【0001】
ΔRFORCE=α×RFORCE (1)
Trar=(dVSP/dt)・Iv・r (2)

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a device for changing the driving characteristics of a vehicle, and more particularly to a driving force control device for changing a driving force according to a road surface gradient during traveling.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art In order to improve running performance on an uphill road or the like, there is known a vehicle that estimates a weight gradient resistance applied to a vehicle and changes a vehicle characteristic according to the estimated weight gradient resistance.
[0003]
As such a vehicle, there is, for example, a device described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H3-24362. However, this only determines the magnitude of the gradient from the vehicle speed, the throttle opening, and the speed of change thereof, and cannot accurately estimate the weight gradient resistance. Therefore, even if the driving force control is performed based on the weight gradient resistance force estimated in this way, appropriate control cannot be performed, which causes a driver to feel discomfort.
[0004]
Therefore, for example, in the device described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-242882, a weight gradient resistance torque is calculated by subtracting a flat road running resistance torque and an acceleration resistance torque from a vehicle driving torque, and based on the weight gradient resistance torque. The control accuracy is improved by estimating the weight gradient resistance.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the weight gradient resistance torque is calculated by subtracting the flat road running resistance torque and the acceleration resistance torque from the vehicle driving torque, the vehicle driving torque, the flat road running resistance torque and the acceleration resistance are calculated in order to obtain the weight gradient resistance torque accurately. It is necessary to calculate each torque accurately.
[0006]
However, in this conventional device, since the acceleration resistance torque is calculated based on the acceleration obtained by differentiating the vehicle speed signal input from the vehicle speed sensor, the acceleration resistance torque is delayed with respect to the vehicle driving torque, and the weight gradient is reduced. The resistance torque could not be determined accurately.
[0007]
For example, if the accelerator pedal is depressed while traveling on a constant gradient, the acceleration resistance torque increases later than the vehicle drive torque, but if the acceleration resistance torque is directly subtracted from the vehicle drive torque to calculate the weight gradient resistance torque, At a constant gradient, the weight gradient resistance torque, which should maintain a constant value, fluctuates. For this reason, although the road surface gradient is actually constant, it is erroneously recognized that the road surface gradient is changing, and if the driving force is corrected in accordance therewith, the driver will feel uncomfortable.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to accurately estimate a weight gradient resistance by synchronizing a vehicle driving torque and an acceleration resistance torque and improve the accuracy of driving force control. And
[0009]
[Means for solving the problem]
According to a first aspect, in a vehicle driving force control device, a means for detecting an accelerator pedal depression amount, a means for detecting a vehicle speed, and a normal target driving force on a flat road are set based on the detected accelerator pedal depression amount and the vehicle speed. Means to By performing the delay correction, the effective vehicle propulsion torque is determined so as to change later than the change in the throttle opening, and the acceleration resistance torque is subtracted from the effective vehicle propulsion torque. Means for estimating the weight gradient resistance applied to the vehicle, means for correcting the normal target driving force with the weight gradient resistance to calculate a corrected target driving force, and an engine and an automatic controller for realizing the corrected target driving force. Means for controlling at least one of the transmissions.
[0010]
In a second aspect based on the first aspect, the means for calculating the corrected target driving force is obtained by multiplying the estimated weight gradient resistance by a gradient resistance coefficient of 0.3 to 0.7. To calculate a corrected target driving force.
[0011]
In a third aspect based on the first or second aspect, the means for estimating the weight gradient resistance is characterized by an ideal vehicle driving torque based on an engine output torque, an engine inertia torque, a torque ratio of a torque converter, and a gear ratio of a driving system. Means for calculating the ideal vehicle drive torque based on the drive system loss torque to calculate the effective vehicle drive torque; means for calculating the running resistance torque on a flat road based on the vehicle speed; and Means for calculating the ideal vehicle propulsion torque by reducing the running resistance torque, Means for calculating the dead time correction propulsion torque by correcting the ideal vehicle propulsion torque by dead time, and Effective vehicle by correcting the dead time correction propulsion torque by first-order delay A means for calculating a propulsion torque; a means for calculating an acceleration resistance torque based on a vehicle speed; and an acceleration resistance based on the effective vehicle propulsion torque. Seeking weight gradient resistance torque by subtracting the torque, it is characterized in further comprising a means for estimating the weight gradient resistance force during running on the basis of the weight gradient resistance torque.
