本発明は、使い捨ておむつに関し、更に詳細には、衛生的に廃棄処理ができる使い捨ておむつに関する。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来より、使い捨ておむつとしては、液透過性の表面シート、液不透過性の裏面シート及びこれら両シート間に介在する吸収体を有し、背側部の左右両側縁部に、機械的ファスナーの凸部材又は凹部材からなるおむつ止着用のファスニングテープが設けられている、いわゆる展開型の使い捨ておむつが広く用いられている。

しかし、このようなファスニングテープとして機械的ファスナーを用いた使い捨ておむつにおいては、該機械的ファスナーが、通常の粘着テープからなるファスニングテープのように、おむつの如何なる部位にも貼着できるものではないため、おむつ使用後に廃棄処理する際に、おむつを丸めた状態で止着することが困難であった。このため、従来の機械的ファスナーからなるファスニングテープを有する使い捨ておむつにおいては、使用後のおむつを衛生的に廃棄することができないという問題があった。

従って、本発明の目的は、機械的ファスナーからなるファスニングテープを有する使い捨ておむつにおいて、衛生的に廃棄処理をすることができる使い捨ておむつを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、液透過性の表面シート、液不透過性の裏面シート及びこれら両シート間に介在する吸収体を有し、背側部の左右両側縁部に、機械的ファスナーの凸部材又は凹部材を具備してなるおむつ止着用のファスニングテープが設けられている、展開型の使い捨ておむつにおいて、上記背側部の上記裏面シート上には、おむつ廃棄時止着用の廃棄テープが配されており、更に、おむつの胴回り部に弾性部材が配されており、上記廃棄テープは、該弾性部材に重ねて且つ該弾性部材と同方向に配されていることを特徴とする使い捨ておむつを提供するものである。
また、本発明は、上記廃棄テープは、上記背側部の左右両側の少なくとも何れか一方に配されている上記使い捨ておむつを提供するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の使い捨ておむつを添付図面を参照して更に詳細に説明する。尚、図５に示す第３の形態が本発明の使い捨ておむつの実施形態であり、図１〜図３に示す第１の形態、図４に示す第２の形態及び図６に示す第４の形態は、何れも、おむつの胴回り部に弾性部材が配されていない点で本発明の参考形態である。しかし、この点を除き、第１の形態、第２の形態及び第４の形態は、本発明の使い捨ておむつと同様の構成を有している。従って、第１の形態、第２の形態及び第４の形態に関する説明は、本発明の実施形態である第３の形態に関する説明に適宜適用される。
図１は、本発明の使い捨ておむつの第１の形態を示す平面図であり、図２は、図１に示す使い捨ておむつの廃棄テープの拡大斜視図である。また、図３は、図１に示す使い捨ておむつを廃棄する態様を示す斜視図である。

本形態の使い捨ておむつ１は、図１に示すように、液透過性の表面シート２、液不透過性の裏面シート３及びこれら両シート２，３間に介在する吸収体４を有し、背側部Ｂの左右両側縁部Ｂ１，Ｂ２に、機械的ファスナーの凸部材を具備してなるおむつ止着用のファスニングテープ８が設けられている、展開型の使い捨ておむつである。

更に詳細に説明すると、本形態の使い捨ておむつ１は、図１に示すように、吸収体４が股下領域が縊れた砂時計状に湾曲形成され、表面シート２及び裏面シート３も吸収体４の形状に即して股下領域が上述の如く湾曲形成されており、該吸収体４は、表面シート２及び裏面シート３により挟持・固定されている。また、上記吸収体４の周縁部におけるウエスト部５とレッグ部６とには、おむつを着用した際に、着用者にウエスト部５とレッグ部６とをフィットさせるための弾性伸縮部材７が表面シート２と裏面シート３とにより固定されて設けられている。
このような構成は、従来の展開型の使い捨ておむつと同じである。

また、上記ファスニングテープ８，８は、それぞれ、裏面シート３側に貼着されており、非使用時においては、機械的ファスナーの凸部材からなる止着部８ａが、上記表面シート２とと剥離自在に粘着されている。また、おむつの腹側部Ａの上記表面シート３上には、該ファスニングテープ８、８を剥離自在に粘着させるためのランディングテープ９が設けられている。

次に、上記使い捨ておむつ１を構成する各部材の形成材料について説明する。上記表面シート２としては、***物を吸収体へ透過させる液透過性シートで肌着に近い感触を有したものが好ましく、このような液透過性シートとしては、例えば、織布、不織布、多孔性フィルム等が好ましく挙げられる。また、表面シート２の周縁にシリコン系油剤、パラフィンワックス等の疎水性化合物を塗布する方法や、予めアルキルリン酸エステルのような親水性化合物を全体に塗布し、周縁を温水で洗浄する方法により、撥水処理を施し、周縁における尿等の滲みによる漏れを防止することができる。

また、上記裏面シート３としては、熱可塑性樹脂にフィラーを加えて延伸した液不透過性かつ蒸気透過性のフィルムシート、または繊維集合体が用いられる。

また、上記吸収体４としては、解繊パルプを主材とした高分子吸水ポリマーを併用したものが好ましい。該高分子吸水ポリマーは、上記吸収体４の上層、中層、下層のいずれに存在させてもよく、また、パルプと混合したものであってもよい。また、該高分子吸水ポリマーは自重の２０倍以上の液体を吸収して保持し得る保持性能を有し、ゲル化する性質を有する粒子状のものが好ましく、このような高分子吸水ポリマーとしては、例えば、デンプン−アクリル酸（塩）グラフト共重合体、デンプン−アクリロニトリル共重合体のケン化物、ナトリウムカルボキシメチルセルロースの架橋物、アクリル酸（塩）重合体などが好ましく挙げられる。

