的とする。

上記の目的を達成するために本発明における鋳枠・定盤台車移替え設備は、上部に鋳枠を載せた定盤台車に対し、下位に該定盤台車を載置するレ−ルラインの終端部を位置させて設けると共に上位に該鋳枠に係合するロ−ララインの始端部を位置させて設けた分離ステ−ションと、前記レ−ルラインに対し間隔をおくと共に高さレベルを一致させて並設された戻しレ−ルラインの始端部に対応する位置とを結ぶ下部位置間に、メインフレ−ムを前記戻しレ−ルラインの外側位置を中心にして水平状態から回転下降傾斜可能にして設け、該メインフレ−ム上部に、前記分離ステ−ション下部位置と前記戻しレ−ルラインの始端部に対応する位置間を往復移動する走行台車を配置し、該走行台車上に、高さレベルを前記レ−ルライン及び戻しレ−ルラインのレベルに一致させた受けレ−ルを設けたことを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて詳しく説明する。図において上部に鋳枠1を載置した定盤台車2に対し、注湯位置から延設されて前記定盤台車2を載置するレ−ルライン3が下位に設けられ、その上位に前記鋳枠1が係合されて前記レ−ルライン3から離れる方向に延びるロ−ラライン4が配設されていて、該レ−ルライン3とロ−ラライン4の重なる部位を定盤台車2の分離ステ−ション5として構成している。
さらに前記レ−ルライン3に対し適宜の間隔をおくと共に高さレベルを一致させて定盤台車2の戻しレ−ルライン6がその始端部に対応する部分を前記分離ステ−ション5に対応させて並設されている。

前記分離ステ−ション5の外側下部と戻しレ−ルライン6の始端外側下部には高さの異なる(分離ステ−ション5側が低く、戻しレ−ルライン6側が高い)支柱7、8が基礎から立設されている。
該分離ステ−ション5側の低い支柱7には上端において下向きにされたシリンダ9が回転可能にして設けられており、戻しレ−ルライン6側の高い支柱8には上端に軸受10が設けられ、該軸受10には前後方向に延びる回転軸11が回転自在にして軸支され、該回転軸11にはスイングア−ム12の一端が固着吊設されている。
前記シリンダ9の下端と、スイングア−ム12の下端には横方向に延びるメインフレ−ム13が連結されていてシリンダ9が縮引状態で図1、図2に示すようにメインフレ−ム13が水平状態にされ、シリンダ9が伸長状態で図3、図4に示すようにスイングア−ム12が回転軸11を中心に右側に若干上昇スイングされると共にメインフレ−ム13のシリンダ9側が下降されて全体として回転下降傾斜される構成にされている。

前記メインフレ−ム13の上部には、左右に延びるレ−ル14が敷設されており、該レ−ル14上には正逆回転モ−タ15の作動によりチェ−ン15Aを介して前記分離ステ−ション5と戻しレ−ルライン6の始端部位置間を往復移動する走行台車16が載せられている。
また該走行台車16上にはメインフレ−ム13が水平状態で、前記レ−ルライン3の高さレベル及び戻しレ−ルライン6の高さレベルと一致する定盤台車2の受けレ−ル17が取付台18を介して敷設されている。
さらに該取付台18の中央上部には、定盤台車2をクランプ固定するためのクランプユニット19が設けられている。
なおメインフレ−ム13の上部両端部には、走行台車16の移動を制御(定位置停止)するストッパ20が設けられている。

このように構成されたものは、図1において戻しレ−ルライン6に対応して位置された受けレ−ル17上の定盤台車2がクランプユニット19による取付台18との固定が解除され、図示されない押出しシリンダにより押し出されて戻しレ−ルライン6に送り出された後正逆回転モ−タ15が作動して受けレ−ル17を設けた走行台車16を分離ステ−ション5の位置に移動させる。
次に上部に鋳枠1を載置した定盤台車2がレ−ルライン3から分離ステ−ション5の位置に移送されて、鋳枠1がロ−ラライン4に係合されると共に定盤台車2が受けレ−ル17上に移し替えられて図2の状態になる。
次にクランプユニット19が作動して定盤台車2が取付台18にクランプ固定された後シリンダ9が伸長作動してメインフレ−ム13が回転軸11を中心にスイング回転されて下降傾斜され、鋳枠1と定盤台車2との分離がなされて図3の状態になる。

この状態で鋳枠1は、図示されない押出しシリンダによりロ−ラライン4に送り出されると共に正逆回転モ−タ15が逆作動して走行台車16、取付台18、受けレ−ル17及びその上部に固定された定盤台車2を戻しレ−ルライン6に対応する位置に移動させて図4の状態のされた後シリンダ9が逆作動してメインフレ−ム13が水平状態にされ、図1の状態にもどり、以下上記と同じ作動を繰り返し行う。

なお上記実施例においては定盤台車2は種々のレ−ル(ライン)3、6、17に載置されるようになっているが定盤台車2を単なる定盤とし、レ−ル(ライン)3、6、17側をロ−ラ(ライン)にして、定盤をロ−ラで受けるようにしてもよい。
さらに上記実施例では分離ステ−ション5において鋳枠1と定盤台車2との分離を行うようにしているが逆に戻しレ−ルライン6を搬入ステ−ションにし、ここから定盤台車2を搬入し、ロ−ラライン4から鋳枠1を搬入するようにし、上記分離ステ−ションの位置をセットステ−ションにしてここで鋳枠1を定盤台車2上にセットするようにしてもよい。
また上記実施例においてはメインフレ−ム13の回転下降傾斜をスイングア−ム12を介してスイング回転を行うようにされているが回転中心をメインフレ−ム13に直接位置させて、ここを中心に回転下降傾斜させるようにしてもよい。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上記の説明から明らかなように、上部に鋳枠を載せた定盤台車の分離に際し、分離ステ−ションと戻しレ−ルラインの始端に対応する位置下部間に、メインフレ−ムを、戻しレ−ルライン側を中心に回転下降傾斜可能にして設け、該メインフレ−ム上に分離ステ−ションと戻しレ−ルラインの始端に対応する位置間を往復移動する走行台車を配置し、さらに該走行台車上に定盤台車を載置する受けレ−ルを設けた構成にしたから、鋳枠と定盤台車との分離を1基の駆動機(シリンダ)により行うことができるようになり設備が簡素化されると共にピットを設ける必要もなくなる等設備費用を大幅に削減できる効果がある。
