Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a laterally extending window in which a shoji is extended on a window frame and attached to an indoor / outdoor direction by an arm.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There has been proposed a side-out window shown in Japanese Patent No. 2546620.
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the laterally extending window includes a window frame 1, a simple mounting piece 3 attached to the vertical frame 2 of the window frame 1, a shoji 4, and a vertical gutter 5 of the shoji 4. An attached stay (slip-out arm) 6 is provided, and an attachment member 7 of this stay 6 is fitted to the simple attachment piece 3 from the in-plane direction, and in this state, the attachment member 7 is vertically framed with a screw 8 for temporary fixing. Then, the mounting member 7 is permanently fixed to the vertical frame 2 and the shoji 4 is attached to the window frame 1.
The above-mentioned lateral extending window can be temporarily fixed by a single worker holding a shoji, and subsequently, the shoji can be attached to the window frame by a single worker.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above-mentioned horizontal extending window is fitted to the simple mounting piece 3 mounted on the upper portion of the vertical frame 2 by moving the mounting member 7 of the stay 6 from the bottom to the top. There is a possibility that the member 7 falls out of the simple attachment piece 3.
[0004]
For this reason, when the mounting member 7 is fastened to the vertical frame 2 with the temporary fixing screw 8, the handshoulder 4 is fastened while being held by the operator so that it does not fall. Will support all, and the temporary fixing work is troublesome.
[0005]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a sideways window that can solve the above-described problems.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The first invention is a laterally extending window in which a protruding arm 24 is attached across the vertical frame 13 of the window frame 10 and the vertical frame 23 of the shoji 20,
On the inner surface 13a of the vertical frame 13, the receiving member 14 that supports the lower end of the window frame mounting member 28 of the raising arm 24 is attached.
An engagement hole 40 is formed in the upper frame 11 of the window frame 10,
A locking member 32 is attached to the upper end of the window frame mounting member 28 to be elastically displaced by an external force and engage with the engagement hole 40 to connect the upper end of the window frame mounting member 28 and the upper frame 11. This is a horizontal window.
[0007]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the receiving member 14 is a laterally extending window that supports the lower end portion of the window frame mounting member 28 so as not to move indoors and outdoors.
[0008]
According to a third invention, in the first or second invention, the receiving member 14 supports the lower end of the window frame mounting member 28 so as not to move in the direction of the left and right vertical frames 13 of the window frame 10. It is a window.
[0009]
[Operation]
According to the first invention, the operator holds the shoji 20 by hand, supports the lower end portion of the window frame attaching member 28 in contact with the receiving member 14 attached to the vertical frame 13, and uses the supporting portion as a fulcrum for the window frame. By swinging the mounting member 28 together with the shoji 20 to the indoor side, the locking member 32 can be engaged with the engaging hole 40 and temporarily fixed.
Therefore, when temporarily fixing, the weight of the shoji 20 starts up and is supported by the window frame 10 via the arm 24 and the receiving member 14. Therefore, when the window frame attaching member 28 is temporarily swung with the shoji 20 and temporarily fixed. The operator only has to move the shoji 20 by hand to the room side, and does not need to hold the shoji 20 so as not to fall.
Therefore, the temporary fixing work when attaching the shoji 20 to the window frame 10 can be easily performed.
[0010]
According to the second invention, since the lower end portion of the window frame mounting member 28 is supported by the receiving member 14 so as not to move in the indoor / outdoor direction, the window frame mounting member 28 is swung to the indoor side together with the shoji 20. At this time, the lower end portion of the window frame attaching member 28 does not move in the indoor / outdoor direction.
Therefore, the window frame attaching member 28 can be easily swung toward the indoor side together with the shoji 20.
[0011]
According to the third invention, since the lower end portion of the window frame mounting member 28 is supported by the receiving member 14 so as not to move in the direction of the left and right vertical frames 13 of the window frame 10, the window frame mounting member together with the shoji 20 When swinging 28 to the indoor side, the lower end of the window frame mounting member 28 does not move in the direction of the left and right vertical frames 13 of the window frame 10.
Therefore, the window frame attaching member 28 can be more easily rocked together with the shoji 20 toward the indoor side.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The width of the mounting plate 28a is substantially the same as the dimension of the concave portion 15 in the indoor / outdoor direction, and the lower end portion of the mounting plate 28a fits into the concave portion 15 as shown by a one-dot chain line in FIG. The presser plate 28 b protrudes to the side of the vertical frame 13 opposite to the concave portion 15.
[0015]
A locking member 32 is attached to the upper end portion of the window frame attaching member 28.
