【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、包装体開口に取り付ける着脱自在の、プラスチック成形品の蓋体に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
今日では、不織布片等を交互に折り込んだものを、例えばウェットティシュー等に加工して、それらをピロー包装したものが多数市場に出回るようになってきている。
ところで、それら商品の取り出し口部には、開封後においてもその内容物の乾燥を防ぐために、そして異物の混入を防ぐためにきまって再封用の蓋体が装着されているのである。この蓋体とは、包装袋とは別個に用意されたものであることが普通であり、簡便な包装体にあっては粘着性プラスチックフィルム片であることが多く、またやや収容量の大きな包装体にあってはプラスチック成形品の蓋体が用いられることが多いのである。
このプラスチック成形品の蓋体を包装体開口へ取り付ける方法としては、その基体部下周部に設けられたフランジ部を利用して外付けされる場合と、内付けされる場合とがあり、これらのいずれかが採用されることとなる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、従来のやや収容量の大きなウェットティシュー等包装体商品にあっては別個に用意したプラスチック成形品の蓋体を、その製造工程において個々の包装袋の全数に対して内側、または外側から接着固定する構成であったために、その分製造工程も複雑となったし、またコスト高の理由ともなっていたのである。
また、この場合では、蓋体の包装袋に対する接着固定は必要以上に強固であり、使用後の空袋廃棄に際して、その蓋体を包装袋から引き剥がしてそれぞれ蓋体と包装袋を分別収集に対応させることは実際上はほとんど不可能なことであり、省資源の面からも問題となっていた。
本発明は上述した従来技術の欠点に鑑みてなされたものであり、包装袋への着脱が自在で、繰り返して使用が可能な、着脱自在の、プラスチック成形品の蓋体を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、中央部に開口部１１１を穿設し、その近傍にスリット１１２を穿設してある基体部１１の上面一辺部にヒンジ部１２を介して、閉蓋したときには前記基体部１１と相互嵌合の手段を有するほぼ同形同大の蓋部１３を連設し、前記基体部１１の下面開口部１１１の前記スリット１１２に対向する位置の一端部に、外に向けて開くクリップ部１４を連設し、該クリップ部１４に対向する位置には前記スリット１１２に沿って進退摺動可能なやはり外に向けて開く縦断面形状略コ字形の可動クリップ１５を装着したことを特徴とする、包装体開口に取り付ける蓋体１である。

【作用】
本発明の包装体開口に取り付ける蓋体１は、基体部１１の下面開口部１１１の一端部に外に向けて開くクリップ部１４を連設し、該クリップ部１４に対向する位置、すなわち該基体部１１の下面開口部１１１の他端部にはスリット１１２に沿って進退摺動可能なやはり外に向けて開く縦断面形状略コ字形の可動クリップ１５を装着した構成であるために、これを包装体開口２１に取り付けるのは容易であり、先ず該基体部１１の下面開口部１１１の一端部に連設されたクリップ部１４を用いてこれに包装体開口２１の一端部を挟持させて固定し、次いで前記可動クリップ１５を「退」の状態で包装体開口２１に挿入した後、「進」の状態として該包装体開口２１の他端部に挟持させて固定すればよいのである。これと逆の手順によれば本発明の包装体開口に取り付ける蓋体は、簡単に包装体開口から取り外すことができるのであり、取り外したものは再度他の包装体に使用することができる。

本発明の包装体開口に取り付ける蓋体を一実施形態に基づいて以下に詳細に説明する。

中央部に開口を穿設し、その近傍にスリットを穿設してある基体部の上面一辺部にヒンジ部を介して、閉蓋したときには前記基体部と相互嵌合の手段を有するほぼ同形同大の蓋部を連設し、前記基体部の下面開口の前記スリットに対向する位置の一端部に、外に向けて開くクリップ部を連設し、該クリップ部に対向する位置、すなわち前記基体部の下面開口の他端部には、別途用意した前記スリットに沿って進退摺動可能なやはり外に向けて開く、その上片に前記スリット中に挿入させる突起を有する縦断面形状略コ字形の可動クリップを装着し、前記基体部の上面開口に沿って肉厚部を形成し、さらに前記基体部下面外周に沿って一周する発泡ポリウレタン材を接着して本発明品を得た。可動クリップを用いて行う包装体開口への着脱はきわめて容易であり、多数回の使用に耐えるものであった。

【発明の効果】
本発明の包装体開口に取り付ける蓋体は、基体部の下面開口の一端部に外に向けて開くクリップ部を連設し、該クリップ部に対向する位置、すなわち該基体部の下面該開口の他端部にはスリットに沿って進退摺動可能なやはり外に向けて開く縦断面形状略コ字形の可動クリップを装着した構成であるために、これを包装体開口に取り付けるのはきわめて容易であり、先ず該基体部の下面該開口の一端部に連設されたクリップ部を用いてこれに包装体開口の一端部を挟持させて固定し、次いで該可動クリップを「退」の状態で開口に挿入した後、「進」の状態として包装体開口の他端部に挟持させて固定すればよい。
これと逆の手順をとれば、本発明の包装体開口に取り付ける蓋体は、簡単に包装体開口から取り外すことができるのであり、取り外したものは再度他の包装体に使用することができて一つ用意すれば繰り返し使用が可能で経済的であり、省資源の面からも推奨されるべきものである。
