[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to an electronic device rotation mechanism used for a camera-integrated video tape recorder or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, various new modes of use have been proposed for camera-integrated video tape recorders. Among them, there is an increasing need for photographers to photograph themselves. In order to meet this need, when the camera unit is rotated forward, a new electronic circuit for flipping the image up and down is required, resulting in a significant increase in cost. Therefore, as a countermeasure against this, an expensive electronic circuit is abolished, and instead, an inexpensive mechanism that rotates around the optical axis of the camera when the camera unit is directed toward the front is added, so that a method of upside down is required. Usually, a flexible printed circuit board (hereinafter referred to as FPC) is used for electrical connection between the camera unit and the main unit. However, between the two electronic circuit units that rotate relative to each other, the FPC is rotated by rotation. Conventionally, a special rotation mechanism is provided so as not to be cut.
[0003]
A conventional electronic device rotating mechanism will be described.
FIG. 3 shows a conventional electronic device rotation mechanism having only one axis, and FIG. 4 shows a conventional electronic device rotation mechanism having two axes. is there.

Other configurations are the same as in the case of only one axis (FIG. 3).
The operation of the electronic device rotating mechanism configured as described above is the same as that in the case of only one axis.
[0011]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the FPC winding portions are configured with respect to the two axes as in the prior art, it is difficult to reduce the size of the rotating mechanism because both the vertical and horizontal dimensions need to be twice or more the width of the FPC. . In addition, the FPC mounting member that regulates the position of the FPC is required for the two FPC winding parts, but there is a problem that the assembly is deteriorated due to the difference in the assembly direction and the cost is increased due to the increase in the number of parts. Had.
[0012]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problem, and the rotating mechanism is miniaturized by arranging the coated wire and the FPC for electrically connecting the electronic circuit unit around the coated wire and surrounding the FPC in a spiral shape. It is an object of the present invention to provide an electronic circuit rotating mechanism that can be used.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the electronic device rotating mechanism according to the present invention includes a pair of electronic circuit units, a covered wire that electrically connects the pair of electronic circuit units, and a spiral wound around the covered wire as a core. A flexible electronic board for connecting and electrically connecting a pair of electronic circuit units, and a plurality of rotating parts capable of rotating about the respective axes, and holding the pair of electronic circuit units It has the structure which consists of a member.
[0014]
[Action]
In the present invention, since the FPC spiral portion partially overlaps with the above-described configuration, the size of twice the width of the FPC is not necessary, and the covered wire also serves as a guide member. A guide member having a shape and a configuration is unnecessary, and a small and low-cost electronic device rotating mechanism can be configured.

[0022]
The operation of the electronic device rotating mechanism configured as described above will be described below.
[0023]
In both the first invention and the second invention, when taking a self-portrait, first, the camera unit is rotated within the range of 270 degrees with respect to the second rotation axis in order to point the camera unit forward, and then the image is displayed. In order to invert vertically, the first rotation shaft is rotated 180 degrees. When the spiral winding portion 1a of the FPC 1 is tightened or loosened, the FPC 1 can be rotated without being twisted. Here, the effect obtained is the same regardless of the order of rotation of the first rotation shaft and the second rotation shaft. Moreover, although the rotation angle was set to 270 degrees and 180 degrees this time, this angle may be different. In this embodiment, the clothing wire that electrically connects the electronic circuit unit is the core and the flexible electronic board is formed of FPC. However, if the clothing wire is a flexible wire, it is not necessarily electrically connected. The same effect may be obtained as long as it is a flexible conductive material, not necessarily a flexible electronic substrate and an FPC.

In the second invention, since the covered
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present embodiment of the first invention, a pair of electronic circuit units, a covered wire for electrically connecting the pair of electronic circuit units, and a spiral around the covered wire are used as a core. A flexible electronic board that is disposed and electrically connects the pair of electronic circuit units, and a plurality of rotating portions that can rotate about respective axes, and holds the pair of electronic circuit units By having a configuration comprising a rotating member that moves, the size of the FPC width is not necessary, and the covered wire also serves as a guide member, so that the electronic device rotating mechanism is small and low cost. The practical effect is great.
[0026]
According to this embodiment of the second invention, in the electronic device rotating mechanism according to the first aspect, the covered wire material and the flexible electronic substrate are fixed by the shield member that electromagnetically shields the electronic circuit unit. Since it is possible to prevent the curved portion near the camera wire hole exit of the coated wire or the camera FPC groove exit of the FPC from hitting the camera substrate or the lens unit, the optical axis of the coated wire or FPC is damaged or the optical axis is affected by the load on the lens unit. Degradation of performance such as bending can be prevented, and its practical effect is great.
