Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an operation input device for a simulator and a simulator using the same.
[0002]
[Background Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a ski game device or the like that allows a player to ride on a board simulating a ski board and perform pseudo skiing is known. In particular, recently, a ski game apparatus has been developed that uses an input board simulating a ski as an input means, performs virtual skiing in a virtual three-dimensional space, and displays the state on a display.
[0003]
In this ski game apparatus, an input board on which a player is mounted is mounted and fixed on a base so as to be rotatable in the left-right direction. Then, the player on the board plays the game by turning the board left and right while controlling the running direction of the virtual player while viewing the virtual player running video displayed on the display.
[0004]
By the way, such a game device is desired to be efficiently installed in a limited installation space such as a game center.
[0005]
However, since the game apparatus employs a configuration in which the input board is simply mounted and fixed so as to be rotatable along a circular track, at least an installation space corresponding to the width of the circular track of the input board is required. There was a problem.
[0006]
In addition, it is possible to reduce the overall size of the device by limiting the rotation angle of the input board. However, this makes the operability as a ski game worse, and this is the fun of the game. There is a problem of lowering.
[0007]
In the ski game apparatus, the input board is pivotally supported along a circular path so that the user can experience a turn while sliding in the turn direction as in actual skiing. Cannot be given to the player, which is one of the factors that impair the reality of the game.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a simulator operation input device capable of reducing installation space and providing a high sense of operation, and a simulator using the same. It is in.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
(1) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides:
And swinging Dodai the-flops layer ride,
A swing mechanism for attaching and fixing swingably in the left-right direction of the swing table in base over scan body,
Hints, an operation input device of the travel simulator that controls a virtual traveling direction by swinging the swing table in the left and right,
The swing mechanism is
A moving member attached to the base body so as to be movable in the front-rear direction;
A first support portion that rotatably supports a first fulcrum of the swing base on the moving member;
A second support portion that supports the second fulcrum of the swing base in a movable manner along a predetermined movement locus in the left-right direction in front of the first support portion;
Biasing means for biasing the moving member to move backward;
It is characterized by including.
[0010]
(2) Here, it is preferable that the rocking base is formed in accordance with the purpose of the simulator. For example, pre KiYuradodai the player is formed as standing seat stand to ride standing, and skiing, it can be formed in imitation snowboard or skateboard.
[0011]
In the operation input device of the present invention, the swing base can be formed as a standing base on which a player is placed. The player placed on the swing table can adopt a configuration in which the swing base is swung in the left-right direction with its legs and the virtual traveling body is controlled in the left-right direction.
[0012]
In the present invention, the swing base is mounted and fixed on the base body via a swing mechanism. In this swing mechanism, the swing body is mounted and fixed on the base body so as to be swingable via a first fulcrum and a second fulcrum.
[0013]
The first fulcrum is rotatably supported via a first support portion on a moving member that moves in the front-rear direction on the base body.
[0014]
The second fulcrum is attached and fixed to a second support portion that moves along a predetermined movement locus in the left-right direction in front of the first support portion.
[0015]
And since the said moving member is urged | biased so that it may always move back using an urging member, in the state where an external force does not act on the said rocking | fluctuation base, it is automatically to a predetermined neutral point with the said urging force Will return.
[0016]
In this state, when the player swings the swing base in the right or left direction, the swing base rotates around the first fulcrum in accordance with this operation. At this time, since the swing base is supported at two points by the first and second support portions, the first fulcrum moves forward together with the moving member in accordance with the swing operation, and the second fulcrum Moves in the left or right direction along the movement locus together with the second support portion.
[0017]
That is, when the oscillating base is oscillated counterclockwise, the first fulcrum moves forward and the second fulcrum moves to the left in accordance with this. Further, when the oscillating base is oscillated clockwise, the first fulcrum moves forward and the second fulcrum moves rightward.
[0018]
This means that if the swing base is swung to the right or left, the second fulcrum, which is the center of rotation, moves in the opposite direction, that is, to the left or right. To do. As a result, the range of movement of the oscillating table in the width direction can be significantly reduced. As a result, the entire apparatus can be downsized and the simulator installation space can be greatly reduced.
[0019]
Furthermore, according to the present invention, the swing base can be moved in the front-rear direction in accordance with the swing operation. Therefore, it is possible to reproduce the feeling of skidding according to the turn, so it is possible to simulate the operational feeling similar to actual skiing, snowboarding, etc., and to let the player experience it, and as a result, a more realistic simulator It can be realized.
[0020]
(3) In this case, before Symbol movement trajectory,
In a state where no external force is applied to the swing base, a neutral point where the second support portion is stably positioned may be formed on an extension line in the moving direction of the moving member.
[0021]
As a result, the swing base is automatically set to face the same direction as the moving direction of the moving member. As a result, the player can perform a swing operation balanced in the right and left directions.
[0022]
Further, in the present invention, various methods can be adopted as the method of setting the movement route as required.
[0023]
(4) As one embodiment, in a third fulcrum located in front of the moving direction before Symbol moving member includes a rotatably supported by the rotating body to the base body,
The second support part is
You may employ | adopt the structure which supports the 2nd fulcrum of the said rocking | fluctuation stand at the rotation end side of the said rotary body.
[0024]
(5) also includes as another aspect, a moving path formed along the moving locus before Symbol base body,
The second support part is
It may be formed to be movable along the moving path.
[0025]
By adopting the configuration of (4) above, the movement path is determined to be an arc shape centered on the third fulcrum, but by adopting the configuration of (5), a movement trajectory is required. Accordingly, it can be set as an arbitrary trajectory.
[0026]
(6) When adopting the configuration of (5) and setting the movement trajectory similar to (4) ,
Before Symbol moving path,
What is necessary is just to form along the circular-arc-shaped movement locus | trajectory centering on the 3rd fulcrum assumed in the front position of the moving direction of the said moving member.
[0027]
(7) In addition, before KiYurado mechanism,
You may employ | adopt the structure containing the locking means which controls the rocking | fluctuation of a rocking | swiveling body.
[0028]
With the above configuration, when the operation input device is not in operation, the rocking body can be rocked using the locking means.
[0029]
As the locking means, a mechanism that locks at least one of the movement of the moving member in the front-rear direction and the movement of the swing base in the left-right direction may be adopted. As such a locking means, for example, a mechanism in which a stopper fitting is operated using a solenoid may be adopted, but a configuration that allows a soft stop of the swing mechanism at the time of game over is adopted. Is more preferable.
[0030]
As such a configuration, for example, an electromagnetic brake, a pneumatic cylinder, a magnetic fluid damper, an oil damper, a thrust motor, or the like may be used as necessary, and the swinging of the swinging body may be restricted softly.
[0031]
(8) In addition, before KiYurado mechanism,
You may employ | adopt the structure containing the resistance provision means which provides rocking | fluctuation resistance to a rocking | swiveling body.
[0032]
With such a configuration, it is possible to control the swing resistance of the swinging body in accordance with the simulation state of the simulator, and as a result, it is possible to realize a more realistic operation input feeling. For example, when performing a ski simulation, by controlling the rocking resistance in accordance with the assumed snow quality, it is possible to make the player feel the operational feeling according to the snow quality.
[0033]
(9) In addition, by configuring a simulator using the operation input device of the present invention, the more reality high various simulators, for example, can be realized for skiing, snowboarding, skateboarding and other simulators .
