Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cutter knife slider, and more particularly to an improvement of a slider used for a magazine type cutter knife.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as sliders of this kind of cutter knife, for example, those described in Japanese Utility Model Publication Nos. 53-45358 and 62-41725 are known.
These are basically a metal base provided with a connecting projection for connecting to the blade body, a cover positioned on the front side of the base, and an inner part surrounded by the base and the cover, and a part thereof. The spring comprises a spring that is impacted and elastically engaged with the latching recess of the holder, and a retaining means that is provided between the base and the cover and unites them.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, such a device is provided with a retaining means between the base and the cover, and since the base is made of metal, when an impact is applied due to dropping or the like, the base side of the retaining means is deformed. When it was used as it was, the cover rattled against the base and the deformation was repeated, and finally the deformed part broke and it was easy to disassemble both. Further, when disassembled, there is a problem that there is a breakage point, so that reassembly cannot be performed.
The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned problems to solve this problem. The purpose of the present invention is to make it difficult for components to be disassembled even if an impact is applied due to dropping or the like. The present invention provides a cutter knife slider which can be reassembled even if disassembled.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1, a rectangular metal base 2 provided with the coupling protrusion 7 for connecting the blade body 70, which is outsert formed on the opposite shape spaced on one side of the metal base 2 forward Are formed in the middle between the raised portions 16 and 16 and the raised portions 16 and 16, and the inclined receiving grooves 20 and 20 are formed between the front and rear raised portions 16 and 16. In addition, the synthetic resin body 3 having the central raised portion 16 having the receiving hole 18 having the retaining portion 31 in the central portion, and the forwardly inclined piece 29 and the rearwardly inclined toward both sides of the bottom side 28 obliquely upward. An elastic piece 30 is formed to extend, and the forward inclined piece 29 and the backward inclined piece 30 are inserted into the receiving grooves 20, 20 and attached to the metal base 2. , 30 to the two latching recesses 66, 66 separating the holder 60. The strip-shaped spring 5 stopped, the rectangular front wall 23 having the upper wall 21 and the lower wall 22 at the upper and lower ends in the longitudinal direction, and projecting forward from one side of the front wall 23, The retaining means 6 having the retaining portion 32 inserted into the receiving hole 18 of the central raised portion 16 and hooked to the receiving hole 18, and the positions corresponding to both ends of the central raised portion 16 of the front wall 23. Projecting downward from the upper wall 21, the front wall 23 is moved forward to release the engagement of the forwardly inclined bullet piece 29 and the latching recess 66. A cover which is integrally formed with two release protrusions 27 and 27 for releasing the engagement between the bullet piece 30 and the latching recess 66 and is fitted to the metal base 2 and the synthetic resin body 3 so as to be movable back and forth. 4 is a basic configuration of the invention.
[0005]
Since the synthetic resin body is outsert-molded on the metal base, it will not be disassembled even if an impact is applied due to dropping or the like.
A spring is accommodated in the interior surrounded by the base, the body, and the cover, and the body and the cover are united by the retaining means. In other words, since the base and the cover are attached via the body, even if an impact is applied due to dropping or the like, the synthetic resin body absorbs the impact and the retaining means is not broken. The body and cover are difficult to disassemble.
Even if it is disassembled, the body and the cover can be combined again by the retaining means.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing a slider of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view showing a base and a body. FIG. 3 is an enlarged longitudinal sectional side view showing an assembled state. FIG. 4 is a front view of FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional plan view taken along line AA in FIG. FIG. 6 is a main part front view showing a cutter knife. FIG. 7 is a view similar to FIG. 6 showing the forward operation state.
[0007]
The main part of the slider 1 is composed of a base 2, a body 3, a cover 4, a spring 5, and a retaining means 6, and is an auto-lock type applied to a cutter knife 50 such as a magazine type.
[0008]
The cutter knife 50 includes a holder 60, a blade body 70, a slider 1, and the like.
