このワイシャツを得るに当たっては、図２に示すごとく、ワイシャツ本体１の襟繰り１ａを、通常の襟繰り１ａに斜線で示す部分に余分な布残った状態、即ち正規の襟繰１ａに相当する裁断がされていない状態にしておくと共に、袖繰り１ｂも、同様に、通常の袖繰り１ｂに斜線で示す部分に余分な布残った状態、即ち正規の袖繰り１ｂに相当する裁断がされていない状態にしておく。
