【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は地表埋設室用蓋の開閉器及び開放方法に関するものであり、より詳しくは、マンホール、桝、弁(栓)室等、各種の地表埋設室の上面開口を閉塞せる蓋を開放するための開閉器及びこれを用いた蓋の開放方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、地表埋設室用蓋の開閉器としては、例えば図6(イ)及び(ロ)に示す如く、鋼製で断面円形の真直ぐな棒状本体2aの先端部を舌片状に成形してバール片3aとなすものがある。
この従来の開閉器1aにあっては、例えば図7(イ)乃至(ハ)に示す如く、弁室等の各種地表埋設室11の上面開口を囲繞する蓋受枠12に支持された蓋13の周縁に設けられたバール孔14にそのバール片3aを挿入する。而してバール片3aの上面をバール孔14に係止し、蓋受枠12の内周面の上部隅角部18にバール片3aの下面を当接するとともに、該当接部を支点として棒状本体2aの上部末端側を下方に回動させ、梃子作用により閉塞せる蓋13を開放するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、かかる従来の開閉器1aは、単に真直ぐな棒状本体2aの先端部を舌片状のバール片3aに成形しているにすぎないために、蓋13の開放時において、バール片3aを蓋13のバール孔14に挿入した際には、図7(ハ)に示す如く、バール孔14内でバール片3aの位置が固定されずに矢印方向に動きやすく、安定した状態で棒状本体2aを回動操作しがたい問題があった。

又、図7(イ)に示す如き蓋受枠12との間に少許の隙間を存して嵌め込まれた蓋13を開放するにはそれ程支障はないが、地表埋設室11上を通行する車両等により蓋受枠12と蓋13との間に生じたガタツキに起因する騒音発生を防止すべく、蓋13の外周面と蓋受枠12の内周面とが滑らかに加工されて両者間に隙間がなく、例えば図7(ロ)及び(ハ)に示す如く、蓋13が蓋受枠12に密接して嵌め込まれている場合には、かかる従来の開閉器1aでは、密嵌せる蓋13の開放に手間がかかったり、真直ぐな棒状本体2aが曲がったりする問題点もあった。
更に、何れの場合も、図7(イ)及び(ロ)に示す如く、必ず蓋受枠12の内周面の上部隅角部18にバール片3aの下面を当接し、該当接部を支点として回動操作するために、バール片3aの下面や上部隅角部18が局部的に摩耗、損傷し、該所を支点とした梃子作用が利きにくくなる問題点もあった。

本発明はかかる従来の問題点に鑑みなされたもので、密嵌せる蓋13の開放時に、安定した状態で且つ容易に回動操作できるとともに、回動操作時の棒状本体2の変形を防止した地表埋設室用蓋の開閉器及びこれを用いた蓋の開放方法を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、本発明の地表埋設室用蓋の開閉器は、棒状本体2の先端部に、蓋受枠12に支持された蓋13の周縁のバール孔14に挿入される偏平状のバール片3を連設するとともに、該バール片3の上側に、前記バール孔14の開口部に追設された凹陥部15に嵌合される膨出部4を設け、バール片3の下側の付根部近傍に、前記蓋受枠12の上面に当接されて回動支点をなす支持座5を設けてなることを特徴とする。

かかる本発明の地表埋設室用蓋の開閉器によれば、密嵌せる蓋13の開放時に、バール片3を蓋受枠12に支持された蓋13の周縁のバール孔14に挿入すると、バール片3下側の付根部近傍にある支持座5が蓋受枠12の上面に当接して棒状本体2をその上面から浮上させて支持し、又、これに加えて前記バール孔14の開口部に凹陥部15が追設されている場合には、該凹陥部15にバール片3上側の膨出部4が嵌合して、バール片3がバール孔14内で遊ぶことなく位置決めされる。
従って、前記支持座5或いはこれと膨出部4との作用により、開閉器1をバール孔14へ安定状態で嵌挿できるとともに、支持座5を支点として棒状本体2の上部末端を少ない力で下方へスムーズに回動操作できると同時に、梃子作用により、バール孔14に係止するバール片3の先端が上動して蓋13を容易に開放することができる。又、回動支点となる支持座5を蓋受枠12の上面に当接することで棒状本体2と蓋受枠12との接触を回避でき、開閉器1自体や蓋受枠12の内周面の上部隅角部18が摩耗、損傷するようなことがない

