Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a low-cost paper container that facilitates removal of semi-solids having low fluidity.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, foods such as semi-solid yogurt, soft margarine, and soft cheese, or water-based paints that are close to liquid but viscous, etc., are easy to remove at the time of use, so that cup-shaped containers with wide-mouth lids or metal or plastic It is filled in small pail cans. Some high value-added products include extruded tubes.
Taking yogurt as an example, a three-piece container is generally used in which a loosely tapered paper or plastic cup is sealed at the top and a plastic cover is placed over the cup.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-described container with a lid has a large opening, allows easy removal of the contents, and has a good appearance, but has a problem in that it is three-piece, and the production cost is too high in material. In addition, plastic and metal trunks and lids are excellent in protecting the contents, but there is a problem in that they are difficult to dispose after use.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and is a one-piece paper container which is excellent in economical efficiency, has a large opening, allows easy removal of contents, and has a good semi-solid content in disposability after use. The purpose is to provide goods paper containers.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problem, and comprises a tear piece sandwiched between two weakening lines in a square pillar-shaped body, and the body is torn from the end of the tear piece and opened. A folding line extending downward from a position below the weakening line is provided at a central portion of at least one pair of opposed side walls of the trunk, and the weakening line is formed by half-cutting; A semi-solid paper container is characterized in that an anti-seal material is coated on one of the opposing heat sealing surfaces at a portion intersecting with the vertical heat sealing portion of the body.
[0005]
[Action]
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, although it is a one-piece paper container, since a trunk | drum can be easily opened greatly, it becomes easy to take out a content with a spoon etc. like the conventional cup-shaped container. The lower part of the paper container, which has been opened and separated by the tear piece, pushes the opposing side wall panels inward, and the remaining two side walls also bend from the center fold line, and in this state, the upper end of the body part separated at the time of opening. The part can be covered as a lid.
[0006]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a development view of a carton blank 10 of a semi-solid paper container according to the present invention.
The paper container is formed from a one-piece carton blank 10,
As shown in FIG. 1, the paper container has a body composed of four side wall panels 1 to 4 and a heat seal part 5, a top forming part A connected via a fold line 16 at the upper edge of the body, and the body. It is composed of a bottom forming part B connected via a fold line 15 at the lower edge of the part.
The top molded portion A is molded into a gable-top so-called gable top. The bottom forming part B is formed to form a flat bottom.
[0007]
Although the above is no different from the conventional gable-top carton, in the present invention, a tear piece H formed by two parallel weakening lines 6 is provided on the upper part of the body side wall panel. In addition, a notch 7 is provided at one end 8 of the tear piece, so that a trigger for tearing is easily obtained. Further, the other end 8 ′ of the tear piece H intersects the heat seal portion 5. Since both ends 8 and 8 'are opposed to each other, where a strong heat seal for sticking the cylinder is performed by a frame sealer or the like, the opposite ends are required to perform smooth tearing across the carton blank. It is necessary to partially coat either one of 8, 8 'with an anti-heat sealant in advance.
[0008]
As shown in FIG. 1, an inverted Y-shaped or I-shaped vertical fold line is formed on two opposing side wall panels 1, 3 or all side wall panels below the weakening line 6 at the center of the side wall panel. Provided on the part.
The purpose of this purpose is to make it easy to fit a paper container which is cut off by a tearing piece, so that the upper and lower sides of the paper container have the same mouth and neck and cannot be fitted. That is, when the lower side of the separated paper container pushes the opposing side wall panels inward, the remaining two side walls also bend from the center fold line, and in this state, the upper end of the body part separated at the time of opening is used as a lid. Can be covered.
[0009]
FIG. 2 shows a blank section of the weakening line 6.
As shown in FIG. 2, a laminated material 20 of a semi-solid paper container according to the present invention has a polyethylene layer 22 provided on both sides of a paperboard layer 21 of a kraft type or the like, and a printed layer 23 provided on the outermost surface.
As shown in FIG. 2A, the weakened line 6 is provided with a half-cut 24 as indicated by a dotted line by pushing a blade having an adjusted blade depth from the outermost surface of the laminated material 20.
In addition, in order to improve the tearing property, as shown in FIG. 2B, a half cut 25 indicated by a double-dot chain line may be provided from the back side of the laminated material 20 depending on the content. However, the half-cut 24 and the half-cut 25 are slightly shifted in phase in a direction orthogonal to the line of weakness 6 as shown in FIG. Is preferred. In FIG. 2C, the width of the phase shift is indicated by d.
The depth and pitch of the half-cut must not significantly degrade the physical strength required for the paper container, while providing tearability in a certain direction. In order to obtain good tearability, it is preferable that the line of weakness and the direction of the paper grain match.