As shown in FIG. 4, the locking member 32 includes an attachment portion 33 and an elastically deformable locking portion 34 provided integrally with the attachment portion 33. The locking portion 34 is substantially L-shaped with an upper horizontal piece 34a and a vertical piece 34b. A locking projection 35 is integrally provided on the upper horizontal piece 34a, and a tool such as a screwdriver is fitted into the vertical piece 34b. A concave groove 36 is formed. The attachment portion 33 is fixedly attached to the upper end portion of the window frame attachment member 28 with screws or pins 37, and the locking projection 35 protrudes above the upper end surface of the window frame attachment member 28.
In the state where the locking projection 35 is engaged with an engagement hole 40 of the upper frame 11 to be described later, the locking portion 34 is inserted into the external force in the direction of arrow a or the driver is inserted into the concave groove 36 and pushed in the direction of arrow b. Due to the external force, the locking projection 35 is elastically deformed to the state shown by the phantom line in FIG.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 3, the upper frame 11 has a hollow portion 11a. Engagement holes 40 with which the locking projections 35 are engaged are located near both ends in the longitudinal direction of the inner surface 11b of the portion forming the hollow portion 11a. Each is formed.
[0017]
Next, the procedure for attaching the shoji 20 to the window frame 10 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 3, the shoji 20 is slightly inclined with respect to the window frame 10, and the window frame mounting member 28 of the raising arm 24 is slightly inclined with respect to the shoji 20 (vertical saddle). ) To protrude indoors.
The operator holds the shoji 20 by hand, puts the lower part of the window frame mounting member 28 into the window frame 10, moves the shoji 20 downward, and moves the lower end of the connecting plate 28 c of the window frame mounting member 28 to the receiving member. 14, the weight of the shoji 20 is received and supported by the member 14 via the protruding arm 24, and the lower end portion of the mounting plate 28 a of the window frame mounting member 28 fits into the concave portion 15. The movement of the lower end portion of the window frame mounting member 28 in the indoor / outdoor direction is prevented, and the lower end portion of the mounting plate 28a is fitted to the recessed portion 19 so that the window frame at the lower end portion of the window frame mounting member 28 is fitted. The movement of 10 left and right vertical frames 13 is prevented. That is, the lower end portion of the window frame attaching member 28 is prevented from being detached from the receiving member 14 in the indoor / outdoor direction and in the direction of the left and right vertical frames 13 of the window frame 10.
[0018]
In the state described above, the window frame mounting member 28 is swung in the direction of the arrow c toward the indoor side together with the shoji 20, with the contact portion between the window frame mounting member 28 and the receiving member 14 as a fulcrum. As shown in FIG. 5, the stop projection 35 is engaged with the engagement hole 40 of the upper frame 11 to connect the upper end portion of the window frame mounting member 28 to the upper frame 11.
As a result, the window frame mounting member 28 is temporarily fixed in a mounting posture substantially parallel to the vertical frame 13.
[0019]
In the above-described state, the operator releases his hand from the shoji 20 and attaches the window frame attaching member 28 to the vertical frame 13 by attaching the window frame attaching member 28 to the vertical frame 13 with a fixing tool 41 such as a screw.
[0020]
The receiving member 14 may have a shape having only the recess 15 without the protrusion 16.
That is, the receiving member 14 may have a shape that supports the lower end portion of the window frame mounting member 28 so as not to move in the indoor / outdoor direction.
The locking member 32 may have a shape in which the locking portion 34 is attached to the mounting portion 33 so as to be movable between the engagement position and the non-engagement position, and the engagement portion 34 is held in the engagement position by a spring or the like.
In other words, the locking member 32 only needs to be elastically displaced by an external force and engage with the engagement hole 40 to connect the upper end portion of the window frame mounting member 28 and the upper frame 11.

【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the operator holds the shoji 20 by hand, supports the lower end portion of the window frame attaching member 28 in contact with the receiving member 14 attached to the vertical frame 13, and uses the supporting portion as a fulcrum. By swinging the window frame mounting member 28 together with the shoji 20 to the indoor side, the locking member 32 can be engaged with the engagement hole 40 and temporarily fixed.
[0022]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the lower end portion of the window frame mounting member 28 is supported by the receiving member 14 so as not to move in the indoor / outdoor direction. When moving, the lower end portion of the window frame attaching member 28 does not move in the indoor / outdoor direction.
Therefore, the window frame attaching member 28 can be easily swung toward the indoor side together with the shoji 20.
[0023]
According to the invention of claim 3, the lower end portion of the window frame mounting member 28 is supported by the receiving member 14 so as not to move in the direction of the left and right vertical frames 13 of the window frame 10. When swinging the mounting member 28 indoors, the lower end of the window frame mounting member 28 does not move in the direction of the left and right vertical frames 13 of the window frame 10.
Therefore, the window frame attaching member 28 can be more easily rocked together with the shoji 20 toward the indoor side.