[0012]
In a fourth aspect based on the first or second aspect, the means for estimating the weight gradient resistance is characterized by an ideal vehicle driving torque based on the engine output torque, the engine inertia torque, the torque ratio of the torque converter, and the gear ratio of the drive system. Means for calculating the dead time correction drive torque by correcting the ideal vehicle drive torque for dead time; means for calculating the running resistance torque on a flat road based on the vehicle speed; and calculating the acceleration resistance torque based on the vehicle speed. Means for calculating effective vehicle propulsion torque by subtracting running resistance torque from the dead time correction driving torque; Promotion Means for estimating a weight gradient resistance force during running based on the corrected weight gradient resistance torque by first-order lag correction of a value obtained by subtracting the acceleration resistance torque from the torque to obtain a corrected weight gradient resistance torque. Is what you do.
[0013]
[Action and effect]
According to the first aspect, when the vehicle is traveling on a flat road, the target driving force is set according to the accelerator pedal depression amount and the vehicle speed, and the engine or the transmission is controlled so as to realize the target driving force. On the other hand, when the vehicle is traveling on a slope, the target driving force is corrected according to the resistance received by the vehicle by traveling on the slope, that is, the weight gradient resistance. As a result, a comfortable acceleration feeling can be obtained without the driver feeling insufficient acceleration even on an uphill road or the like.
[0014]
Particularly, the weight gradient resistance is estimated based on the vehicle driving torque, the flat road running resistance torque, the acceleration resistance torque, etc. According to the present invention, the weight gradient resistance is considered in consideration of the delay of the acceleration resistance torque with respect to the vehicle driving torque. As a result, the accuracy of estimation of the weight gradient resistance due to the delay of the acceleration resistance torque with respect to the vehicle driving torque can be avoided.
[0015]
According to the second aspect, the target driving force is set to a value obtained by adding a value obtained by multiplying the weight gradient resistance by a gradient resistance coefficient between 0.3 and 0.7 to the normal target driving force. If the value obtained by adding the estimated weight gradient resistance force to the normal target driving force as it is is the target driving force, the driver will feel uncomfortable because the vehicle accelerates in the same way on both flat roads and uphill roads. By adding a value smaller than the gradient resistance, it is possible to prevent such a feeling of strangeness.
[0016]
According to the third invention, the effective vehicle propulsion torque is calculated by performing the dead time correction and the first-order delay correction on the ideal vehicle propulsion torque, and the weight gradient resistance is estimated based on the effective vehicle propulsion torque and the acceleration resistance torque. . As described above, by performing the dead time correction and the first-order lag correction, the effective vehicle propulsion torque acceleration resistance torque can be synchronized, so that the weight gradient resistance can be accurately estimated.
[0017]
According to the fourth aspect of the invention, the dead time correction is applied to the ideal vehicle driving torque, so that the increase in the effective vehicle propulsion torque and the acceleration resistance torque calculated based on the dead time synchronization is synchronized, and the estimation accuracy of the weight gradient resistance is improved. I do. Also, since the weight gradient resistance is calculated based on the corrected weight gradient resistance torque that has been subjected to the first-order lag correction, it is possible to suppress a rapid change in the weight gradient resistance.

The running resistance torque calculation unit 2 calculates the resistance (rolling friction resistance, air resistance, and the like) received when the vehicle is running on a flat road, by converting it into torque. Then, the effective vehicle propulsion torque Tty is calculated by multiplying the value by a reciprocal (1 / A + B) of the sum of the gain coefficient A and the feedback coefficient B in the gain multiplication unit 72.

In step S23, the ideal vehicle propulsion torque Ttr is calculated by subtracting the flat road running resistance torque Trl obtained in step S22 from the effective vehicle drive torque Toy calculated in step S20.
[0073]
The following steps S24 and S25 are steps for calculating the effective vehicle propulsion torque Tty by correcting the ideal vehicle propulsion torque Ttr. In a step corresponding to the propulsion
[0074]
The following steps S26 and S27 are steps for calculating the ideal acceleration resistance torque Tlar. In a step corresponding to the acceleration resistance torque calculating section 4 shown in FIG. 6, in a step S26, the vehicle speed VSP is differentiated with respect to time to calculate an acceleration Acel. In a step S27, the vehicle weight Iv and the driving wheel radius r are added to the acceleration Acel. The product is multiplied to calculate an ideal acceleration resistance torque Tral.
[0075]
After calculating the effective vehicle propulsion torque Tty and the ideal acceleration resistance torque Trr through the above steps, the ideal acceleration resistance torque Tr is subtracted from the effective vehicle propulsion torque Tty in step S28 to calculate the weight gradient resistance torque Trg. The weight gradient resistance torque RORCE is calculated by dividing the weight gradient resistance torque Trg by the drive wheel radius r.
