Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure of a corner of a building in which the structure of the corner of a building is improved mainly from the viewpoint of improving design.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, demand for cement-type outer wall plates that are excellent in design of surface patterns and excellent workability as housing outer wall plates has increased remarkably. As shown in FIG. 12, an L-shaped protruding corner member 12 having the same pattern as that of the outer wall plate 11 is used as the protruding corner portion of the outer wall constructed using the outer wall plate, and the protruding corner member 12 is used as a base material. 13 is fixed to the pillar 14 with a nail 15 or the like.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Along with the diversification of consumer needs in recent years, the exterior design of buildings is becoming an era in which more innovativeness is required. In addition, there is a need for a building with a compact structure that eliminates wasteful protrusion of the building due to the unique circumstances of Japan where the site area per unit is small. However, in the conventional projecting corner structure, the design of the projecting corner has nothing new, and is a very monotonous design. Moreover, in a small site, the protrusion at the protruding corner may interfere with human traffic.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and the object of the present invention is to provide a protruding corner structure of a building that can realize both a novel and compact design of the protruding corner. There is.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the projected corner structure according to claim 1 of the present invention attaches a base material extending in the vertical direction to each of the two side surfaces of a pillar erected at the projected corner portion of a building, and each side surface. One feature is that one protruding corner portion is formed by connecting two protruding corner members in a W shape by attaching one protruding corner member to each base material . In this configuration, since the protruding corner portion has a W-shaped structure, the protruding corner portion has a novel design in which the protruding corner portion is bent in a V-cut shape, and the protruding portion of the protruding corner portion is less than the conventional one.
[0006]
In this case, as in the first aspect , the lateral width of each protruding corner member may be adjusted by adding a small width material having the same pattern as the protruding corner member. If it does in this way, the same protruding corner member can be used also for the building from which the thickness dimension of the base material of a protruding corner part differs, and it becomes possible to make a protruding corner member common.
[0007]
Further, as in claim 1 , it is preferable that a back-up material that holds both the entrance corner and waterproof is disposed on the back side of the entrance corner formed at the joining portion of the two exit corner members. This facilitates the construction of the joint (entrance corner) of the two projecting corner members, and even if rainwater leaks from the entrance corner, the infiltration of the rainwater into the indoor side can be done with a backup material. Can be prevented.
[0008]
Further, as in claim 1, a caulking cradle is provided at the entrance corner of the backup material to receive the end face on the joining side of the two exit corner members, and the caulking cradle and the two exit corner members are joined on the joining side. You may make it fill a caulking material in the clearance gap formed with an end surface. If it does in this way, the filling state of the caulking material to the clearance gap between the joining parts (entrance corner part) of two protruding corner members will be maintained stably for a long period of time, and the waterproofing effect by a caulking material will increase.
[0009]
Furthermore, as according to claim 2, the inner corner portion of the backup material, a projecting piece to be sandwiched end surfaces of the joining sides of the two outer corner member is provided, the engaging pieces formed at the tip portion of the projecting piece It is also possible to engage and hold the joint portions of the protruding corner members by alternately bending left and right. If it does in this way, the junction part of each protrusion corner member can be hold | maintained by the simple method of bending of an engagement piece.
[0010]
Further, as in claim 3 , a fitting groove extending in parallel with the wall surface is formed on the end face on the joining side of the two protruding corner members, and a protruding piece is provided at the corner of the backup material , A bifurcated rib for holding and waterproofing formed at the tip of the protruding piece may be fitted into the fitting groove on the end face of each protruding corner member. In this way, it is possible to hold and waterproof the joint portion of each protruding corner member with an extremely simple construction of fitting the bifurcated rib and the fitting groove, without having to fill the caulking material. The primary waterproof effect is obtained by the bifurcated rib.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[First Embodiment]
A first embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a steel structure building will be described below with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 3, a square pipe column 21 is erected on the inner side of the protruding corner portion 20, and three C-shaped steels 22 serving as a base material are provided on two sides of the square pipe column 21 on the outdoor side. It is addressed along the vertical direction and fixed by welding or the like. A cement-type outer wall plate 23 constituting an outer wall surface is attached to these C-shaped steels 22 with screws 24. A waterproof sheet 25 is attached to the C-shaped steel 22 in advance on the back side of the outer wall plate 23.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 1, each of the two C-shaped steels 22 fixed to the corner portion 21 a of the square pipe column 21 is assigned one small protruding corner member 26. It is attached. Each protruding corner member 26 is manufactured by cutting one end surface of two strip-shaped plate members having the same pattern as the outer wall plate 23 into a slope of about 45 °, and bonding both slopes with an adhesive. . A joint (joint) between each protruding corner member 26 and the outer wall plate 23 is filled with a caulking material 28.