また、上記弾性伸縮部材７としては、糸ゴム、平ゴム、フィルムタイプの弾性材あるいはフィルム状の発泡ポリウレタン等が好ましく挙げられ、５０％伸長時の応力が４０〜１５０グラムのものが好ましい。

上記ファスニングテープ８を構成する機械的ファスナーの凸部材としては、「マジックテープ」（登録商標、ベルクロ社製）、「クイックロン」（登録商標、ＹＫＫ社製）、「マジクロス」（登録商標、カネボウベルタッチ社製）等、鍵状やキノコ形状などの凸状の係合部材が多数付設されてなるシート等の公知の（市販の）メカニカルホックテープの凸部材を特に制限なく用いることができる。
また、上記ランディングテープ９は、機械的ファスナーの凹部材からなっており、該凹部材としては、不織布等の繊維シートの他、トリコット編物生地、たとえばフロント糸５０デニール、１８フィラメントバック糸２０デニール、１フィラメントの構成糸を用いて、フロント３針飛びで編んだ２６ゲージ／インチの編物等が用いられる。

而して、本形態の使い捨ておむつ１は、図１に示すように、上記背側部Ｂの上記裏面シート３上には、おむつ廃棄時止着用の廃棄テープ１０が配されている。

更に詳述すると、上記廃棄テープ１０は、上記背側部Ｂの左右両側Ｂ１，Ｂ２に配されており、更には、ウエスト部５側において、該廃棄テープ１０の長手方向がおむつの幅方向に沿うように配されている。
また、上記廃棄テープ１０は、細帯状であり、その長手方向に３つ折りに折り畳まれて、その一端部が上記裏面シート３に固定されて配されている。

上記粘着部１４，１４’及び１４”を形成する粘着剤としては、通常の使い捨ておむつのテープファスナーに用いられる素材と同じものが特に制限なく用いられ、例えば、スチレン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレンブロック共重合体（ＳＥＢＳ）、スチレン−イソプレン−スチレンブロック共重合体（ＳＩＳ）、スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン共重合体（ＳＢＳ）等のスチレン系ブロックポリマー、あるいは天然ゴム、ブタジエン、アクリル酸エステル等を主剤とする粘着剤等が挙げられる。
また、上記剥離処理は、常法に従って施してある。

上述の如く構成されている本形態の使い捨ておむつは、下記の如くして、使用に供することができる。
即ち、おむつの使用時においては、上記ファスニングテープ８を上記ランディングテープ９に係合させることにより、通常の機械的ファスナーを具備してなるファスニングテープを有する使い捨ておむつと同様に、おむつを止着して、着用・使用する。そして、おむつの使用後においては、図３に示すように、おむつ１をその腹側部Ａ側から丸めて、上記廃棄テープ１０で丸めた状態のおむつ１を止着して、丸めた状態を維持したまま廃棄する。

本形態の上記使い捨ておむつ１は、上記廃棄テープ１０が、おむつの如何なる部位に対しても粘着可能なものであるため、おむつを丸めた状態での止着性が良好であり、おむつを丸めた状態を良好に維持したまま、衛生的に且つ容易に廃棄処理できる。

次いで、図４を参照して本発明の使い捨ておむつの第２の形態について説明する。

また、上記廃棄テープ１０は、細帯状であり、その長手方向に３つ折りに折り畳まれて配されており、該廃棄テープ１０の長手方向がおむつの幅方向に沿うように配されている。そして、本形態の使い捨ておむつも第１の形態の使い捨ておむつと同様に使用できる。

図５に示す、本発明の一実施形態である第３の形態の使い捨ておむつ１は、おむつの胴回り部Ｃに弾性部材２０ａ、２０ｂ、２０ｃが配されており、上記廃棄テープ１０は、該弾性部材２０ａと同方向に且つ該弾性部材２０ａに重ねて配されている。

更に詳述すると、上記廃棄テープ１０は、上述した第１の形態と同様に、背側部Ｂの左右両側においておむつの巾方向に沿って、細帯状のテープをその長手方向に３つ折りに折り畳んで配されている。
また、上記弾性部材２０ａ、２０ｂ、２０ｃは、それぞれおむつの左右両側縁間に亘って、等間隔に配されている。
そして、上記廃棄テープ１０は、ウエスト部５側に位置する弾性部材２０ａに重ねて、且つ該弾性部材２０ａの配置方向と廃棄テープ１０の長手方向とが同方向となるように配されており、これにより、裏面シート３を介して、弾性部材２０ａと廃棄テープ１０とが連結されている。
また、本形態の使い捨ておむつも、第１の形態の使い捨ておむつと同様に使用できる。そして、本形態の使い捨ておむつは、上述の第１の形態の使い捨ておむつと同様の効果を奏すると共に、上記の構成により、弾性部材２０ａの伸縮力が該廃棄テープ１０に連動して、コンパクトにおむつを丸めることができ、このコンパクトな状態を維持したままおむつを廃棄することができる。

そして、使用に際しては、第１の形態と同様に使用でき、廃棄時には、腹側部Ａ側から丸め、背側部の左右両側部を折り込んだ後、廃棄テープ１０で止着する等して、廃棄処理することができる。

本発明の使い捨ておむつは、機械的ファスナーからなるファスニングテープを有する使い捨ておむつにおいて、衛生的に廃棄処理をすることができるものである。
