【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、缶、カップ、ビン等のカップ類を保持するホルダに関し、とりわけ、パチンコ台などの遊技機等に好適に設置可能なホルダに関する。

【従来の技術】
パチンコホールでは、飲み物を飲みながら遊技を楽しんでもらうために、パチンコ台にカップホルダが設けられている。このパチンコ台用のカップホルダとしては、特開平１０−２３４９７６号に記載されたカップホルダがあげられる。
【０００３】
このカップホルダは、図６に示すように、遊技者と対面するパチンコ台１００の前面にカップＣを保持する枠体１０１を収容するとともに、枠体１０１を支持するハウジング１０２が設けられており、このハウジング１０２にカップＣを保持する枠体１０１が収容されている。そして、使用時には枠体１０１をハウジング１０２より水平方向に引出し、その枠体１０１にカップＣをはめ込む。なお、この枠体１０１にはカップＣを保持可能な保持穴１０３が設けられており、その保持穴１０３の上方側からカップＣを挿入してカップＣを保持する構成となっている。

このように従来のカップホルダは、未使用時にはカップＣを保持する枠体１０１をハウジング１０２に収容することができるため、見栄えもよく遊技者の邪魔になることもない。また、使用時には保持穴１０３の上方からカップＣを挿入するといった簡単な操作方法によってカップＣを安定して保持させることができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来のカップホルダは枠体１０１を収容可能なハウジング１０２を設ける必要があるためカップホルダの設置場所は実質的に限定される。具体的な設置場所としては、パチンコ台の前面パネル１０４下方に設けられたパチンコ玉の受皿部１０５の下方に受皿部１０５と一体成形にて設けられる。このため、遊技機本体の製作段階から、パチンコ玉の受皿部１０５に対してカップホルダの収容場所となるハウジング１０２の設置場所を予め設ける必要がある。よって、既存の遊技機１００にこのカップホルダを設置するためには、遊技機本体の受皿部１０５に改造を加える必要があり、実質的に不可能であった。

また、カップＣを保持する枠体１０１は、その保持穴１０３とほぼ同径のカップＣにのみ対応する構造であるため、所定形状のコップＣ以外の容器、例えば缶、ビンなど安定して保持することができなかった。よって、本発明は以上の点を考慮しなされたもので、遊技機に対するホルダの設置が容易であるとともに、カップ以外の容器をも安定して保持することができるホルダを提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明のホルダは、起立面を有するホルダ本体と、この起立面に対して設けられホルダ本体に上下方向に回動自在に設けられたホルダベースと、このホルダベースに設けられたホルダアームと、ホルダベースをホルダ本体側に係止する係止手段と、この係止手段によるホルダベースのホルダ本体側への係止した時にホルダベースをホルダ本体側から立ち上げるよう付勢した付勢手段と、前記係止手段に設けられ、前記ホルダベースをホルダ本体側に押すことによりロックされるとともに、再度、ホルダベースをホルダ本体側に押した時に、そのロックが解除されるロック手段と、を備え、前記ホルダアームは一対のホルダアームからなり、各ホルダアームの前記ホルダベースと係合する一端部には、互いに向き合う方向に付勢する付勢手段が設けられており、他端部には、容器の受け入れをスムースにする傾斜面が設けられており、対向するホルダアーム間に容器の保持部が形成されており、前記ホルダアームの下面にホルダベースがホルダ本体側に係止されたとき、ホルダ本体とホルダアームとの間に形成される空間をうめる部材を有し、前記部材は、前記ホルダアームと一体に設けられホルダアームの下面側よりホルダ本体側へ延出された矩形状の部材からなる。

なお、起立面は鉛直方向に起立するのが好ましいが、必ずしも鉛直方向ではなく多少の傾きは許容される。また、ホルダアームは一対、二対などの複数の対から構成されるホルダアームのほか、対をなさずにホルダベースや収容受皿との間で容器を保持するような片側だけのホルダアームからなる構成としてもよい。なお、ホルダアームが対で設けられている場合には、そのそれぞれが独立して動く構成とするのが望ましい。

ここで、前記ホルダアームは一対のホルダアームからなり、各ホルダアームは互いに向き合う方向に付勢手段によって付勢されている構成とすることもできる。

また、係止手段は、ホルダベースをホルダ本体側に押すことによりロックされるとともに、再度、ホルダベースをホルダ本体側に押した時に、そのロックが解除されるロック手段を有する係止装置とするのが望ましい。例えば、一度押すとロックされ、再度押すとロック解除される、プッシュ・プッシュ型の係止装置が望ましい。

さらに、ホルダ本体を一つの側壁とした時に、ホルダベースの下方に位置されてホルダ本体に連結された底面部と、その底面部の周囲にそのホルダ本体と一体となって容器状をなす収容受皿を有する構成とすることもできる。また、ホルダベースがホルダ本体側から立ち上がる時の上限位置が前記収容受皿の上端開口面以内とするとするのが望ましい。

