A1=(Q1−Q0)/(F1−F0) …(1)。
B1=(Q0×F1−Q1×F0)/(F1−F0) …(2)。
Q=Ai×f/τ+Bi …(3)。
【0069】

Conventionally, it is known to measure a physical quantity using a measurement signal having a frequency corresponding to the size of the physical quantity to be measured. As an example of such a measuring apparatus, a flow meter that measures a flow rate by measuring a generation period of Karman vortex is known.
For example, the present applicant has proposed a flow meter in which the instantaneous flow rate value and the integrated flow rate value are processed in a single flow meter so that the flow rate can be selectively displayed on a display unit (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Hei 8). -136315). This flow meter has a configuration of a battery type flow meter and a case of a two-
[0003]
On the other hand, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-89613 is disclosed as a flow rate detection switch having the function of a flow meter. This flow switch measures the Karman vortex generation cycle, determines the flow rate by referring to the data table showing the relationship between the frequency of the reciprocal of the cycle and the flow rate, and further displays the integrated flow rate value by integrating the flow rate It is made to do.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the flowmeter that measures the flow rate for only 1 second out of the above 3 seconds, it is possible to reduce the power consumption, but the same flow rate as the measured 1 second is flowing in 2 seconds out of 3 seconds. Therefore, the integrated flow rate value is calculated, so that there is a problem that a highly accurate integrated flow rate value cannot be obtained.
In addition, since the conventional flow rate detection switch measures the Karman vortex generation cycle, the frequency becomes high when the frequency is high, so that measurement resolution cannot be obtained and measurement accuracy is poor. It was. Furthermore, the flow rate is determined by referring to the data table from the frequency obtained from the reciprocal of the cycle. However, since one flow rate data is defined for one frequency, a huge amount of memory is required. However, there is a problem that many types of CPUs (microcomputers) must be prepared because it is not possible to store data tables and control programs of various types of diameters in one CPU (microcomputer). Furthermore, since the integrated flow rate value is displayed by a 3-digit 7-segment LED, there is a problem that even if measurement is started, it overflows within a short time.
[0005]
Therefore, the present invention, MeasureHigh precisionCurrentamountTotalIt is intended to provide.
Further, the present invention provides a flow rate capable of accommodating a control program capable of measuring flow rates of various types of calibers in one CPU (microcomputer).TotalIt is intended to provide.
Furthermore, the present invention provides a flow rate capable of changing the display unit without stopping operation when displaying the integrated flow rate or the integrated batch flow rate.TotalIt is intended to provide.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above objectiveThe flowmeter of the present invention is compatible with the flow rateDoA sensor unit for detecting a pulse signal of a frequency, first and second counters for counting pulse signals from the sensor unit, and control for calculating a flow rate value based on count values of the first and second counters. [0012]
Furthermore, the storage means has a table configuration having a plurality of pages, and in any page, the data stored at the head position is data corresponding to the same aperture and material. The data stored at the final position is data for displaying the frequency of the input signal as it is.
Furthermore, a power supply battery, a first voltage detector for detecting that the voltage of the battery is lower than the first voltage, and a second voltage detection for detecting that the voltage of the battery is lower than the second voltage. And a signal output means using a MOS transistor, and in response to the output of the first voltage detector, displays an indication that the battery needs to be replaced on the display unit, and an external device via the signal output means A predetermined signal is output to the display, the measurement operation and the calculation operation are stopped by the output of the second voltage detector, and a display indicating that the power failure mode is present is displayed on the display unit, and further, via the signal output means A predetermined signal is output to an external device.
Furthermore, a backup electric double layer capacitor is connected in parallel with the power supply battery.
[0013]
Furthermore, it has an instantaneous flow meter mode, an integrated flow meter mode, and an integrated batch flow meter mode, and the display unit corresponding to the mode flashes when the mode is switched. That is what is displayed.
Furthermore, it has a watchdog timer for monitoring the operation of the control unit, and at the time of reset by the watchdog timer output, the integrated flow rate valueas well asThe controller attempts to return to the controller while maintaining the integrated batch flow rate value.
Furthermore, the pulse signal corresponding to the flow rate generated by the sensor unit is alternately transmitted to the piezoelectric bimorph element disposed downstream by Karman vortex generated by the vortex generator disposed in the flow rate detection unit in the flow path. The charge induced in the signal is amplified by a charge amplifier, and is a pulse signal whose waveform is shaped by a waveform shaping circuit.
Furthermore, it has a resin case in which a conductive shield member is coated on the inner surface and a printed circuit board that is attached to the resin case by using a screw, and the portion of the printed circuit board that contacts the screw is made of metal. The power supply negative electrode of the printed circuit board and the resin case inner surface are at the same potential.

