本発明は、文字や模様が印刷されたシュリンクフイルムで加飾された容器に関する。

【従来の技術】
化粧品、医薬品、食品等を入れる容器は、例えば、ホットスタンプ、熱転写、インモールド等の周知の方法で外周面に種々の加飾が行われているが、これらの加飾方法と同様に安価で多彩な印刷が可能であり、且つ簡便に容器の外周面を加飾することができる熱収縮性合成樹脂フイルム（以下「シュリンクフイルム」という）を用いた加飾も広く行われている。

ところで、従来のシュリンクフイルムによる容器の加飾は簡便ではあるが、容器の胴部に被着したシュリンクフイルムの上下の周端縁が容器の外面に露出して見苦しくなるうえに、この両周端縁に手指が引掛かってシュリンクフイルムのまくれ破損や汚れの原因にもなる欠点を有していた。そこで、図８に示すように、シュリンクフイルム５９が被着される容器５１の胴部５２を容器５１の肩部５３及び底部５４の外径よりわずかに小径に形成して容器５１の上下に内向きの段部５５，５６を周設し、この上下の段部５５，５６によってシュリンクフイルム５９の上下の周端縁５７，５８が手指に触れないように工夫がなされている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述した従来のシュリンクフイルム５９により加飾された容器５１にあっては、シュリンクフイルム５９の周端縁５７，５８は手指が引掛からない構造になってはいるが、容器５１の肩部５３が加飾されないうえに、容器５１のデザインの制約度が大きく、粗悪品安物の容器のイメージが強かった。従って、容器の外観の美しさや豪華さが要求されるうえに、内容物によっては紫外線による劣化をできるだけ防止することが望まれる化粧品容器には、シュリンクフイルムによる加飾の容器は対応がとれていなかった。

本発明は、上記の問題に鑑みてなされたもので、被着されたシュリンクフイルムの周端縁が人目に触れず美しく加飾されるとともに、紫外線を遮断することができる加飾容器を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の請求項１に係わる加飾容器は、肩部の中央に頚部を立設するとともに前記肩部の外周に装飾板を嵌着した上向き段部を周設した有底筒状の胴部からなる容器本体と；前記容器本体の頚部に嵌合する蓋体と；からなる容器に於いて、文字、模様等を印刷したシュリンクフイルムが胴部から底部にかけて屈曲して延びるとともに前記上向き段部に屈曲して延びて密着してなることを特徴としている。

図１に示すように、本実施例に係わる加飾容器は、肩部１の中央の基端部２から頚部３を立設した有底筒状の胴部４からなる容器本体６と、前記頚部３に嵌合し頂壁６から周壁７の下端部８が前記基端部２の周辺回りに垂設された蓋体９と、
容器本体５の胴部４から底部１０にかけて屈曲して延びるとともに肩部１から基端部２の周壁２ａに沿って延びて密着しているシュリンクフイルム１１とから構成されている。