The holder 60 has a substantially C-shaped cross section, and has a substantially semicircular shape formed on the lower portion of the upper wall 61, the lower wall 62, the upper front wall 63, the lower front wall 64, the back wall 65, and the upper front wall 63. It is made by pressing a metal plate (stainless steel plate).
The blade body 70 is a folding blade type having a substantially parallelogram, and includes a connecting hole 71 formed on the rear side, a blade 72 formed on the lower edge, and a folding line 73 formed at predetermined intervals. It is prepared and made by a metal plate (cutlery steel plate).
[0009]
The base 2 is made of a metal having a connecting projection 7 for connecting to the blade body 70. In this example, the base 2 is provided with a substantially semicircular warped piece 8 which is provided at the front and warps the front side. A connecting projection 7 provided in the vicinity of the rear and projecting to the back side, a substantially T-shaped window hole 9 formed in the middle, and three circular through-holes formed in the vicinity of both front and rear sides thereof 10, five circular through-holes 11 on the front side, drilled in the vicinity of both the front and rear sides, a semicircular cutout 12 cut in the middle and the upper side, It has a sliding projection 13 bulged on the back side and a warped portion 14 provided on the rear side and warped on the front side, and is made by pressing a stainless steel plate in a substantially flat plate shape. The window hole 9 and the through holes 10 and 11 form a communication portion for outsert molding.
[0010]

In this example, the body 3 has a substantially parallelogram-shaped flat plate portion 15 located on the back side of the base 2, and three pieces located on the front side of the base 2. A ridge 16 made of material, a connecting portion 17 for connecting the flat plate portion 15 and the ridge 16 positioned in the communication portion (window hole 9, through-holes 10, 11) of the base 2, and a front side to the central ridge 16. Is formed between the three ridges 16 and formed in the ridges 16 formed in the center, the central bulge 16 and the flat plate 15 and the through holes 19 penetrating from the cavities 18 to the back side. The housing groove 20 is provided, and is made of a synthetic resin, and is outsert-molded integrally on the outside of the base 2. The flat plate portion 15 and the central raised portion 16 are connected by a connecting portion 17 located on the inner periphery of the window hole 9 and a connecting portion 17 located on each of the three through holes 10 on the front and rear sides thereof. The flat plate portion 15 and the raised portion 16 on the front side are connected by connecting portions 17 located in the eight through holes 11. The flat plate portion 15 and the rear raised portion 16 are connected by a connecting portion 17 located in the five rear through holes 11.
[0011]
The cover 4 is located on the front side of the base 2. In this example, the upper wall 21, the lower wall 22, the front wall 23, the tacking irregularities 24 formed on the surface thereof, and the front wall 23 A plurality of through holes (not shown) drilled through, a crank-type connecting wall 25 formed on the front side between the upper wall 21 and the lower wall 22, and a rear portion of the upper wall 21. The rear projection 26 and the front and rear release projections 27 formed in the middle of the upper wall 21 are provided and are made of a synthetic resin having a substantially C-shaped cross section. The release protrusion 27 serves as a stopper means with respect to the raised portion 16 at the center of the body 3, and the back-and-forth movement of the cover 4 with respect to the body 3 is restricted.
[0012]
The spring 5 is housed inside the base 2, the body 3, and the cover 4, and a part of the spring 5 protrudes into the latching recess 66 of the holder 60. In this example, the bottom piece 28, From the front end of the bottom piece 28, a forward inclined bullet piece 29 that extends in an obliquely front-upward direction and engages with one of the two retaining recesses 66 that are separated from the holder 60 to prevent forward movement. A rear inclined piece 30 that extends in the rear upper oblique direction and engages with the other of the two latching recesses 66 separated from the holder 60 to prevent rearward movement, and has a substantially V shape and is a stainless steel plate It is made by pressing. The free end portion of the forward inclined piece 29 is bent at a right angle to the front side, and the free end portion of the rear inclined piece 30 is bent at a right angle to the rear side.