このように、本発明のホルダは、ホルダの収容場所となるハウジングを設ける必要もなく、既存の遊技機に改良を加えることなく容易に装着可能とした。しかも、ホルダの未使用時には、ホルダをホルダの下方へと回動させてホルダ本体に固定することができるため、遊技者の邪魔になることもない。また、ホルダはホルダアームによって容器を挟みつけ保持する構造のため、紙コップなど所定の形状を有する容器のみならず、缶、ビンといった紙コップに比べて径大な容器をも保持することができる。また、ホルダアームが回動自在に支持される構成とすると、カップや缶など円筒形を有する容器をより安定して保持させることができる。なお、対をなすホルダアームが互いに独立して動くものに関しては、ホルダアーム間に容器を挿入する際、両ホルダアームが常に容器と接触するため容器を容易に保持させることができる。

また、収容受皿を有するものではその収容受皿においても容器を支持することができる。このため、容器をより安定して保持することができる。また、ホルダの未使用時にはホルダを収容受皿の内壁面に沿わせて固定することができるため、容器のみならずタバコ、携帯電話、ライター等の小物入れとしても活用することができる。

ホルダ未使用時において、ホルダ本体とホルダアームとの間に形成される空間を埋める部材を有するため、ホルダの引き起こしに伴う操作に不慣れな人が、ホルダ本体とホルダアームとの間に指を入れて、ホルダを無理矢理引き起こそうとする誤った操作を未然に防止できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照し、本発明のホルダを遊技機に装着した実施例について説明する。

本発明のホルダは、起立面１を有するホルダ本体２と、この起立面１に対して設けられホルダ本体２に上下方向に回動自在に設けられたホルダベース３と、このホルダベース３に設けられた一対のホルダアーム４と、ホルダベース３をホルダ本体側２に係止する係止手段５と、係止手段５によるホルダベース３のホルダ本体側２への係止した時にホルダベース３をホルダ本体側２から立ち上げるよう付勢した付勢手段６とを備える。

まず、本実施の形態では、ホルダ本体２の起立面１に対応する部分が遊技機５０の前面パネル面５１にあたり、ホルダ本体２に対応する部分は遊技機本体５０にあたる。そして、この起立面１に対してホルダベース３が設けられている。

このホルダベース３は、両端部３２が同一方向に折り曲げられたコの字形のブラケットと３１、このブラケット３１の中央近傍に設けられブラケット３１の両端部３２と同一方向に延出された複数の軸受け部３３と、この複数の軸受け部３３及びブラケット３１の両端部３２を貫通して設けられる連結ピン３４と、この連結ピン３４を介してブラケット３１に連結するベース本体３５と、からなる。

ここで、ブラケット３１とベース本体３５とは、その連結ピン３４を回転中心軸として回動自在に設けられている。そして、ブラケット３１はホルダ本体２となる遊技機本体５０に複数の螺子７を用いて強固に固定されている。なお、ブラケット３１を螺子止めするに際して、ブラケット３１の取付け方向は、ブラケット３１に対してベース本体３５の回動方向が遊技機本体５０の上下方向となる方向にて固定される。また、ベース本体３５に設けらる軸受け部３３には、回動動作を円滑にする軸受けダンパが設けられている。なお、ホルダ本体２に対するホルダベース３の可動範囲は、ベース本体３５の後端面３７が前記ブラケット３１に接触することで規制している（図３参照）。

また、ブラケット３１とベース本体３５との間には、遊技機本体５０へのブラケット３１固定時に、ベース本体３５が遊技機本体５０より離間する方向に付勢するねじりコイルバネ６を設けられている。さらに、ベース本体３５及びホルダ本体２となる遊技機本体５０には、相互に関係し合う位置に係止手段５が設けられている。

ここで、係止手段５としてはプッシュ・プッシュ型のラッチ装置１６０などが望ましい。ラッチ装置とは、受容側となる部材に対して挿入側を押しつけることによりロックされるとともに、再度、受容側に対して挿入側に押しつけた時に、そのロックが解除されるロック手段を有する係止装置である。なお、本実施の形態においては、受容側をホルダベース３側とし、挿入側をホルダ本体２の起立面１側としている。

ベース本体３５は、容器Ｃを保持するホルダアーム４を回動自在に支持する一対のアーム保持部３８と、ブラケット３１との連結に用いられる連結ピン３４に係合する連結ピン受容部３９と、を有する。なお、一対のアーム保持部３８と連結ピンの受容部３９との位置関係は、遊技機本体５０に腹を向けた円弧上にアーム保持部３８→連結ピン受容部３９→アーム保持部３８の順に配設されている。

そして、その一対のアーム保持部３８の夫々には、ホルダアーム４が、ホルダアーム４とホルダベース３とを固定するアーム固定ピン４１を介して回動自在に設けられている。なお、アーム保持部３８はホルダアーム４の厚みに応じた凹部３６を形成しており、ホルダアーム４をその凹部３６内方に挿入した後、ベース本体３５の上方よりアーム固定ピン４１を挿入してホルダアーム４を固定する。また、ホルダアーム４とアーム保持部３８とを連結するアーム固定ピン４１の外周にはねじりコイルバネ６が設けられており、各アーム保持部３８に保持されるホルダアーム４は互いに向き合う方向に付勢されている。

