TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a bolt, a nut, a pipe including a bolt-nut connection mechanism, a space for accommodating a container or other substance, and a space for accommodating the outflow or inflow of water, oil, gas and other materials. The present invention relates to a compartment for isolating the outside from the outside, a connection mechanism for a bolt and a nut used therein, and a method of transferring a substance realized by the connection mechanism. According to the present invention, water reduction, oil reduction, pressure reduction adjustment, and the like can be realized by a very simple and simple structure, mechanism, or method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Separation of pipes, containers, etc., containing water, oil, gas and other substances inside and separating from the outside, at the border of the partition wall, is for household fuel tanks, machine tools, chemical plants, decompression chambers, water and gas Needless to say, it is used in various fields, places, and various devices, including supply pipes. When there is a bolt and nut connection mechanism in the partition of such a compartment, as a method of taking out the substance contained in the compartment to the outside, in other words, reducing water, reducing oil, reducing pressure, etc. The easiest way would be to completely release the bolt and nut connection. Here, completely releasing means that the bolt portion is completely pulled out from the wall surface of the partition wall having the nut structure.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the bolt portion is completely pulled out, the substance existing inside the compartment flows out to the outside at once, and fine adjustment cannot be performed. In this case, the clothes and other worn articles of the worker and the work place are soiled, and a situation is also brought about that threatens the safety of the worker himself. As a method of solving this problem, the female screw hole is provided at an angle, and even if the bolt is pulled out, it does not flow out at once due to the pressure difference between the inside of the compartment and the outside and the viscosity of the substance inside. Although it is possible to consider a simple method to remove the substance, it is necessary to remove the substance assuming that the bolt part is completely released, it is difficult to finely adjust the outflow, and it is necessary to reattach the bolt part once removed when resuming work. In that respect, it is the same as before. On the other hand, there is a traditional method of adjusting the outflow of a substance by providing a valve mechanism, but the valve mechanism itself is complicated, so that the valve mechanism can be installed in a compartment, electric control, mechanical control, etc. This is complicated with the necessity of installing the auxiliary equipment, and requires a physical space, which tends to be expensive in terms of production cost, installation cost and the like.

On the other hand, conventionally, there has been a technique related to a bolt or a nut having a groove formed in a screw thread. For example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 57-93608 discloses a cap nut having a female screw thread provided with a groove for drainage, whereby rainwater that has penetrated into the cap nut even when the bolts are closed, Paint and the like can be discharged to the outside of the cap nut. However, this prior art is directed to a cap nut in a state where bolts are fully tightened, and is intended to constantly discharge the substance that enters the inside of the cap portion, and there is a female thread. It is assumed that the groove is formed over the entire region, and there is no device having a function of appropriately adjusting the outflow amount of the substance as needed.
[0005]
Also, Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 59-158707 discloses that an oil passage hole is drilled by being inserted between the center of the upper surface of the head of the bolt body and the first and second threads, and extends to the lower side of the bolt body. There is disclosed a bolt body in which a vertical groove through which oil can flow is formed over the entire region in which the screw thread exists, and a bolt body that connects the oil passage hole and the vertical groove, whereby oil injected from the outside, It tries to flow evenly between the screw threads. However, this prior art aims to allow oil injected from outside to flow evenly between the threads even when the nuts and bolts are fully tightened. It is premised that a groove is formed over the entire region in which the material exists, and there is no device having a function of appropriately adjusting the outflow amount of the substance as needed.
[0006]
It is well known that nuts (Gazette of Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 61-146611) and bolts are provided with a groove and a cutting function is provided at the edge thereof. Although it may be formed over a part of the entire region in which is present, it is basically intended to allow a substance to flow, or to adjust the flow rate as appropriate as needed. It is not provided.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and the substance inside the compartment does not flow out toward the outside at once, without completely releasing the connection mechanism between the bolt and the nut. A very simple and convenient or additionally inexpensive structure, mechanism or mechanism that allows for an adjustable movement of the substance between the spaces separating the bulkheads without the need for extensive equipment such as valve mechanisms. The aim is to provide a method.
[0008]
In the above description, the compartments that contain the substance inside and isolate from the outside have been described with the partition as a boundary, but the compartments that isolate the outside under relatively high pressure from the interior with the partition as a boundary. The same is true for It is needless to say that such compartments are also used in various fields and places, and in various devices. If a connection mechanism for bolts and nuts is provided on the partition wall, the compartments are inserted from outside to inside. The simplest way to take in the substance, in other words increase the amount of water, increase the amount of oil, increase the pressure, etc., is to completely release the connection mechanism between the bolt and the nut. By completely releasing the connection mechanism between the bolt and the nut, it may not be much, because it depends on the situation. Providing the female screw hole at an angle or providing a valve mechanism does not solve the problem. If necessary, one side of the space separated by the compartment is referred to as “inside” or “outside” of the compartment, but in any case, the problem with the prior art ( Therefore, the problems to be solved by the present invention are common. Therefore, in the present invention, in particular, in its essence, there is no meaning to distinguish the case where the space on one side is called “inside” and the other side is called “outside” across the compartment and the opposite case. Also, it is specified in advance that they are not excluded from the technical scope of the present invention. However, in the following description, unless there is a special explanation, for convenience of explanation and understanding, the case where there is a target substance in the “inside” of the compartment is described, and the description in the opposite case is Omitted.