The surface shape of the tear piece H can be selected from various shapes as shown in FIG. Also, the innermost polyethylene layer 22 of the laminate 20 is torn by the paperboard-driven mold at the same time as the intermediate paperboard layer, but it is a necessary condition that it is sufficiently adhered to the paperboard layer 21.
As described above, the processing of the weakening line 6 is performed simultaneously with the punching in the carton blank punching stage at the final stage of the manufacturing process. However, the weakening line is firstly processed in the paperboard stage, and thereafter, printing, polyethylene extrusion coating, and A seal material coating or the like may be performed. In this case, a perforation that penetrates the laminated material can be performed instead of the half cut, and the tearing property is significantly improved. However, the economic advantages of the present invention cannot be exploited due to the lengthening of the process.
[0010]
FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram of opening and resealing of the semi-solid paper container according to the present invention. First, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), a tear piece is caused from a notch 7 provided at an end of the tear piece H, and the end is torn in the horizontal direction by holding the end with a finger, as shown in FIG. 3 (b). As shown, the paper container can be opened up and down separately.
Next, when the contents are taken out by an appropriate method and the remaining portion is temporarily stored, as shown in FIG. 3C, the opposing side wall panel of the paper container body is pushed inward in the direction of the arrow. The other two side wall panels are also bent inwardly by the folding lines 9 provided in advance, and the space area of the opening is reduced. In this state, once the removed upper part is put on, it can be easily fitted and resealed as shown in FIG.
Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 4, the tearing piece H may be torn apart and opened leaving one side wall, and the folded line provided on the side wall may be used as a hinge and fall back. Also in this case, as shown in FIG. 4B, the hinge part can be folded and the upper part can be fitted.
[0011]
The semi-solid paper container according to the present invention, in which the contents have been used once or several times, can be discarded as burning dust after reducing the crushing volume, which has the effect of reducing the environmental burden.
[0012]
(Example)
The semi-solid paper container according to the present invention was applied to yogurt to prepare a gable-top paper container having a content of 500 ml.
As the laminated material of this paper container, a material having the following laminated structure manufactured by Wehrhauser, which has been used as a milk carton, was used as it was. That is, in order from the surface
Polyethylene 15μm / Bleached Kraft Paper 450μm / Polyethylene 29μm
And the total basis weight is 400 g / m 2 .
Gravure four-color printing was performed on the surface of the above-mentioned wound paper, and at the same time, the intersection 8 between the tear piece H and the heat seal portion 5 was partially coated with a silicone-based anti-heat sealant by a gravure printing method.
In the next blank punching step, the weak line 6 and the fold line 9 were formed simultaneously with the other fold line processing. In order to provide the tear piece H close to the top forming portion, the interval between the two weakening lines 6 is set to 8 mm, and the interval between the upper weakening line and the fold line 16 is set to 10 mm so that the shape shown in FIG. A half-cut line was provided. The line of weakness 6 was made to coincide with the grain direction.
The half-cut was made slightly deeper than the middle of the paperboard layer 21.
After blanking the blank 10 obtained by performing the above processing by using the same cylinder pasting machine as before, molding, filling, and sealing are performed by a milk molding and filling machine in which only the filling portion is changed to yogurt, and the present invention is performed. To obtain a semisolid paper container containing yogurt.
This product was randomly extracted and subjected to opening with a tear piece 6 and a resealing test using a fold line 9. As a result, all of them could be easily performed. In the opened state, the yogurt could be easily taken out with a spoon or the like.
[0013]
The semi-solid paper container according to the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention. For example, the shape of the paper container is not limited to the gable-top carton, but may be a flat container having a flat top portion. The paper is not limited to a kraft paper, and the plastic layers on both sides are not limited to polyethylene.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, although the shape is substantially the same as the one-piece liquid paper container of the gable top, the body can be torn horizontally to open a large opening. Easier to take out. When the lower side of the opened paper container pushes the opposing side wall panels inward, the remaining side wall also bends inward from the center fold line, and in this state, the upper end portion cut off at the time of opening can be covered as a lid.
Thus, there is no need to prepare a lid separately, and the tear piece for opening is already assembled at the stage of the carton blank, no additional member is required, and the conventional liquid paper container is used. The blank manufacturing method, molding, filling, and sealing methods can be used as they are, so it is provided at a lower cost than the two-piece container consisting of a body, a lid or a three-piece container consisting of a body, a seal, and a lid that has been used so far. It becomes possible.
Furthermore, since it is made of a material mainly made of paperboard, disposal after use is easy, and there is an effect of reducing the environmental load.