ここで、各ホルダアーム４は、相手方のホルダアーム４と対抗する端面４３に滑らかな円弧を描くアーム本体４４と、アーム本体４４の一端に設けられ前記アーム固定ピン４１が挿通される固定用孔４５と、その反対側に位置する端部に設けられ容器の受け入れをスムースにする傾斜面４６と、を有し、その対向するホルダアーム４間に容器の保持部が形成される。また、固定用孔４５に近接したアーム本体４４の付け根には、前記アーム保持部３８の内壁面に接触してホルダアーム４の可動範囲を所定の範囲内に規制する規制部材４７が設けられている。なお、ここで所定の範囲とは、一般的に市販されている１７０ｍｌ〜５００ｍｌ程度の容積を有する缶をホルダアーム４間で容易に保持することができる程度の可動範囲とするのが望ましい。

このように本発明のホルダでは、これらの構成により、ホルダを使用しない時には、その係止手段５を用いてホルダベース３をホルダ本体２（遊技機本体５０）側にロックさせるとともに、ホルダの使用時においてはその係止手段５のロックを解除し、ホルダ本体２の起立面１（前面パネル５１）に対してホルダベース３を立ち上げ、容器を保持可能な状態にする。

なお、ホルダベース３が起立面１に対して立ち上がる時には、前記ブラケット３１とベース本体３５との間に設けられるねじりコイルバネ６の張力により、ホルダベース３自らが自動的に立ち上がる。また、このときホルダベース３を立ち上げようとするねじりコイルバネ６の張力は、前記軸受け部３３に設けられた軸受けダンパの減衰作用により、ホルダベース３は起立面１（遊技機本体５０）より滑らかに立ち上がる。

そして、このホルダアーム４に容器を保持させるには、ホルダアーム４の前方（傾斜面側）から、両アーム本体４４を外方へと押し広げるように容器を進入させ、アーム本体４４の滑らかな円弧を描く端面４３にて容器を挟み保持させる。なお、各ホルダアーム４を互いに向き合う方向に付勢するねじりコイルバネ４２の張力は、経験則に基づき適宣に定められる。

なお、ホルダアーム４にはホルダの未使用時にホルダ本体２の起立面１とホルダアーム４との間に形成される空間を埋める部材８がホルダアーム４の少なくとも先端且つ下面側に設けられている。この空間を埋める部材８は、ホルダアーム４と一体に設けられホルダアーム４の下面４９側よりホルダ本体２側へ延出された矩形状の部材からなり、ホルダ本体２とホルダアーム４との間に手指等が入らないようにしている。そして、ホルダの引き起こしに伴う操作に不慣れな人が、ホルダ本体とホルダアームとの間に指を入れて、ホルダを無理矢理引き起こそうとする誤った操作を未然に防止する。また、その不適切な操作によるホルダの破損を防止する。

なお、前述の係止手段５となるラッチ装置１６０に関して、図４及び図５を参照し簡単に説明する。図４はラッチ装置のロック過程及びロック解除過程を簡略化して示した図である。図５はラッチ装置の一部断面図である。ラッチ装置１６０は、図５に示すように、開口部１７１を有する中空なケース１７０と、このケース１７０内にスライド可能に保持され、ケース１７０の開口部１７１から出入りするとともに、挿入側に固定されたストライク１７２と係合するラッチ本体１８０と、このラッチ本体１８０をケース１７０の開口部１７１から突出する方向に付勢する圧縮ばね１９０と、この圧縮ばね１９０のばね復元力に抗してラッチ本体１８０をケース１７０内のロック位置にロックするとともに、このロック位置より圧縮ばね１９０のばね復元力に抗して、ラッチ本体１８０がケース１７０内の解除位置に押し込まれた際に、前記ロック状態が解除されるロック装置２００と、を備える。そして、ロック装置２００は、図５に示すように、ラッチ本体１８０に形成されたハート型のカム溝２０１と、このカム溝２０１の底をトレースするロックレバー２０２とから構成されている。

これらの構成を有するラッチ装置１６０は、図４に示しように挿入側となるホルダベース３を受容側となるホルダ本体２側に押すことによりロックされるとともに、再度、挿入側となるホルダベース３を受容側となるホルダ本体２側に押すとそのロックが解除される。なお、係止手段６としては、このラッチ装置１６０のみならず、磁石等を双方に設けその磁着力にて係止するような構造であってもよい。

このように、本発明のホルダは、遊技機に対するホルダの設置が容易であるとともに、カップ以外の容器をも安定して保持することができるホルダを提供することができる。なお、本実施の形態では、上記構成のみならず容器をより確実に保持するために、ホルダベース３の下方に収容受皿６０を設けている。以下、収容受皿６０を備えたホルダに関し説明する。

この収容受皿６０は、前記ホルダ本体２に対応する遊技機５０の前面パネル５１を一つの側面部６１とし、また、ホルダベース３の下方に位置されてホルダ本体２（遊技機５０）に連結された底面部６２と、その底面部６２の周囲にホルダ本体２と一体となって設けられた周壁部６３と、からなる。そして、その内方に前記ホルダベース３が設けられている。

【発明の効果】
