Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a water conveyance structure using a panel of a tunnel-like structure that conducts water using a panel against water leakage from a wall surface of the tunnel-like structure such as a tunnel or an underground passage.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A wall surface of a tunnel-like structure such as a tunnel or an underpass may crack due to deterioration or the like, and water leakage may occur from the crack. Conventionally, such water leakage countermeasures include a water stop method that injects a quick-stop agent into the cracked part, a spray method that sprays special cement, a line water transfer method that installs a chisel or the like on the water leak point, and a waterproof sheet on the entire wall surface. Laying and covering the mortar from above, attaching the panel to the wall, attaching the inner plate such as the tunnel interior board to the wall, attaching the inner plate such as the tunnel interior board, For example, there is a measure against water leakage by using an interior plate that is sealed with a waterproof sheet, etc.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-mentioned countermeasures against water leakage have the following problems. That is, in the above-mentioned water stop method, spray method, and water conduit method, water leakage temporarily stops, but secondary water leakage or leakage from untreated areas occurs due to secular change. There is a problem that clogging occurs due to mud or the like and the appearance is impaired. Further, the surface water-conducting method using a waterproof sheet usually has a problem that it is not easy to handle at a construction site because a thin synthetic resin sheet having flexibility is used as the waterproof sheet, and it is broken depending on the handling. The surface water transfer method using panels eliminates the problems caused by the waterproof sheet, but has a problem that water leaks again due to deterioration of the fillers and the like because the joints are sealed with fillers. Even if the surface is uneven, it is difficult to adjust the unevenness. Furthermore, the countermeasure against water leakage by the interior panel is difficult because the ceiling surface is difficult and only the side wall surface can be accommodated. Also, if the holding of the interior panel and the water guiding function are provided separately, the projecting dimension from the side wall surface also increases.
[0004]
Therefore, the present invention solves the above-described problems, makes it easy to adjust unevenness in a water conveyance structure using a panel of a tunnel-like structure designed to conduct water using a panel against water leakage, and has a side wall surface. In addition to being able to handle not only the ceiling surface, it is also intended to prevent it from protruding too much from the wall surface.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has the following configuration.
That is, the water guide structure of the tunnel-like structure according to the present invention includes an anchor bolt embedded in a wall surface, a panel in which a waterproof sheet is adhered to the back surface and arranged along the wall surface, and both adjacent to and supported by the anchor bolt. And a support member made of an elongated body arranged so as to cover the panel from the back side along the joint portion of the panel, and the support members are two pedestals facing each other on the substrate supported by the anchor bolt Is formed along the longitudinal direction, and both side edges of the substrate are bent to form a vertical groove , and the side edge of the panel is fixed on the pedestal by the fixing tool, and along the side edge of the back surface of the panel. The tip of the rising part of the formed waterproof sheet is inserted into the vertical groove.
[0006]
According to the present invention, when the wall surface is uneven, the unevenness can be easily adjusted by moving the support member back and forth with respect to the anchor bolt.
[0007]
For water leakage from the wall, the water leaking on the joints is blocked by the board, and the panel is fixed to the pedestal and not directly fixed to the board, so the water leaks from the fixed part of the panel. In addition, the water leakage dripped onto the back surface of the panel is dropped downward along the back surface of the panel without protruding from both side edges by the rising portion of the waterproof sheet whose tip is inserted into the vertical groove. Accordingly, since all of the water leakage can be processed between the wall surface and the panel and dropped downward without leaking from the panel or joint portion, not only the side wall surface but also the ceiling surface can be handled.
[0008]
Furthermore, since the support member also serves as a water guiding function as well as holding the panel as described above, the projecting dimension from the wall surface can be reduced.
[0009]
In addition, by making the base into a hollow shape with the upper surface of the substrate as one wall surface, a detachable fixing tool such as a board anchor or a nylon anchor can be used.
[0010]
Furthermore, if a waterproof sheet is attached to the back of the panel and the side edges of the waterproof sheet are left unattached, the unattached side edges can be turned up to form a raised portion. The raised portion can be easily formed, and waterproofness of the back surface of the panel can be imparted.
