そして、冷媒配管P5(つまり、蒸発器5下流で、圧縮機1上流の冷媒配管、圧縮機吸入側冷媒配管)の途中には、液冷媒の流量、および、潤滑油の流量を同時に検出する流量検出装置Sが装着されている。
【0019】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fluid flow rate detecting device for detecting a flow rate of a fluid, and is particularly suitable for use in a flow rate detecting device for detecting a flow rate of lubricating oil or liquid refrigerant returning to a compressor of a refrigeration cycle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as the above-mentioned flow rate detecting device, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2-140557 discloses a refrigerant pipe (fluid pipe) in a refrigeration cycle through which a liquid refrigerant (fluid) flows between a downstream of a gas-liquid separator and an upstream of an expansion valve. ) That detects the lubricating oil flow rate of the lubricating oil (fluid) mixed in the refrigerant has been proposed. As shown in FIG. 7, this flow rate detection device includes a

Further, a small
[0004]
Here, since the lubricating oil composed of a naphthenic oil or the like contains unsaturated groups such as an aroma group that emits fluorescence when receiving ultraviolet rays, the lubricating oil emits fluorescence according to the amount of the unsaturated groups when receiving ultraviolet rays. . Then, the intensity of the fluorescence is detected by the
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in order to know how lubricating oil circulates through the refrigeration cycle, the present inventor has attempted to detect the flow rate of lubricating oil circulating through the refrigeration cycle in a laboratory. Here, since the flow rate of the lubricating oil changes with a change in the number of revolutions of the compressor, even if the mass of the lubricating oil detected by the above-mentioned conventional
[0006]
On the other hand, the present inventor previously detected the flow velocity of the lubricating oil when the rotational speed of the compressor was variously changed, and found the relationship between the rotational speed of the compressor and the flow velocity of the lubricating oil. Before actually operating the refrigeration cycle, the amount of lubricating oil is detected by detecting the mass of the lubricating oil by the
[0007]
However, when the rotational speed of the compressor rapidly increases and decreases, and when the rotational speed of the compressor gradually increases and decreases, the flow rate of the lubricating oil is different even if the rotational speed of the compressor is the same. The relationships found in are not always applicable. Therefore, this method cannot accurately detect the flow rate of the lubricating oil (fluid).
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and has as its object to accurately detect the flow rate of a fluid.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in order to accurately detect the flow rate of the fluid, the present inventor needs to detect the mass of the fluid by the light amount detection means and to detect the flow rate of the lubricating oil at this time. Focusing on this, the following invention has been found.
That is, in the inventions according to the first to fourth aspects, the light-transmitting portion (10A) for inputting light from the light source (29) to the fluid pipe (P5, 10) through which the fluid flows, and the second light-emitting portion for outputting light. The first light-transmitting portion (10B) and the second light-transmitting portion (10C) that are arranged at a predetermined distance (L) apart from the first light-transmitting portion (10B) in the fluid flow direction. Provided,
Based on a change in the amount of light received by the first and second optical detection means (201) and (202) for receiving the light emitted from the first and second emission light transmitting portions (10B) and (10C). Detecting a change in the mass of the fluid in the vicinity of the first and second light transmitting portions (10B) and (10C);
The phase difference calculation means (S15, S20) calculates the phase difference (θ) between the detection value of the first optical detection means (201) and the detection value of the second optical detection means (202), and calculates the flow velocity. In (S30), the flow velocity (V) of the fluid is calculated based on the phase difference (θ) and the predetermined distance (L), and the flow velocity (V) is calculated by the flow rate calculating means (S40, S50). It is characterized in that the flow rate (Q) of the fluid is calculated based on at least one of the detection values (A) of the detection means (201) and (202).
[0009]
In this way, the two light transmitting portions (10B) and (10C) are arranged at a predetermined distance (L) in the fluid flow direction, and the fluid in the vicinity of the two light transmitting portions (10B) and (10C) is disposed. By detecting the mass change and calculating the phase difference (θ) of the detected value, the flow velocity (V) of the fluid is always calculated, and the flow rate (Q) of the fluid is always calculated. Therefore, the flow rate (Q) of the fluid can always be accurately detected.
[0010]
In the invention described in
[0011]
In this way, the flow rate (Q) of one of the lubricating oil and the refrigerant can always be accurately detected.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, in the refrigerant pipes (P5, P10), the incident light transmitting section is provided near the first light transmitting light section (10B) and the second light transmitting light section (10C). A third light-transmitting portion (10D) for outputting light incident from the light portion (10A) toward the lubricating oil and the refrigerant to the outside of the refrigerant pipes (P5, 10) is provided; A change in the other mass of the lubricating oil and the refrigerant near the third light transmitting portion (10D) based on a change in the amount of light received by the third optical detection means (28) that receives the light emitted from the (10D). To detect
Lubrication is performed by the flow rate calculating means (S40, S50) based on the detected value (B) of the third light transmitting portion (10D) and the flow velocity (V) calculated by the flow velocity calculating means (S30). It is characterized in that the other flow rates (P) of the oil and the refrigerant are calculated.
[0012]
Here, the flow velocity (V) of the lubricating oil calculated by the flow velocity calculating means (S30) can be considered to be the same as the flow velocity of the refrigerant. The flow rate (P) of the refrigerant can always be accurately calculated based on the detection value (that is, the mass of the refrigerant) of the light transmitting portion (10D).
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the flow rate detecting device according to the second or third aspect, the flow rates (P, Q) calculated by the flow rate calculating means (S40, S50) are predetermined values (P 0 , Q 0) or in which whether based on determining means (S60, S70) of determining results, are controlled by the control means the deactivation of the compressor (1) (S80, S90) .
[0013]
In this way, by controlling the operation stop of the compressor (1) based on the flow rate of the lubricating oil or the refrigerant that is always accurately detected, the failure of the compressor (1) can always be accurately suppressed.
[0014]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention shown in the drawings will be described.
In the present embodiment, the present invention is applied to a flow rate detection device that detects a flow rate of a liquid refrigerant and a flow rate of a lubricating oil in the refrigeration cycle of the vehicle air conditioner shown in FIG. This refrigeration cycle is filled with an appropriate amount of refrigerant (for example, HFC-134a) and an appropriate amount of lubricating oil (compressor oil, for example, PAG oil, synthetic oil, etc.). An appropriate amount of fluorescent material is mixed in the lubricating oil.

On the downstream side of the receiver 3, an expansion valve 4 for reducing and expanding the liquid refrigerant into a gas-liquid two-phase state is provided. The low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant passing through the expansion valve 4 is sent to the evaporator 5 together with the lubricating oil. Enter and evaporate. Then, the blown air is cooled by absorbing the latent heat of evaporation of the refrigerant from the blown air blown to the evaporator 5 by a blower fan (not shown), and the cooled air is circulated into the vehicle interior to cool the vehicle interior. ing. As is well known, the expansion valve 4 is a temperature-type expansion valve whose valve opening is automatically adjusted so that the degree of superheat of the refrigerant at the outlet of the evaporator 5 is maintained at a predetermined value. Then, the refrigerant evaporated by the evaporator 5 is sucked into the