又、本発明の地表埋設室用蓋の開放方法は、棒状本体2の先端部に偏平状のバール片3を連設するとともに、該バール片3の上側に膨出部4を設け、バール片3の下側の付根部近傍に支持座5を設けて開閉器1を形成し、蓋受枠12に支持された蓋13の周縁のバール孔14に前記開閉器1のバール片3を挿入するとともに、膨出部4を前記バール孔14の開口部に追設された凹陥部15に嵌合し、支持座5を前記蓋受枠12の上面に当接し、該支持座を支点として棒状本体2を回動操作するものである。
かかる本発明によれば、密嵌せる蓋13の開放時に、バール片3上側の膨出部4が蓋13のバール孔14の凹陥部15に嵌合することにより、バール片3がバール孔14内で遊ぶことなく確実に位置決めされるとともに、支持座5が蓋受枠12の上面に当接して棒状本体2をその上面から浮上させて支持する。従って、凹陥部15を追設したバール孔14に開閉器1をより一層安定状態で嵌挿でき、且つ支持座5を支点として棒状本体2の上部末端側を下向き方向へ回動させる操作がスムーズに行えると同時に、梃子作用によりバール孔14に係止するバール片3の先端が上動して、蓋13を容易に浮上させて開放することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照しながら本発明の実施の形態について説明する。
図1(イ)及び(ロ)は本発明の一実施形態に係る開閉器を示し、1は本発明の開閉器であって、断面円形の棒状本体2の先端部を偏平させるとともにその先端を上向き状に曲折して略逆へ字形をなすバール片3となし、該バール片3の上側で略逆へ字形の曲折部に膨出部4を設け、バール片3の下側の付根部近傍、即ち、その下側で前記膨出部4よりバール片3と反対側末端方向に少しずれた位置に棒状本体2と交差する短円柱状の支持座5を設けてなる。
又、上記支持座5からバール片3と反対側末端方向に離隔した位置に屈曲部6を設け、棒状本体2を略へ字形に曲折するとともに、その末端2′に舌片状のバール片8を一体的に設け、前記屈曲部6の略へ字形の狭角側、即ち、棒状本体2の下側で支持座5から末端2′方向の長さ方向に沿ってリブ状の補強材7を設けてなる。
尚、当該開閉器1は、金属製、樹脂製等、所望の性能に応じて任意の材質から構成されてなるものである。

次に、かかる開閉器1の使用例を図1(ハ)、図2(イ)乃至(ハ)に基づいて説明する。
まず、棒状本体2の末端2′側を把持し、弁室等の各種地表埋設室11の上面開口を囲繞する蓋受枠12に支持された蓋13の周縁に設けたバール孔14にそのバール片3を挿入するとともに、膨出部4をバール孔14に追設された凹陥部15に嵌合させ、支持座5を蓋受枠12の上面に当接する。次いで前記支持座5を支点として棒状本体2の末端2′側を下方に回動させ梃子作用を働かせることで、バール孔14に係止するバール片3の先端が上動して蓋13が浮上し開放される。

前記蓋13の開放時に、バール片3上側の膨出部4が蓋13のバール孔14の凹陥部15に嵌合されることで、バール片3がバール孔14内で遊ぶことなく位置決めされるとともに、棒状本体2が略へ字形に曲折していることと相まって、棒状本体2の自重によりバール片3の先端がバール孔14に自動的に係止し、又、支持座5が蓋受枠12の上面を押圧する如く、曲折する棒状本体2の末端2′側が自然に回動方向(下向き)へ向け屈曲して緩傾斜状態となる。そのために、開閉器1を安定状態で装着でき、且つ緩傾斜状態をなす棒状本体2の末端2′側に、梃子作用を奏じさせる下向きの力を作用させやすくなり、容易に回動操作させて蓋13を開放できるものである。又、その時、屈曲部6の下側に添着した補強材7が、棒状本体2の断面係数を増大させ、その弾性変形を防止して梃子作用をよく利かせることで蓋13の開放がより速やかに行えるものである。

尚、前記蓋13の周縁のバール孔14は、蓋13の上面及び蓋受枠12の内周面側に開口し、図2(ニ)に示す如く、蓋受枠12の上部隅角部18との対向部略中央に、略半円形状の凹陥部15が追設されており、一方、前記バール片3の膨出部4は、図2(ロ)に示す如く、前記略半円形状の凹陥部15に適合すべく略かまぼこ形状となされているが、その形状は自由であり、該膨出部4と凹陥部15が凹凸嵌合可能となるべく夫々相応する形状になされていればよい。
又、棒状本体2の末端2′にある舌片状のバール片8の使用例について説明すると、前記バール片3による蓋13の解放前に密嵌せる蓋13を予め開放しやすい状態にしておくために、蓋13の周縁に設けた他のバール孔にバール片8を挿入して抉ることにより、蓋13と蓋受枠12との嵌合を緩めたり、その他の場所で通常のバールとして兼用的な使用が行える。

