【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、最近では、限りある資源を有効活用するために、ゴミを廃棄するとき、例えば金属、合成樹脂、ガラス等の素材毎に分別して廃棄させ、回収した各素材を再利用するようにしている。このため、上記キャップの素材が容器体のそれと異なる場合には、容器体を廃棄するときに、該容器体からキャップを取り外すことになる。しかしながら、上述した従来のキャップは、使用中に、容器体から外れないように嵌合しているため、廃棄時に容器体から簡単に取り外すことが出来なく、分別廃棄に不向きであるという問題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、第1の手段としては、注出孔3ないし注出孔3形成部付き頂壁4の外周から周壁6を垂下し、該周壁内面に、容器体口頸部外面に周設した凹溝内へ嵌合させる突条5を周設するキャップ本体2と、該キャップ本体の上部外面へ着脱自在に嵌合させ、かつ後部をキャップ本体後部へ肉薄ヒンジ23を介して一体に連接した蓋体20とからなり、これ等キャップ本体と蓋体とを合成樹脂材で一体成形したキャップにおいて、上記突条5を周壁6内面の上下方向中間部に形成すると共に該突条5下方の周壁6部分を、突条5上方の周壁部分に比して大内径の肉薄とし、上記キャップ本体周壁6下端に適宜間隔をおいて左右一対の切込み7,7を穿設し、かつこれ等切込みから、上記突条5上方の周壁部分まで、破断用肉薄部8,8をほぼ平行に縦設した。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1及び図2は容器体の口頸部に装着する本発明キャップ1の実施形態を示す。該キャップはキャップ本体、及び蓋体からなり、これ等各部材を合成樹脂材、例えばポリエチレンで一体成形している。

キャップ本体2は図1が示すように、注出孔3形成部付き頂壁4の外周から、内面の上下方向中間に係止用突条5を周設した周壁6を垂下し、該周壁前側には、下端に適宜間隔をおいて左右一対の切込み7,7を穿設すると共に、これ等切込みから上記突条5上方の周壁部分まで、破断用肉薄部8,8をほぼ平行に縦設して設けている。上記頂壁4は上面外周部に注出筒9を起立しており、該注出筒内へ、上記注出孔3形成部を設けている。該注出孔3形成部は、注出筒内の頂壁部分へ薄肉破断部10で囲成した切取り蓋11と、該切取り蓋の上面側部へ起立片12を介して付設したプルリング13とを備えており、該プルリングを引いて切取り蓋11を破断除去することにより、注出筒9内の頂壁部分に注出孔3を開設するものである。なお、本実施形態では、頂壁4に注出孔3形成部を付設して、キャップ本体の注出孔3を閉塞したが、上記注出孔3形成部を省くことで、上記注出孔3を頂壁4の中央に予め開設してもよい。

又キャップ本体2には図1が示すように、注出筒9外側の頂壁部分から、蓋体嵌合用の大径短筒14を起立すると共に、薄肉破断部10の外周縁部下面から、容器体の口頸部内面へ水密に嵌合させるシール筒15を垂下している。更に上記周壁前側上端には、後述する指掛け板へ指を掛け易くするための切欠き部16を形成している。なお、本実施形態では周壁6内面へ、図2が示すように横断面V字状の溝を穿設して上記肉薄部8を形成したが、該肉薄部8は周壁6外面にV字状の溝を穿設してもよく、又上記溝の横断面形状はU字状であってもよい。

蓋体20は天板21外周から、上記大径短筒14外面へ、着脱自在に嵌合させる嵌合壁22を垂下して設けており、該嵌合壁後側下端を、キャップ本体の周壁後側上端へ肉薄ヒンジ23を介して一体に連接させている。上記天板21下面からはキャップ本体の注出筒9内面へ着脱自在に、かつ水密に嵌合する栓筒24を垂下している。又上記嵌合壁22の下端内面には、キャップ本体の大径短筒13外面へ着脱可能、かつ強制嵌合可能な複数の爪板25…をほぼ等間隔に付設している。なお、符号26は嵌合壁外面下端前部から外方突設した指掛け板である。