[0011]
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
1 is a front view showing an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a sectional view of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a panel, (A) is a front view, (B) is a sectional view, and (C) is a side view. 4 is a front view of a panel used at the top of the arch of the tunnel-like structure, FIG. 5 is a support member, (A) is a front view, (B) is a sectional view, (C) is a side view, FIG. 6 is a front view of a panel used at the top of the arch of the tunnel-like structure.
[0013]
In the drawings, 1 is a wall surface of a tunnel-like structure, 2 is an anchor bolt embedded in the wall surface 1 at a predetermined interval, 3 is a plurality of panels arranged along the wall surface 1, and 4 is an adjacent panel 3 It is a support member which consists of an elongate body arrange | positioned up and down so that the joint part may be covered from the back side along the right and left joint parts.
[0014]
The panel 3 is made of an appropriate plate material such as a cement-based plate, a metal plate such as a steel plate, an enamel plate, a synthetic resin plate, a composite plate of a synthetic resin and a metal, etc., and generally has polyethylene, polystyrene, A waterproof sheet 31 made of a waterproof sheet material such as polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyester, EVA, asphalt or rubber is pasted with the left and right side edges being left, and the left and right side edges of the waterproof sheet 31 are turned. Raised portions 32 are formed respectively.
[0015]
Further, the panel 3 disposed at the top of the arch of the tunnel-like structure has the waterproof sheet 31 protruding from the upper and lower end edges to form the protruding portion 33, and the other panel 3 is the lower end edge of the panel 3. The waterproof sheet 31 is protruded from only the surface so as to form the protruding portion 33. And the leaking water dripped on the back surface of the panel 3 leaks out from the joint part of the upper and lower panels 3 by joining the upper end of the lower panel 3 to the protruding portion 33 of the waterproof sheet 31 while sequentially joining from the upper side to the lower side. Is preventing.
[0016]
The waterproof sheet 31 is generally attached to the entire back surface of the panel 3, but if the panel 3 has waterproofness, the waterproof sheet 31 is a part that is large enough to form the rising portion 32 and the protruding portion 33. It may be stuck, and may not be a sheet form but a thin plate form. In addition, an inorganic paint or the like may be applied to the surface of the panel 3 to add a function as a tunnel interior plate, a fluorescent paint may be applied to give a line-of-sight guidance function, or an illustration design or the like may be appropriately applied.
[0017]
Next, the support member 4 includes a substrate 41, a pedestal 42 formed on the substrate 41 along the longitudinal direction, and vertical grooves 43 formed on the substrate 41 along the side edges.
[0018]
The substrate 41 is provided with a plurality of bolt insertion holes 44 through which the anchor bolts 2 are inserted along the center. The anchor bolts 2 are inserted into the insertion holes 44 and are screwed into the anchor bolts 2. The base plate 41 is sandwiched by the two nuts 21 that are combined, and the support member 4 is supported by the anchor bolt 2. If the wall surface 1 has irregularities, the two nuts 21 are adjusted to move the support member 4 back and forth with respect to the anchor bolt 2 to perform the unevenness adjustment.
[0019]
The pedestals 42 are provided in parallel on the left and right sides of the bolt insertion holes 44 in such a shape that a hollow prism is horizontally provided with the upper surface of the substrate 41 as one wall surface. Then, the respective side ends of both adjacent panels 3 are brought into contact with the upper surface of each pedestal 42, and the board holes are fixed by fitting the mounting holes 34 and 45 respectively formed in the side end of the panel 3 and the upper surface of the pedestal 42. A detachable fixing tool 5 such as a nylon anchor is inserted into the pedestal 42 and the fixing portion 51 of the fixing tool 5 is positioned in the hollow so that the side end of the panel 3 is detachably fixed onto the pedestal 42. ing. Note that the mounting hole 45 of the base 42 is a vertically long hole so that the mounting hole 34 of the panel 3 can be easily aligned.
[0020]
The vertical groove 43 is formed with the bent portion 46 formed on the side edge of the substrate 41 and the pedestal 42 as side walls and with the upper surface of the substrate 41 as the bottom surface, and the side ends as described above. A rising portion 32 on the back surface of the panel 3 fixed to 42 is inserted into the vertical groove 43.