FIG. 4B is a diagram for explaining the configuration of the aperture setting table. As shown in this figure, the aperture setting table has a 4-page configuration in which 16 types of setting data are used as one page. As shown in the figure, each setting data includes a number of the setting data, a diameter code, a main body material code, a sampling time, a frequency f0 at which flow starts, and a frequency f5 corresponding to an instantaneous flow rate value of 110% of the rated flow rate. Are stored as frequency data f0 to f5, and linear gradient data a1 to a5 and intercept data b1 to b5 when the function of frequency and flow rate is approximated by a broken line.
Note that the data a1 to a5 and b1 to b5 are average values of instrumental error variations, and even if the flow rate is calculated using this data as it is, a highly accurate measurement result cannot be expected. Therefore, in the present invention, correction coefficients A1 to A5 and B1 to B5 are obtained for each unit in the inspection process described later, and the flow rate is calculated using these values. Thereby, it is possible to perform very accurate measurement.
[0041]
In addition, at the beginning of each page of the aperture setting table, data of the model of the aperture 10A and material L-PPS is stored, and the input frequency can be displayed as it is at the end of each page. Stores setting data. Thus, regardless of the setting of the aperture
[0042]
The sampling time is determined according to the frequency corresponding to the rated instantaneous flow rate. For example, when the frequency is 300 Hz or more (when the aperture is small), the sampling time is 1 second, and when the frequency is 150 to 300 Hz (medium aperture). Time) is 2 seconds, and when the frequency is less than 150 Hz (when the aperture is large), it is 3 seconds.
[0043]
Next, a control program for operating the flow meter in this way will be described in detail. This control program is operated by the main routine shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 and the timer interrupt routine activated by the interruption from the timer described above.
As shown in FIG. 5, this main routine has two start positions, a first rank start (start 1) and a second rank start (start 2). Here, when a reset signal is input from the power-on

After step S2 or step S3 is executed, the process proceeds to step S4, where the first and second analog switches 71 and 72 are turned on (conductive) via the output ports O1 and O2, and the unit selection is performed. Supply of the power supply Vcc to the
Next, in step S5, the timing operation of the various timers 55 is started.
Subsequently, the process proceeds to step S6, and information (model data) related to the material and the diameter set by the diameter setting switch (36, 38) is read.
[0047]
Then, the process proceeds to step S7, and it is determined whether or not the inspection end flag is set. The inspection end flag is a flag that is set when the flow meter is inspected and coefficient data is corrected in an inspection process described later. When the battery is first mounted, this inspection end flag is not set, and the determination result of this step S7 is NO. At this time, the process proceeds to step S8, where the data relating to the material and the diameter set by the diameter setting switch (36, 38) read in step S6 is stored in a predetermined area in the

In the figure on the left side of FIG. 19, the caliber and the material are displayed on a small four-digit display portion indicated by 26a, and the version of the control program is displayed on the large four-digit display portion indicated by 26b. It is displayed. In this example, it is shown that the version v of this control program is 3.8. Moreover, the display of the said diameter and material is displayed like the example shown on the right side of FIG. 19, for example. Here, as the diameter, there are a display in millimeters (mm) (A is added after the number) and an indication in inches (B is added after the number). Therefore, these apertures are displayed using the first to third digits in the 4-

If the predetermined time has not elapsed, the process returns to step S12 and the processing from step S12 is performed again. Repeatedly executed. The inspection step S14 will be described with reference to a connection diagram at the time of the inspection step shown in FIG. 7 and a flowchart of FIG. FIG. 18 is a diagram showing the display at this time. As shown in the figure, “9” is displayed in the first digit of 26a, and the count value “F0” is displayed in the second to fourth digits. Informing that the display is in the inspection mode.