図3(イ)乃至(ハ)は本発明の他実施形態に係る開閉器を示し、本発明の開閉器1は上記図1に示すものの変形実施例であって、棒状本体2と交差する支持座5が長尺棒状の把手状をなし、棒状本体2をより長尺となしてその末端2′に角筒形で袋状をなすキャップ体9を一体的に設けた点で異なる他は上記図1に示すものと同構造をなす。

かかる開閉器1の使用例において、バール片3による蓋13の開放については、上記図1(ハ)、図2(イ)乃至(ハ)に示す使用例と同様であるためこれを援用するが、当該開閉器1の支持座5は長尺棒状に形成され蓋受枠12の上面との接触長さが増加してバール孔14への装着時及び梃子運動時(図1(ハ)及び図2(イ)、(ハ)時)の安定性が更に良くなるという点で優位性を有する。
次に、棒状本体2の末端2′にあるキャップ体9の使用例を図3(ニ)に基づいて説明する。
即ち、バール片3による蓋13の開放後、弁室等の各種地表埋設室11及び地中埋設室11′内に配置された埋設機器16(例えて消火栓、仕切弁等)の弁開閉螺子17を回転させてその弁等を開閉すべく、蓋受枠12の上面開口から棒状本体2を把持して開閉器1を差し入れ、その末端2′にあるキャップ体9を埋設機器16から垂設せる弁開閉螺子17に嵌挿させるとともに、その上位で水平状をなして把手となる支持座5を回転させることにより、棒状本体2及びキャップ体9を介して弁開閉螺子17を回転させるものである。
尚、前記角筒形をなすキャップ体9の形状は自由であり、該キャップ体9を嵌挿する弁開閉螺子17の形状に相応して、該弁開閉螺子17を回転させられるものであればよい。

図4(イ)乃至(ホ)は本発明の更に他実施形態に係る開閉器を示し、本発明の開閉器1は、略へ字形の屈曲部6を有しない真直ぐな棒状本体2の先端部に舌片状のバール片3を成形し、その上側に膨出部4を、又、その下側の付根部近傍に、一端部が第二バール部10としての舌片状のバール片10a、他端部が第二バール部10としてのT字片10bとなされた長棒状の支持座5を棒状本体2と交差して設けるとともに、該支持座5から末端2′方向の長さ方向に沿ってリブ状の補強材7を設け、且つ末端2′にキャップ体9を一体的に設けてなる。

かかる開閉器1では、棒状本体2を略へ字形に曲折する屈曲部6がないために、屈曲部6を有する前記図1及び図3に示す開閉器1に比べると、バール片3をバール孔14に挿入した際の棒状本体2がやや起立状となり回動方向に対する傾斜度合いが少なくなるものの、バール片3による蓋13の開放使用例については、前記図2(イ)乃至(ハ)に示す使用例と同様であるためこれを援用し、又、把手をなす支持座5及び末端2′にあるキャップ体9の使用例は、前記図3(ニ)に示す使用例と同様であるためこれを援用する。
而して、支持座5の一端部にある第二バール部10としてのバール片10aの使用例は、図4(ヘ)に示すように、棒状本体2と該棒状本体2と交差する長棒状の支持座5とが鶴嘴状を呈するので、支持座5の一端部にあるバール片10aをバール孔14に挿入し、棒状本体2の末端2′側を上動させることでバール孔14を抉ることができ、バール片3による蓋13の解放前に、蓋受枠12との密嵌状態を緩めたり、その他の場所で通常のバールや鶴嘴として兼用的な使用が行える。
又、支持座5の他端部にあるT字片10bは、図4(ロ)及び(ホ)に示すように、端部に向かってその径が漸次小さくなされた支持座5を中心軸としてその両側に相対して板片が外突されることで、平面視略逆T字型を呈してなる。而して、その使用に際しては、長棒状の支持座5を略垂直状にして、該T字片10bを図4(へ)及び(ト)に示す如き蓋13に穿設された係止孔20に沿わせて挿入し(図4(ホ)に破線で示す)、支持座5を軸として該支持座5と共にT字片10bを上記係止孔20内で適宜角度回転させて蓋13の裏面側に係止することができ、バール片3による蓋13の開放後に、棒状本体2や支持座5を把持して蓋13を持ち上げ安全に移動させることができる。