[0013]
Each protruding corner member 26 is adjusted in accordance with the projecting dimension of the C-shaped steel 22 by adding a small width material 29 having the same pattern as the protruding corner member 26. Each narrow material 29 is attached to the C-shaped steel 22 with screws 30.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 2, a back-up material 31 that serves as both retaining and waterproofing of the corner is assigned to the back side of the corner formed by the two narrow members 29, and the C-shaped steel 22 is attached to the C-shaped steel 22 by screws 32. It is attached. The backup material 31 is formed into an L shape by extrusion molding of a metal such as aluminum (see FIG. 4), and a coking cradle 33 for receiving the end face of the narrow material 29 is integrally formed at the corner of the backup material 31. The caulking material 34 is filled in a gap formed by the caulking cradle 33 and the end face of the narrow material 29.
[0015]
According to the projecting corner portion 20 configured as described above, two V-shaped gaps formed between the two C-shaped steels 22 fixed to the corner portion 21a of the square pipe column 21 are used. Since the protruding corner member 26 is connected in a W shape so as to form one protruding corner portion 20, the protruding corner portion 20 has a novel design such that it is bent in a V-cut shape, and the design is improved. . In addition, the protrusion of the protruding corner 20 is smaller than before, and a compact protruding corner structure suitable for the Japanese climate with many narrow sites is obtained.
[0016]
Furthermore, each protruding corner member 26 is adjusted by adding a small width material 29 having the same pattern as the protruding corner member 26, so that the width of the protruding corner member 26 of the C-shaped steel 22 (base material) of the protruding corner portion 20 is adjusted. The protruding corner member 26 having the same width can be used for buildings having different dimensions, and the protruding corner member 26 can be used in common, and the manufacturing cost of the protruding corner member 26 can be reduced accordingly.
[0017]
However, the present invention may be configured to use only the protruding corner member 26 formed in accordance with the dimensions of the base material without using the narrow material 29. In this case, there is an advantage that the workability can be improved.
[0018]
Further, in the above embodiment, the backup material 31 is disposed on the back side of the corner formed by the two narrow materials 29, and is formed by the caulking cradle 33 of the backup material 31 and the end surface of the narrow material 29. Since the caulking material 34 is filled in the gap, the waterproof structure of the corner portion formed by the two narrow materials 29 is the primary waterproofing by the caulking material 34 and the secondary waterproofing by the backup material 31. The waterproof structure can be improved because of the double waterproof structure. In addition, by providing the backup material 31, the construction of the corner portion made of the two narrow materials 29 is facilitated.
[0019]
[Second Embodiment]
Hereinafter, a second embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a wooden building will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 5, a wooden column 41 is erected on the inner side of the protruding corner portion 50, and a wooden trunk edge material 42 serving as a base material is provided on two outdoor side surfaces of the column 41. Are addressed along the vertical direction two by two and attached by nails (not shown) or the like. A cement-type outer wall plate 43 that constitutes the outer wall surface is attached to these trunk edge members 42 by nails 44. On the back side of the outer wall plate 43, a waterproof sheet 45 is pasted to the body edge material 42 in advance.
[0020]
A small projecting corner member 46 is addressed to each of the two body edge members 42 fixed to the corner portion 41 a of the column 41, and is attached to each body edge member 42 by a nail 47. Each protruding corner member 46 is manufactured by cutting one end surface of two strip-shaped plate members having the same pattern as the outer wall plate 43 into 45 ° inclined surfaces and bonding both inclined surfaces with an adhesive. . The joint (joint) between each protruding corner member 46 and the outer wall plate 43 is filled with a caulking material 48.
[0021]
In the second embodiment, unlike the first embodiment, two protruding corner members 46 are directly joined together without using a narrow material to form a W-shaped protruding corner portion 40, thereby forming two protruding corners. The opposing end surfaces of the member 46 are cut into inclined surfaces of about 45 °. A back-up material 49 that serves as both retaining and waterproofing of the corner is assigned to the back side of the corner formed by the two projecting corner members 46, and is attached to the trunk edge member 42 by a nail 50. The backup material 49 is formed in an L shape by extrusion molding of a metal such as aluminum (see FIG. 7), and a protruding piece 51 is integrally formed at the corner of the backup material 49. The tip of the protruding piece 51 A plurality of engaging pieces 52 are integrally formed in the portion.