[0013]
The retaining means 6 is provided between the body 3 and the cover 4 so as to unite them. In this example, the upper and lower parts 6 are provided in the raised portion 16 at the center of the body 3 and positioned in the accommodation hole 18. It comprises a retaining portion 31 and a wedge-shaped retaining portion 32 that is provided in the middle of the back side of the front wall 23 of the cover 4 and is engaged with the retaining portion 31 so as to be movable back and forth. The cover 4 is in a neutral position with respect to the body 3. The forward movement position and the backward movement position that hold this can be taken.
[0014]
Such a slider 1 is assembled as follows. The body 3 is integrally attached to the base 2 by outsert molding. In such a structure, the spring 5 is inserted into the receiving groove 20 of the body 3 and is received and held by the three raised portions 16. After the cover 4 is arranged on the front side of the body 3, when the retaining part 32 of the cover 4 is applied to the front side of the retaining part 31 of the body 3 and the cover 4 is strongly pressed to the body 3 side, the space between the upper and lower retaining parts 31 expands. The retaining portion 31 and the retaining portion 32 are engaged with each other so that they cannot be detached. In other words, hell is fitted or killed. Then, the majority of the front side of the raised portion 16 of the body 3 is accommodated in the accommodation cavity surrounded by the upper wall 21, the lower wall 22, and the front wall 23 of the cover 4, and the front and rear release protrusions 27 are The cover 4 is assembled to the body 3 so as to be able to move back and forth. At this time, the housing groove 20 of the body 3 is closed by the cover 4, so that the spring 5 does not come off, and the spring 5 is housed inside the base 2, the body 3 and the cover 4. Thus, only the free ends of the forwardly inclined piece 29 and the backwardly inclined piece 30 are projected on the upper side of the raised portion 16 of the body 3.
In the assembled slider 1, concave grooves are formed above and below the raised portion 16 depending on the base 2, the body 3, and the cover 4. Thus, the slider 1 is inserted into the upper and lower concave grooves so that the upper surface wall 63 and the lower surface wall 64 of the holder 60 can be moved back and forth so that the upper surface wall 63 and the lower surface wall 64 face the inside. It is inserted and connected to the connecting hole 71 of 70. The holder 60 is loaded with a magazine (not shown) containing a plurality of blades 70 and is connected to the slider 1 in order from the blade 70 on the most front side.
[0015]
Next, the operation will be described based on such a configuration.
FIG. 6 shows a case where the slider 1 is stopped with respect to the holder 60 and is in a so-called auto-lock state.
At this time, the cover 4 is in a neutral position, and each free end portion of the forwardly inclined bullet piece 29 and the backwardly inclined bullet piece 30 of the spring 5 is separated from two hooking recesses 66 of the holder 60 which are separated from each other. It engages with the stop recess 66. For this reason, the lower surface of the raised portion 16 of the body 3 is brought into contact with the upper edge of the lower front wall 64 of the holder 60.
The front and rear release protrusions 27 are located between the free end portions of the forwardly inclined bullet piece 29 and the backward inclined bullet piece 30 of the spring 5 depending on the elasticity thereof. Is allowed.
In this state, when the slider 1 moves forward through the blade body 70, the forward inclined piece 29 and the latching recess 66 are engaged with each other, and therefore the forward inclined piece 29 functions as a so-called thrust support rod. This is blocked.
On the contrary, when the slider 1 tries to move backward through the blade body 70, the rearwardly inclined bullet piece 30 and the latching recess 66 are engaged with each other, so that the rearwardly inclined bullet piece 30 functions as a so-called thrust support rod. Be blocked.
Therefore, the blade body 70 and the slider 1 do not move in any of the front and rear directions even when an external force is applied, and are so-called auto-locked with respect to the holder 60.
[0016]
When the slider 1 is moved forward with respect to the holder 60, a finger is put on the tacking irregularities 24 of the cover 4 in the neutral position to move it forward.
Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the cover 4 is moved to the forward movement position, and only the engagement between the forwardly projecting elastic piece 29 of the spring 5 and the latching recess 66 of the holder 60 is released by the front release protrusion 27, and the same state. The base 2, the body 3, and the cover 4 are moved forward together while the blade body 70 is moved forward.
At this time, the rearwardly projecting piece 30 of the spring 5 repeatedly engages and disengages from the retaining recess 66 of the holder 60, so that the slider 1 performs a so-called step slide.
When the finger is released from the cover 4, the forward movement of the slider 1 is stopped. As shown in FIG. 6, the forwardly inclined piece 29 of the spring 5 is engaged with the engaging recess 66 of the holder 60 and the elasticity of the forwardly inclined piece 29 is obtained. Accordingly, the cover 4 returns to the neutral position via the release protrusion 27 on the front side.
[0017]
When the slider 1 is moved backward with respect to the holder 60, the finger is put on the tacking irregularities 24 of the cover 4 in the neutral position and moved backward.
Then, the cover 4 is in the rearward movement position, and only the engagement between the rearwardly inclined piece 30 and the engagement recess 66 of the holder 60 is released by the release protrusion 27 on the rear side, and the same state is maintained. The body 3 and the cover 4 move backward together, and the blade body 70 also moves backward.
At this time, the rearwardly projecting piece 30 of the spring 5 repeatedly engages and disengages from the retaining recess 66 of the holder 60, so that the slider 1 performs a so-called step slide.
[0018]
Since the synthetic resin body 3 is outsert-molded on the metal base 2, even if an impact is applied due to dropping or the like, they are not decomposed.
A spring 5 is accommodated in the interior surrounded by the base 2, the body 3, and the cover 4, and the body 3 and the cover 4 are joined together by the retaining means 6. That is, since the base 2 and the cover 4 are attached via the body 3, even if an impact is applied due to dropping or the like, the synthetic resin body 3 absorbs the impact and the retaining means 6 is broken. There is nothing, and the body 3 and the cover 4 are difficult to be disassembled.
Even if disassembled, the body 3 and the cover 4 can be combined again by the retaining means 6.
[0019]
The flat plate portion 15 of the body 3 can be brought into contact with the surface of the blade 70 at the next stage, and the lower surface of the raised portion 16 of the body 3 can be brought into contact with the upper edge of the lower surface wall 64 of the holder 60. Since the portion 15 and the raised portion 16 are made of synthetic resin, smooth sliding with respect to the metal holder 60 and the blade body 70 can be performed. In other words, the sliding between the metal made metal powder, and it was easy to promote wear.
[0020]
In the above example, the cover 4 is made of synthetic resin. However, the cover 4 is not limited to this and may be made of metal, for example.
In the previous example, the spring 5 is separate from the base 2, but is not limited thereto, and may be integrated with the base 2, for example. In this case, a part of the spring 5 and the body 3 may be integrated by outsert molding in the same manner as the base 2 and the body 3.
In the previous example, the spring 5 is made of metal. However, the spring 5 is not limited thereto, and may be made of synthetic resin, for example. In this case, the spring 5 and the body 3 may be manufactured integrally.
In the previous example, the cover 4, the spring 5, and the retaining means 6 are provided with a release protrusion 27 on the cover 4, and the spring 5 is provided with a forwardly inclined bullet piece 29 and a backwardly inclined bullet piece 30 in order to be an automatic lock type. However, in the case of a standard type, for example, the release protrusion 27 is omitted and the spring 5 is attached to the holder. It is also possible to make it a mountain shape that elastically fits into one of the 60 latching recesses 66 so that the retaining portions 31, 32 of the retaining means 6 cannot be moved back and forth.
In the previous example, the spring 5 was substantially V-shaped with the forward inclined piece 29 on the front side and the backward inclined piece 30 on the rear side. The slanting piece 30 may be a substantially um shape on the front side.