尚、上記各実施形態において、棒状本体2については、その断面形状は円形の他、だ円形、半円形、三角形、方形、多角形等適宜形状としてもよく、又、中実或いは中空であってもよく、その長さは蓋13の大きさや重量、或いは地表埋設室11や地中埋設室11′内の埋設機器16の埋設深さ等によりその使用目的に応じた適宜長さに設計されればよい。又、バール片3については、その形状、寸法は蓋13のバール孔14に適合すればよく、その先端部に略逆へ字形の曲折部を設ければ、蓋13の開放時に該所がバール孔14に係止しやすく好ましいが、かかる略逆へ字形の曲折角度はとくに限定されず、例えて図4に示すような舌片直状のバール片3であってもよい。
又、支持座5についても、円柱状以外に、だ円柱状、半円柱状、三角柱状、四角柱状、多角柱状等、梃子の支点をなすべく適宜形状となされ、棒状本体2と交差すべく適宜手段により該棒状本体2と一体化されればよく、又、長棒状をなす場合には、その端部に必要に応じて第二バール部10が設けられればよい。又、略へ字状をなす屈曲部6の曲折角度についても、棒状本体2の長さや回動操作性等により適宜決められればよい。

更に、補強材7は、図5(イ)及び(ロ)に示す如く、屈曲部6を有する棒状本体2の上側で膨出部4と連設してバール片3と反対側末端方向の長さ方向に沿ってリブ状に設けられてもよいし、図5(ハ)乃至(ホ)に示す如く、棒状本体2の上側で膨出部4自体がそのままバール片3と反対側末端方向の長さ方向に沿って延長されて設けられてもよく、これらの場合は、支持座5から先にあるバール片3自体の変形をも防止できて好ましいし、或いは棒状本体2の上側と下側の両側に長さ方向に沿って設けられれば、一層強固な開閉器となすことができる。更に又、その形状もバール片3、屈曲部6や棒状本体2を補強できればよく、適宜形状のものが棒状本体2の長さ方向に沿って適宜手段により一体化されればよいもので、上記各実施形態のものに限定するものではない。
又、第二バール部10及びバール片8についても、通常のバールと同様な形状を含む所望形状となされればよく、その形状を限定するものではない。又、膨出部4及びキャップ体9については、既に述べた通りの形状であればよい。

即ち、上記各実施形態における、棒状本体2、バール片3、膨出部4、支持座5、屈曲部6、補強材7、第二バール部10、キャップ体9、バール片8の夫々の形状や寸法或いは曲折角度等は上記各実施形態のものに限定されず、本発明の意図する範囲内で適宜設計変更可能である。
尚、本発明の開閉器1によって開放される蓋13は、方形、円形、多角形等適宜形状のもので、少なくともその周縁に、上面及び蓋受枠12の内周面側に開口してバール片3が挿入可能なバール孔14を備えたものであればよく、又、とくに蓋受枠12の上部隅角部18と対向するバール孔14の開口部に適宜形状の凹陥部15が追設されていると、該凹陥部15にバール片3の上側の膨出部4を挿入、嵌合してバール片3の位置決めができ好ましい。尚又、バール孔14に前記凹陥部15が追設されていない蓋13であっても、バール孔14にバール片3の先端部が係止可能な場合等においては、本発明の開閉器1によって蓋13の開放が可能である。

【発明の効果】
以上詳述した如く、本発明の地表埋設室用蓋の開閉器は、棒状本体の先端部に、蓋受枠に支持された蓋の周縁のバール孔に挿入される偏平状のバール片を連設するとともに、該バール片の上側に、前記バール孔の開口部に追設された凹陥部に嵌合される膨出部を設け、バール片の下側の付根部近傍に、前記蓋受枠の上面に当接されて回動支点をなす支持座を設けてなるために、密嵌せる蓋の開放時に、バール片を蓋受枠に支持された蓋の周縁のバール孔に挿入すると、バール片下側の付根部近傍にある支持座が蓋受枠の上面に当接して棒状本体をその上面から浮上させて支持し、又、これに加えて前記バール孔の開口部に凹陥部が追設されている場合には、該凹陥部にバール片上側の膨出部が嵌合して、バール片がバール孔内で遊ぶことなく位置決めされる。従って、前記支持座或いはこれと膨出部との作用により、開閉器をバール孔へ安定状態で嵌挿できるとともに、支持座を支点として棒状本体の上部末端を少ない力で下方へスムーズに回動操作できると同時に、梃子作用により、バール孔に係止するバール片の先端が上動して蓋を容易に開放することができる。又、回動支点となる支持座を蓋受枠の上面に当接することで、棒状本体と蓋受枠との接触を回避でき、従来のように開閉器自体や蓋受枠の内周面の上部隅角部が摩耗、損傷するようなことがない