[0009]
[Means for solving the problem]
To achieve the above object, the male thread according to the first embodiment of the present invention partially has a groove that allows a substance to flow according to the degree of connection with the female thread. The male screw thread according to the second embodiment of the present invention is characterized in that at least one of the width and the depth gradually changes along the flowing direction of the substance in at least a part of the groove provided in the male screw thread. 4 is a male screw thread in the first embodiment. Here, the “male thread” means a relative translation distance having an absolute value larger than 0 when the relative rotational movement is performed at an angle whose absolute value is larger than 0 degree by meshing with the female screw thread. Is a structure that enables an operation that can ensure the above, and does not need to have a periodic pitch.
[0010]
Here, the provision of a region having a groove through which a substance can flow in "a part" is, paradoxically, the complete engagement or screwing of the male and female threads to transfer the substance between the threads. There is another area that is not “part” (it may be outside the area where the male screw thread is present. This area is hereinafter referred to as “mass transfer inhibition area”) that can maintain the state in which is inhibited. It means to do. The “degree of connection with the female thread” in the male thread means the magnitude of the absolute amount of the relative translation distance caused by the relative rotational movement when the male thread and the female thread mesh with each other. I do. In order to describe the present invention more specifically without limiting the present invention, the case of a normal screw and a bolt that meshes with the screw will be described. In this case, since the screw thread is periodically carved, the screw meshes with the nut. When one of the bolts is rotated once, a relative translation movement corresponding to one pitch between adjacent screw threads occurs between the two. Therefore, the "degree of connection with the female thread" in this case can be said to mean the relative rotational speed between the bolt and the nut or the corresponding translational distance.
[0011]
The female thread according to the third aspect of the present invention includes a groove that allows a substance to flow depending on the degree of connection with the male thread. A female thread according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is characterized in that at least one of the width and the depth of at least a part of the groove gradually changes along the flow direction of the substance. Female thread. Here, the “female thread” is a relative translation distance having an absolute value larger than 0 when a relative rotational movement is performed at an angle whose absolute value is larger than 0 degree by meshing with a male thread. Is a structure that enables an operation that can ensure the above, and does not need to have a periodic pitch.
[0012]
Here, the phrase "a region provided with a groove through which a substance can flow" is provided paradoxically, meaning that a region other than the "part" is a mass transfer inhibition region (outside the region where the female screw thread exists). May be present). The “degree of connection with the male thread” in the female thread is substantially the same as the “degree of connection with the female thread” of the male thread in the first and second embodiments of the present invention. Only the relationship between the male and female threads has been reversed. Therefore, the “degree of connection with the male thread” in this case means the magnitude of the absolute amount of the relative translation distance that occurs with the relative rotational movement when the male thread and the female thread mesh with each other. However, in the case of a specific example of a normal screw and a bolt that meshes with the screw, the relative rotation speed between the bolt and the nut or the corresponding translation distance is meant.
[0013]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for transferring a substance, comprising: disposing a substance present on one side separated by a partition provided with a female thread connected to a male thread according to the first or second aspect; A substance present on one side separated by a partition provided with a female thread according to the third or fourth form for connection with the third or fourth thread for connection to a male thread according to the first or second form. The substance present on one side separated by the partition wall having the female thread according to the embodiment is moved to the other side according to the degree of connection between the male thread and the female thread.
[0014]
Here, "the degree of connection between the male thread and the female thread" means "the degree of connection with the female thread" in the male thread according to the first and second embodiments of the present invention, and the third and fourth aspects. Is substantially synonymous with the “degree of connection with the male thread” in the female thread according to the above. It simply expresses the "degree of connection" in the relationship between the male thread and the female thread. Therefore, the “degree of connection between the male screw thread and the female screw thread” in this case refers to the magnitude of the absolute amount of the relative translation distance caused by the relative rotational movement when the male screw thread and the female screw thread mesh with each other. This means the relative rotation speed between the bolt and the nut, or the corresponding translation distance, as described in the specific example of a normal screw and a bolt that meshes with the screw.
[0015]
The connection mechanism between the female thread and the male thread according to the sixth aspect of the present invention includes a female thread provided on a partition wall and the male thread according to the first or second aspect connected to the female thread (or the male thread thereof). Or a female thread according to the third or fourth aspect provided on the partition wall, and a male thread (or a bolt having the male thread) connected to the female thread, Alternatively, the female thread according to the third or fourth mode provided on the partition wall and the male thread according to the first or second mode connected to the female thread are provided, and the connection between the female thread and the male thread is provided. According to a degree, the substance present on one side separated by the partition is moved to the other side.