[0022]
At the time of manufacturing the backup material 49, each engagement piece 52 is not bent but is formed straight on the protruding piece 51, and at the time of construction, the two protruding corner members 46 are directed to the backup material 49, and the two protruding corner members 46 are formed. By bending the engaging pieces 52 alternately left and right with the projecting pieces 51 sandwiched between the end faces, the joint portions of the protruding corner members 46 are engaged and held. Thereafter, the caulking material 53 is filled in the joint portion of both protruding corner members 46, and the engagement piece 52 is embedded by the caulking material 53.
[0023]
Also in the second embodiment described above, since the protruding corner portion 40 has a W-shaped structure, it is possible to realize both a novel design and a compact size of the protruding corner portion 40, and a waterproof property by the backup material 49. -The workability can be improved.
[0024]
[Third Embodiment]
A third embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a steel structure building will be described below with reference to FIGS. The same parts as those in the first embodiment described above are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description will be simplified. A panel fixing plate 62 is fixed to the side surface of the square pipe column 21 with a bolt 63 via a spacer 61. A C-shaped steel 64 is fixed to the panel fixing plate 62 by welding or the like, and an outer wall plate 23 and an inner wall plate 65 are attached to the outdoor side and the indoor side of the C-shaped steel 64. Two C-shaped steels 22 serving as base materials are addressed to the two side surfaces of the square pipe column 21 on the outdoor side along the vertical direction, and are fixed by welding or the like.
[0025]
On the other hand, the backup material 66 is formed in a W shape so as to cover the entire protruding corner 60 and is attached to the C-shaped steel 22. Then, as shown in FIG. 10, the two protruding corner members 26 and the narrow members 29 and 67 joined to both sides of each protruding corner member 26 are directed to the backup member 66 by means of screws 30, 68 or by bonding or the like. By attaching, the protruding corner portion 60 of the W-shaped structure is configured.
[0026]
In the third embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, a protrusion piece 80 is provided at the corner of the back-up material 66, and a bifurcated rib 69 for both holding and waterproofing is provided at the tip of the protrusion piece 80. Is formed integrally so as to extend in parallel with the wall surface, and correspondingly, a fitting groove 70 is formed on the end surface on the joining side of the small width member 29 so as to extend in parallel with the wall surface. At the time of construction, the bifurcated rib 69 is fitted into the fitting groove 70 of the narrow material 29, so that the joint portion of the narrow material 29 is held and waterproofed at the same time. In this structure, even if the caulking material is not filled in the joint portion of the narrow material 29, the waterproof effect is obtained by the bifurcated rib 69, and the workability can be improved accordingly.
[0027]
[Other Embodiments]
In each of the above embodiments, the two projecting corner members 26 and 46 are separately attached at the time of construction. However, the two projecting corner members previously bonded and integrated in a W shape may be produced in the factory. good. Moreover, when applying this invention to the wall surface without an uneven | corrugated pattern, you may form two protruding corner members integrally by extrusion molding.
Further, the backup material is not limited to a metal extrusion-molded product, and a bent metal plate or a plastic molded product may be used.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the protruding corner structure of claim 1 of the present invention, since the W-shaped structure is formed so as to reduce the useless space inside the protruding corner, the design of the protruding corner is designed. In addition to being innovative, it is possible to reduce the protrusions at the protruding corners, and to achieve a compact protruding corner structure suitable for the Japanese climate where there are many small sites.
[0029]
Furthermore, in claim 1 , since the lateral width is adjusted by adding a narrow material having the same pattern to the projected corner member, the same projected corner member can be used for various buildings, and the projected corner member is made common. Can be expected to reduce costs.
[0030]
Moreover, in Claim 1 , since the backup material was arrange | positioned in the back side of the entrance corner part formed in the junction part of two protrusion corner members, both workability and waterproofness can be improved.
[0031]
Furthermore, in claim 1 , since the caulking cradle is provided at the corner of the backup material, the waterproof effect of the caulking material can be stably maintained over a long period of time.
[0032]
In the second aspect of the invention , since the engagement pieces provided at the corners of the back-up material are alternately bent left and right, the joining portions of the respective corner members are engaged and held. It is possible to easily and reliably hold the joint portion of the member.
[0033]
Further, in claim 3 , with the extremely simple construction of fitting the bifurcated rib provided at the corner of the back-up material and the fitting groove of the end surface of the corner member, Waterproofing can be performed, filling with caulking material becomes unnecessary, and workability can be improved.