[0076]
Therefore, by processing this flowchart, the weight gradient
[0077]
FIG. 9 is a timing chart showing the operation and effect of the present invention.
[0078]
This shows how the throttle opening, vehicle speed, propulsion torque, acceleration resistance torque and weight gradient resistance torque change when the driver depresses the accelerator pedal and accelerates when the vehicle is traveling on a constant gradient, ( (a) shows the case of the conventional device, and (b) shows the case of the device according to the present invention.
[0079]
In the conventional device, when the driver depresses the accelerator pedal to increase the throttle opening TVO as shown in (a), the ideal vehicle propulsion torque also increases immediately thereafter, but the acceleration resistance torque is smaller than the ideal vehicle propulsion torque. Increase late. For this reason, the weight gradient resistance torque obtained by subtracting the acceleration resistance torque from the ideal vehicle propulsion torque increases immediately after acceleration as shown in the lower left graph. Since it is estimated that the gradient is changing although the actual gradient is constant, the driver may feel uncomfortable when the driving force control is performed based on the gradient.
[0080]
On the other hand, in the device according to the present invention, as shown in (b), the effective vehicle propulsion torque obtained by performing the delay correction on the ideal vehicle propulsion torque and the acceleration resistance torque are synchronized, and the timing of increase coincides. The weight gradient resistance torque remains substantially constant during acceleration as shown in the lower right graph. Thus, the weight gradient resistance is accurately estimated even during acceleration.
[0081]
Here, it is shown that the present invention can correctly estimate the weight gradient resistance by taking the situation where the accelerator pedal is depressed during traveling on a constant gradient as an example. Can be correctly estimated.
[0082]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0083]
The second embodiment differs from the previous embodiment in the configuration of the weight gradient
[0084]
FIG. 10 is a block diagram of the weight gradient
[0085]
The configuration of the gradient resistance torque correction unit 8 is the same as that of the first-order delay correction unit 70 shown in FIG. 6, and when a weight gradient resistance torque Trg is input, Trg2 obtained by correcting the first-order delay is output.
[0086]
Further, the configuration of the vehicle drive
[0087]
The processing content of the weight gradient
[0088]
The process after step S31 will be described. First, in step S31, the dead time correction driving torque Tor2 is calculated by correcting the ideal vehicle driving torque Tor. In steps S32 and S33, the drive system loss torque Tlos is obtained based on the hydraulic pressure Pl. In step S34, the drive system loss torque Tlos is subtracted from the dead time correction drive torque Tor2 to calculate the effective vehicle drive torque Toy.
In steps S35 and S36, a flat road running resistance torque Trl is obtained based on the vehicle speed VSP. In step S37, the flat road running resistance torque Trl is subtracted from the effective vehicle driving torque Toy to calculate an effective vehicle propulsion torque Tty.
[0089]
In steps S38 and S39, the ideal acceleration resistance torque Tlar is calculated based on the differential value of the vehicle speed VSP. In step S40, the ideal acceleration resistance torque Tr is subtracted from the effective vehicle propulsion torque Tty to calculate the weight gradient resistance torque Trg.
[0090]
In step S41, the weight gradient resistance torque Trg is corrected for the first-order delay to obtain a corrected weight gradient resistance torque Trg2. In step S42, the corrected weight gradient resistance torque Trg2 is divided by the driving wheel radius r to calculate the weight gradient resistance force RFORCE. .
[0091]
Therefore, in this embodiment, the weight gradient
[0092]
Further, a first-order lag correction is performed on the weight gradient resistance torque Trg to calculate a corrected weight gradient torque Trg2, and a weight gradient resistance RFORCE is calculated based on the corrected weight gradient resistance torque Trg2.
[0093]
Therefore, as shown in the timing chart of FIG. 12, in this embodiment, similarly to the previous embodiment, the effective vehicle propulsion torque Tty rises later than the increase of the throttle opening TVO. Can be synchronized.
[0094]
Also, instead of using the weight gradient resistance torque Trg as it is in the weight gradient resistance calculation, the weight gradient resistance RFORCE is calculated based on the corrected weight gradient resistance torque Trg2 in which the first-order delay correction is performed on the weight gradient resistance torque Trg. Therefore, it is possible to suppress a rapid change in the weight gradient resistance.
[0095]
The embodiments of the present invention have been described above, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. For example, in the above embodiment, the engine output torque Te is obtained by searching the engine torque map 33 from the engine speed Ne and the throttle opening TVO, but the engine output torque with respect to the fuel injection amount TP of the