[0021]
A waterproof sheet 47 is attached to the back surface of the support member 4, that is, the back surface of the substrate 41, and the support member 4 arranged at the top of the arch of the tunnel-like structure is The waterproof sheet 47 protrudes from the end edge of the support member 4 to form a protruding portion 48, and in the other support members 4, the waterproof sheet 47 protrudes from only the lower end edge of the support member 4 and the protruding portion 48 is formed. Yes. And the leaking water dripped on the back surface of the supporting member 4 is joined to the upper and lower supporting members 4 by sequentially joining the protruding portion 48 of the waterproof sheet 47 from the upper side to the lower side while polymerizing the upper ends of the lower supporting members 4. To prevent leakage.
[0022]
Next, the construction method of the water conveyance structure of the tunnel-like structure by the said form is demonstrated.
First, anchor bolts 2 are embedded in the wall surface 1 in accordance with positions corresponding to joint portions of the panels 3 to be arranged. Next, the anchor bolt 2 is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 44 of the base plate 41 of the support member 4 and the two nuts 21 are screwed together so that the support member 4 is moved along the wall surface 1 while performing unevenness adjustment. The anchor bolts 2 are sequentially supported from above to below. In this case, the upper end of the lower support member 4 is superposed on the protruding portion 48 of the waterproof sheet 47 from the lower end edge of the upper support member 4 while being sequentially joined from the upper side to the lower side. Prevent leaks. The gap between the substrate 41 and the anchor bolt 2 is preferably water-stopped by a washer 22 with a seal or the like.
[0023]
Thereafter, the respective side ends of the adjacent panels 3 are brought into contact with the upper surface of each pedestal 42 of the support member 4, and mounting holes 34 formed in the side ends of the panel 3 and the upper surface of the pedestal 42, respectively. 45, the fixing tool 5 such as a board anchor or a nylon anchor is inserted into the pedestal 42, and the fixing part 51 of the fixing tool 5 is positioned in the hollow so that the side end of the panel 3 is fixed onto the pedestal 42. Further, the side edge of the waterproof sheet on the back surface of the panel 3 is turned up to form the rising portion 32, and the rising portion 32 is inserted into the vertical groove 43 of the support member 4. In addition, it is preferable that the packing 35 is interposed between the base 42 and the panel 3 because the waterproof property is further maintained.
[0024]
In this case, similarly to the support member 4, the upper end of the lower panel 3 is superposed on the protruding portion 33 of the waterproof sheet 31 from the lower end edge of the upper panel 3 so that water leakage does not leak from the joint portion of the upper and lower panels 3. To. In this way, the panel 3 is fixed to the support member 4 sequentially from the upper side to the lower side, and the panel 3 is arranged on the wall surface 1.
[0025]
When the panel 3 is attached from the uppermost part of the arch of the tunnel-like structure, the panel 3 arranged at the uppermost part of the arch is one in which the protruding portion 33 of the waterproof sheet 31 as shown in FIG. 4 is formed at the upper and lower ends. Similarly, as the support member 4 arranged at the uppermost part of the arch, the support member 4 in which the protruding portions 48 of the waterproof sheet 47 as shown in FIG. 6 are provided at the upper and lower ends is used.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since the side end of the panel is fixed to the mounting member that is supported by the anchor bolt and arranged so as to cover the joint portion of both adjacent panels from the back side, it is attached to the wall surface. When there is unevenness, the unevenness can be easily adjusted by moving the support member back and forth with respect to the anchor bolt.

Moreover, since the board is supported by the anchor bolt and the mounting member is arranged so as to cover the joint part from the back side along the joint part of the adjacent panels as described above, the water leaking to the joint part is It is blocked by the substrate and does not leak from the joint. Further, the side edge of the panel is fixed on a pedestal formed along the longitudinal direction on the substrate, and is not directly fixed to the substrate, so that water leakage does not leak from the fixed portion of the panel. Furthermore, since the tip of the rising portion of the waterproof sheet formed along the side edge of the back surface of the panel is inserted in the vertical groove formed along the side edge on the substrate, the water leaked on the back surface of the panel is The rising portion falls down along the back surface of the panel without protruding from both side edges. Accordingly, since all of the water leakage can be processed between the wall surface and the panel and dropped downward without leaking from the panel or joint portion, not only the side wall surface but also the ceiling surface can be handled.

In addition, since the support member serves as a water guiding function as well as holding the panel as described above, it is possible to reduce the projecting dimension from the wall surface as compared with providing the panel holding function and the water guiding function separately.
