本発明は、例えばプレハブ住宅のコーナ部の入り隅部や出隅部等における防水施工に用いられる建築用防水シートに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の入り隅部や出隅部等における防水施工には、ゴムやプラスチックを入り隅部や出隅部等の形状に合わせて金型成形した定形役物を用いるか、ゴムシートや塩ビシート等の防水シートに切り込みを入れて継ぎ合わせて定形加工したものを用いるか、或いは、無定形シーリング材を塗布したりしていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前記金型成形による定形役物を用いる場合は、原料費は安いが、金型のコストが大きく、役物は通常小量で多品種なので、コストに合わないという不都合を有する。また、シートに切り込みを入れて継ぎ合わせ加工する場合は、切り込みや継ぎ目があるため、防水性が十分でないという不都合を有する。更にまた、無定形シーリング材を用いる場合には、作業者の熟練度により防水精度にバラツキが生じてしまい常に一定した防水施工を行えないという不都合を有する。
本発明はかかる従来の不都合を解消し、施工性、防水性に優れる建築用防水部材として用いられる防水シートを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の建築用防水ゴムシートは、前記目的を達成するべく、段差を備えた入り隅部の形状に合わせて折り曲げ可能なゴムシートの裏面に引き布を裏打し、該裏面に入り隅部に貼着するための粘着部を設けると共に、前記ゴムシートの表面に該ゴムシートを前記入り隅部の形状に合わせて折り曲げた際に鉛直方向に形成される折り皺を貼着するために、前記ゴムシートの下端に粘着部を設け、前記折り皺を前記ゴムシートの表面に貼着したことを特徴とする。
また、本発明の建築用防水ゴムシートは、段差を備えた出隅部の形状に合わせて折り曲げ可能なゴムシートの裏面に引き布を裏打し、該裏面に出隅部を貼着するための粘着部を設けると共に、前記ゴムシートの表面に該ゴムシートを前記出隅部の形状に合わせて折り曲げた際に鉛直方向に形成される折り皺を貼着するために、前記ゴムシートの上端に粘着部を設け、前記折り皺を前記ゴムシートの表面に貼着したことを特徴とする。
尚、前記引き布にはゴム糊が含浸されていることが好ましい。
また、前記各粘着部は両面粘着テープの貼着により形成することが好ましい。

【作用】
ゴムシートの裏面に引き布を裏打したため、ゴムシートの弾性を押さえることができ、コーナ部におけるコーナの形状に合わせた貼着作業が容易に行える。
また、ゴムシートの裏面に入り隅部或いは出隅部に貼着するための粘着部を設けたため、かかる粘着部を利用してゴムシートをコーナ部に簡単に貼着できる。また、入り隅部或いは出隅部の形状にあわせて折り曲げた際に形成される折り皺を前記ゴムシートに貼着するための粘着部を設けたため、この折り皺の貼着のみでゴムシートをコーナ部の形状に合わせて、所定形状のまま簡単に固定することができる。
また、引き布にゴム糊を含浸させた場合、引き布とゴムシートは極めて良好に一体化され、また、引き布自体にも防水性が与えられ、ゴムシートは極めて防水性の高いものとなる。

【実施例】
以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づき説明する。
図1乃至図3は本発明の建築用防水シートの一実施例を示すもので、図1はその正面図、図2は図1のA−A断面図、図3は前記ゴムシートの斜視図を示すもので、本実施例では入り隅用に構成した例を示す。
前記建築用防水シートはゴムシート1の裏面にポリエステル製の織布2を裏打ちし、この織布2にゴム糊を含浸させたもので、前記ゴムシート1の厚みは0.3mm、前記織布2の厚みは0.2mm程度としてある。
前記ゴムシート1の裏面、即ち織布2側にはその上端部に沿って、両面粘着テープによる粘着部3が形成され、また、前記ゴムシート1の表面中央部下端には、ゴムシート1を入り隅部の形状に合わせて折り曲げた際に形成される折り皺4を貼着するための両面粘着テープによる粘着部5が形成されている。

図4は、前記建築用防水シートの施工状態を示すもので、ベニヤ板10による段差を備えた入り隅部11に適用した例を示すもので、裏面の粘着部3を利用してゴムシート1を壁20に貼着すると共に、ベニヤ板10の段差部においてゴムシート1を折り曲げてその折り皺4を表面の粘着部5を利用してゴムシート1に貼着することで、入り隅部11の形状に合わせて建築用防水シートを防水施工したものである。

図5乃至図7は本発明の建築用防水シートの他実施例を示すもので、図5はその正面図、図6は図1のB−B断面図、図7は折り曲げた状態の斜視図をを示すもので、本実施例では出隅用に構成した例を示す。
本実施例の建築用防水シートは、ゴムシート1の表面中央部上端に、ゴムシート1を出隅部の形状に合わせて折り曲げた際に形成される折り皺4を貼着するための両面粘着テープによる粘着部5を形成するようにした以外は前記実施例と同様の構成であるので、同一部材には同一符号を付してその詳細な説明は省略した。

図8は、前記建築用防水シートの施工状態を示すもので、ベニヤ板10による段差を備えた出隅部12に適用した例を示すもので、裏面の粘着部5を利用してゴムシート1を柱30に貼着すると共に、柱面においてゴムシート1を折り曲げてその折り皺4を表面の粘着部5を利用してゴムシートに貼着することで、出隅部12の形状に合わせて建築用防水シートを防水施工したものである。
尚、前記施工例では、ゴムシートをコーナ部において施工時にその形状に合わせて折り曲げるようにしたが、予めコーナ部の形状に折り曲げておいてから、コーナ部に施工するようにしてもよい。

このように本発明によれば、施工性と防水性に優れた建築用防水シートが得られる。
