Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a dielectric resonator that is not easily affected by vibration and that can stably obtain good performance.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, a dielectric resonator according to the present invention is accommodated in a case made of a conductive material in a state where a columnar dielectric block is electrically connected to the case. comprising a exciters generating a magnetic field in the plane orthogonal to the axial direction of the dielectric block a current flow, the upper and lower surfaces of the dielectric block is formed upper electrode and the lower electrode, the upper electrode is the The bottom plate is electrically connected to the inner surface of the top plate of the case, the lower end electrode is electrically connected to the inner surface of the bottom plate of the case, and the exciter is a substantially plate-shaped member made of a dielectric fixed to the case. and the support piece is connected to an input terminal or an output terminal, Ri Do from the electrode strips formed on the surface of the support piece, wherein the electrode zone, the first of the support piece facing the dielectric block Side and the opposite of this first side A second side surface on the side, a bottom surface of the support piece located on the case side, and an upper surface opposite to the bottom surface, and the electrode strip located on the bottom surface of the support piece is formed on the case It is connected .
According to the dielectric resonator of the present invention, since the exciter is fixed to the case, it is not easily affected by vibration, and the magnetic field is generated on the surface perpendicular to the axial direction of the dielectric block by the electrode band, and is stabilized. Excitation performance can be obtained.
[0008]
It is preferable that the support piece constituting the exciter is composed of a substantially plate-like dielectric, and an electrode strip made of a conductive material is formed between both sides thereof, and the physical dimensions of the exciter are reduced by shortening the wavelength of the dielectric. It becomes possible to do. As the dielectric, plastics such as Teflon and epoxy resin, and ceramics are desirable, and those made of ceramics are most preferable because they have a large dielectric constant in terms of wavelength shortening effect. By disposing such a support piece in the case, it is possible to effectively radiate magnetic energy into the conductive case, thereby efficiently exciting the dielectric block.
[0009]
In addition, the electrode band is formed in an annular shape by cutting out a part of the surface between the opposite sides of the substantially plate-like dielectric on the surface opposite to the surface facing the dielectric block. It is preferable that it is connected to the sex case. A resonance circuit is formed by a portion of the support piece where the electrode is not formed and the electrode band, and impedance matching is achieved by the notched portion of the electrode band, so that a strong magnetic field can be generated. A preferable notch portion of the electrode strip is closer to the bottom surface side of the conductive case.
[0010]
In addition, the exciter is soldered to the housing by providing a chamfered portion for solder escape at the time of soldering on the surface between the both side surfaces of the support piece and on the surface facing the dielectric block and the continuous portion thereof. When attaching, it is possible to secure a space to escape the protruding solder, and to firmly fix the exciter to the conductive case.
In particular, when the chamfered portion is formed on the surface of the portion facing the dielectric block, the support piece can be fixed in close contact with the dielectric block, and strong magnetic coupling can be obtained with respect to the dielectric block.
[0011]
Alternatively, by partially thinning the electrode strip formed on the support piece, the inductance component of the electrode strip can be changed, so that the electrode strip is formed by the portion where the electrode of the support piece is not formed and the electrode strip. The resonance frequency of the resonance circuit can be adjusted, and the magnetic field coupling between the exciter and the dielectric block can be adjusted appropriately.
[0012]
In addition, by using the dielectric resonator of the present invention for the input / output portion of the dielectric filter, a dielectric filter that is less susceptible to vibration and has excellent stability can be obtained.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the dielectric resonator of the present invention accommodates a columnar dielectric block in a conductive case in a state of being electrically connected to the case, and a dielectric block in which a current flows in the dielectric block. An exciter for generating a magnetic field is provided on a surface orthogonal to the axial direction, and the exciter is connected to the case on a side surface of the support piece connected to the input terminal or the output terminal with a substantially plate-like support piece fixed to the case on the side surface. The electrode band is formed by providing an opening in a C-shaped cross section and having the lower side portion electrically connected to the case. According to this configuration, since the exciter is fixed to the case, it is possible to obtain a dielectric resonator that is not easily affected by vibration and has excellent performance stability.