[0016]
The partition according to the seventh aspect of the present invention can separate one side from the other side, and the substance existing on one side by the connection mechanism between the female thread and the male thread according to the fifth aspect. Can be moved to the other side.
[0017]
The compartment according to the eighth aspect of the present invention is a compartment capable of accommodating a substance having a connection mechanism between a female thread and a male thread according to the sixth aspect.
[0018]
It should be noted that other forms described below other than those described above are also within the scope of the technical idea or technical scope expected by the present invention, and are not excluded from the present invention.
[0019]
A bolt according to a ninth embodiment of the present invention for achieving the above object has a groove that allows a substance to flow according to the degree of connection with a female thread in a part of a region where a male thread is present. A feature is provided in which an area is provided. In the bolt according to the tenth aspect of the present invention, in at least a part of the groove, one of the width and the depth of the groove gradually changes from the tip end side of the bolt to the middle of the thread. A bolt according to a ninth aspect, characterized in that: "Depending on the degree of connection with the female thread" has the same meaning as that in the first and second embodiments of the present invention in relation to the male thread of the bolt.
[0020]
Here, in the ninth and tenth embodiments, the "part" of the region where the male screw thread of the bolt exists is provided with a region having a groove through which a substance can flow. Means that there is. In the ninth and tenth embodiments, “bolt” refers to a polygonal head or polygon that allows or facilitates a cylindrical shaft having a male screw thread to perform a spiral or other rotation with translation. It does not mean only a member having a head having a groove or other parts alone but a member having a male thread. Therefore, as long as it is a member, a part, or another article including the male screw thread at least partially, it corresponds to the “bolt”.
[0021]
The nut according to the eleventh aspect of the present invention is characterized in that an area provided with a groove that allows a substance to flow according to the degree of connection with a male thread is provided in a part of the area where the female thread is present. Features. In the nut according to the twelfth aspect of the present invention, in at least a part of the groove, either one of the width and the depth of the groove gradually changes along the direction of the thread from the tip end side of the bolt. A bolt according to a tenth aspect, characterized in that: "Depending on the degree of connection with the male thread" has the same meaning as that in the third and fourth embodiments of the present invention in relation to the nut and the female thread.
[0022]
Here, the eleventh as well as In the twelfth embodiment, the provision of a region having a groove through which a substance can flow in a “part” of the region where the thread of the nut exists means, paradoxically, the existence of a mass transfer inhibition region. are doing. Further, in the eleventh and twelfth embodiments, the term “nut” does not mean that the meaning is limited to an annular member having a female thread, a polygonal annular member, or any other member alone. It means. Therefore, on the head of the cylindrical shaft That Polygonal, circular, or other members that allow spiral or other rotation with translation alone To It does not mean to be limited, but means all that the female thread exists, and therefore, as long as it is a member, part or other article provided with any part of the female thread, it corresponds to the “nut”, for example, When a female thread is provided on a partition wall of a chamber, the partition wall or a compartment including the same also corresponds to the “nut”.
[0023]
The method for transferring a substance according to the thirteenth aspect of the present invention includes connecting the male thread provided on the bolt according to the ninth or tenth aspect to the female thread provided on the partition, or the eleventh or A bolt is connected to the female thread of the nut according to the twelfth aspect, or the bolt according to the ninth or tenth aspect is provided at the female thread of the nut according to the eleventh or twelfth aspect provided on the partition wall. The method is characterized in that a male thread is connected, and a substance present on one side separated by a partition wall is moved to the other side according to the degree of connection between the female thread and the male thread. The meaning of "the degree of connection between the male thread and the female thread" is the same as that of the fifth embodiment.
[0024]
A connection mechanism between a nut and a bolt according to a fourteenth aspect of the present invention includes a female thread provided on a partition and a bolt according to the ninth or tenth aspect having a male thread connected to the female thread. The female thread of the nut according to the eleventh or twelfth mode provided on the partition, and the bolt having a male thread connected to the female thread, or the eleventh or the The female thread of the nut according to the twelfth aspect, and the bolt according to the ninth or tenth aspect having a male thread connected to the female thread, according to the degree of connection between the female thread and the male thread, It is characterized in that a substance present on one side separated by a partition is moved to the other side. The meaning of "the degree of connection between the male thread and the female thread" is the same as that of the fifth embodiment.
[0025]
The partition according to the fifteenth aspect of the present invention can separate one side from the other side, and the material existing on the one side by the connection mechanism between the female thread and the male thread according to the fourteenth aspect. Can be moved to the other side.
[0026]
A compartment according to a sixteenth aspect of the present invention is a compartment capable of containing a substance having a connection mechanism between a female thread and a male thread according to the fourteenth aspect.