Next, the measurement display process will be described. Since this measurement display process is executed in cooperation with the 1-second timer interrupt process, first, the 1-second timer interrupt process will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
As described above, the
When this process is started, first, the 1-second timer is restarted in step S71. This makes it possible to generate a 1-second timer interrupt at an accurate timing. In step S72, the sampling time set by the model data is determined. Based on the determination result, in steps S73 to S75,
[0064]
In step S78, if the counting time of the main counter has reached the sampling time, the main counter flag is set. Although not shown in the figure, it goes without saying that the processing in steps S76 and S78 differs depending on the sampling time stored in the register τ. In step S79, the sub-counter flag is set, and the one-second timer interrupt process is terminated. That is, the main counter timing end flag is set when the sampling time is reached, and the sub-counter timing end flag is set for each 1-second timer interrupt process.
[0065]
Next, the measurement display process (S16) will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG. When this measurement process is started, first, in step S81, it is determined whether or not the main counter flag is set. If the sampling time of the model has not been reached and the main counter flag is not set, the process proceeds to step S83 to determine whether or not the sub counter flag is set. If the main counter flag is set, the main counter measurement process is executed in step S82, and then the process proceeds to step S83. Although details will be described later, in the main counter measurement process S83, an instantaneous flow rate value Q, an integrated total flow rate value Qt, and an integrated batch flow rate value Qb are calculated based on measurement data (data in the f register) of the main counter. . At this time, the correction coefficients A1 to A5 and B1 to B5 described above are used.
[0066]
In step S83, it is determined whether or not the sub-counter flag is set. If the sub counter flag is not set, the process proceeds to step S85. When the determination result in S83 is YES, the process proceeds to step S84, and the sub counter measurement process is executed. Although details will be described later, in step S84, the display instantaneous value Q 'is calculated based on the count contents of the sub-counter 54 stored in the f' register. Then, the process proceeds to step S85.
[0067]
In step S85, the currently set measurement mode, that is, (1) the instantaneous flow meter mode, (2) the integrated flow meter mode, or (3) the integrated batch flow meter mode. It is determined whether or not. (1) When in the instantaneous flow meter mode, the instantaneous flow rate value Q 'calculated in the sub-counter measurement process S84 is displayed on the display unit 26 (S86). Further, (2) when in the integrated flow meter mode, the integrated total flow value Qt calculated in the main counter measurement process S82 is displayed (S87), and (3) when in the integrated batch flow meter mode, the integrated batch flow meter mode is displayed. The value Qb is displayed (S88).
[0068]
The main counter measurement process will be described with reference to FIG. In this process, first, the value of the ratio f / τ between the count data f by the main counter stored in the
Q = Ai × f / τ + Bi (3).
[0069]
Next, it progresses to step S94 and the integrated total flow value Qt is updated. That is, the following expression (4) is executed.
Qt ← Qt + Q × (τ / 60) (4).
Then, the process proceeds to step S95, and the integrated batch flow rate value Qb is updated.
Qb ← Qb + Q × (τ / 60) (5).
In step S96, the main counter flag is reset, and the main counter measurement process is terminated. This calculation is executed in the same unit, for example, [L / min], and when displayed on the display unit, it is converted into a set unit system and displayed.
[0070]
Next, the sub-counter measurement process S84 will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG. First, in step S101, it is determined whether or not the count value of the sub-counter stored in the f 'register is equal to or higher than the frequency with flow. When the result is NO, the process proceeds to step S102, the display instantaneous value Q 'is set to 0, and the bar segment 26f of the
[0071]
On the other hand, if the decision result in the step S101 is YES, the process advances to a step S105 to calculate a display instantaneous value Q ′. This calculation is performed by the following equation (6).
Q '= Ai * f' + Bi (6).
Next, the process proceeds to step S106, and it is determined whether or not the display instantaneous value Q 'calculated in step S105 is 110% or more of the rated flow rate value. If the determination result is NO, the process proceeds to step S107, and the bar segment 26f is sequentially blinked from left to right. Then, the first transistor Tr1 is turned off, the process proceeds to step S111, and the sub-counter flag is reset.
[0072]
If the calculated display instantaneous value Q 'is 110% or more of the rating and the determination result in step S106 is YES, the process proceeds to step S109, and all the bar segments 26f are blinked simultaneously. Thereby, it can alert | report that it is the flow volume beyond a rating. In step S110, the first transistor Tr1 is turned on to notify the

In the embodiment described above, the data stored in the aperture setting data table in the ROM is used as the frequency f0 corresponding to the flow frequency f0 and the flow rate of 110% of the rated value. The limit alarm and the high limit alarm are output as a logical sum and the first transistor Tr1 is turned on. By storing this data in a non-fixed storage means such as RAM or EEPROM, the low limit alarm and the high limit alarm are output. It becomes possible to arbitrarily set the flow rate value for generating the limit alarm. FIG. 20 is a diagram showing an embodiment in this case. By displaying the limit data, and using the

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the measurement cycle of the first counter is set according to the frequency, sufficient resolution can be obtained even when the frequency is low, and high-precision measurement is performed. be able to.
In addition, since a correction coefficient is calculated for each unit in the inspection process and measurement is performed using the correction coefficient, highly accurate measurement can be performed.
Furthermore, since the lower limit and the upper limit of the measurement value are notified during measurement, the user can easily maintain and manage the measurement system.
Furthermore, since it is configured to notify that the battery voltage has dropped, the battery can be replaced before a power failure.
Furthermore, since a signal output circuit using a MOS transistor is used, power consumption can be reduced, and operation for a very long time is possible while using a battery as a power source.
Furthermore, since the battery consumption after a power failure is extremely reduced, the RAM data can be reliably stored. And since it backs up using an electric double layer capacitor, loss of data memorized at the time of battery exchange work can be prevented.
[0082]
Furthermore, since the conductor layer is provided on the inner surface of the case, reliable electrostatic shielding can be performed and the influence of noise can be eliminated.
Furthermore, you can change the unit of the integrated value, change the display digit of the integrated value, and change the unit of the instantaneous value without clearing the integrated value, so you can manage the measurement system without losing valuable integrated data. Becomes easy.
Furthermore, since the data stored at the head position and the data stored at the final position of any page of the storage means are unified, standardization and simplification of the adjustment inspection process Can be reduced, and as a result, the cost can be reduced.
Furthermore, when a piezoelectric bimorph element is used for the sensor unit, since there is no movable part, maintenance management becomes easy.
