Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a technique for mounting an optional member such as a louver in a lighting device for a system ceiling.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional system ceiling lighting device is surrounded by two parallel inverted T-shaped ceiling support main bars 1a and an inverted T-shaped ceiling support sub-bar 1b orthogonal to the ceiling support main bar 1a. A ceiling lighting device 3 is disposed above the portion. Then, the ceiling lighting fixture 3 is attached by fitting the lower end of the mounting leg 13 to the head 6 of the ceiling support main bar 1a from above, and the ceiling lighting fixture main body 3a differs from the mounting leg 13 by screws 14 in the vertical direction. It can be mounted at a location. When attaching the optional member 8 such as a louver to such a lighting fixture, it is necessary to pay attention to the following points. That is, when the optional member 8 is mounted on the horizontal piece 2 of the ceiling support main bar 1a in a hanging manner, the spacer 4 is placed horizontally on the ceiling support sub-bar 1b so as not to be shifted in the direction of the ceiling support sub-bar 1b after the mounting. It must be placed on the piece 2. Further, it is necessary to prevent the spacer 4 from falling. In addition, it is necessary to press the end plate 7 against the reflection plate 17 so that no gap is generated at the butting portion between the end plate 7 and the reflection plate 17 of the ceiling lighting device. Further, it is necessary to prevent the optional member 8 itself from dropping.
[0003]
Conventionally, in view of the above points, an optional member 8 such as a louver is attached to a system ceiling lighting device as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 by using parts as shown in FIG. That is, (1) First, the lamp 19, the reflecting plate 17, and the end plate 7 of the ceiling lighting device 3 are removed. {Circle over (2)} Next, the screws of the mounting legs of the ceiling lighting fixture 3 are loosened, the ceiling lighting fixture body 3a is raised to the upper stage, and the screw 14 is tightened at this position. (3) Next, the fall prevention metal fitting 30 provided on the optional member 8 shown in FIG. 7C is hooked on the main ceiling support bar 1a. {Circle around (4)} Next, the spacer drop prevention metal fitting 31 shown in FIG. 7 (a) is hooked on the ceiling support main bar 1a, and the spacer 4 is placed on the horizontal piece 2 of the ceiling support sub-bar 1b (this is before (3)). Is also possible). (5) Next, the end plate 7, the reflection plate 17, and the lamp 19 are attached to the ceiling lighting fixture body 3a as before. {Circle over (6)} Next, both ends of the option member 8 are placed one by one on the horizontal pieces 2 of the main ceiling support bar 1a facing each other, and the other ends of the option member 8 are placed on the horizontal pieces 2 of the ceiling support sub-bar 1b. To the spacer 4 that has been set.
[0004]
In the conventional example as described above, the optional member 8 such as a louver is attached by attaching the spacer 4 to the spacer 4 as shown in FIG. 7A, the end plate holding metal 32, the optional member 8 and the like. Are required separately, the number of parts is increased, the cost is increased, and when the option member 8 is to be lowered down for cleaning or the like, the reflection plate 17 and the lamp 19 are required. Extra work is required to remove the bracket (usually because the string of the fall prevention fitting 30 is tied to the hole of the frame of the optional member 8 and cannot be easily released). If this string is easily detached on the frame side of the optional member 8 by a separate part, the labor for removing the reflection plate 17 and the like can be omitted, but the cost increase due to the addition of parts is inevitable. Further, in the construction step (4), the mounting of the spacer 4 itself and the hooking of the spacer fall prevention metal fitting 31 can be performed without interfering with each other. It may be omitted.
[0005]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 3-210702 discloses another conventional example of mounting an optional member in a lighting device for a system ceiling. In this conventional example, with the lighting fixture moved upward, the spacer is locked by the locking means at the lower end of the lighting fixture, and the spacer is placed on the horizontal piece of the ceiling support sub-bar. The mounting long frame perpendicular to the spacer is fixed by screws so that the spacer does not move. In this conventional example, since an additional mounting long frame is required, the number of members is increased and the cost is increased. In addition, it is necessary to connect the spacer and the mounting long frame with screws.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems of the conventional example, and has as its object to reduce the number of parts and to reduce the cost, and to prevent a gap at the abutting portion between the end plate and the reflector. The structure of the spacers and the optional members can be prevented from moving, the spacers can be prevented from falling, etc., and the construction to prevent the spacers from falling can be remembered. In addition, spacers of the same shape can be arranged on both sides of the common ceiling support sub-bar. Another object of the present invention is to provide an optional member mounting structure for a lighting device for a system ceiling which can be mounted without any trouble.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems of the conventional example, an optional member mounting structure of a lighting device for a system ceiling according to the present invention is composed of two parallel inverted T-shaped ceiling support main bars 1a and 1c. The ceiling lighting device 3 having the mounting legs 13 attached to both sides of the ceiling lighting device main body 3a is disposed above the portion surrounded by the orthogonally inverted T-shaped ceiling support sub-bar 1b, and the lower end of the mounting leg 13 The ceiling lighting device main body 3a is attached to the head 6 of the ceiling support main bar 1a facing thereto and the position of the ceiling lighting device main body 3a can be freely changed up and down with respect to the mounting legs 13. the longitudinal end of the luminaire body 3a to the mounting is reflecting plate 17 closed by end plates 7 between the upper position of the horizontal plate 2 of ceiling support sub bars 1b at a position below the ceiling luminaire 3 The hook portion 5 in which the inverted U-shape upward from the front end portion of the upper lateral piece of the spacer 4 provided with upper lateral pieces at the upper end of the barrel piece disposed projecting, the inverted U-shaped The hook portion 5 hooked to the head 6 of the ceiling support sub-bar 1b, the end plate 7 of the ceiling lighting device 3 is brought close to the side of the inverted U-shaped hook portion 5 on one side of the upper side, and the end plate 7 is spacered. The upper end of the upper horizontal piece 4 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the upper horizontal piece or the upper side of the upper horizontal piece, and both ends of the rectangular optional member 8 disposed in a lower position of the ceiling lighting fixture 3 moved upward are supported by the ceiling. It is placed on the horizontal piece 2 of the main bar 1a, the other end of the optional member 8 is brought close to the body piece of the spacer 4, and the fall prevention tool 9 provided on the optional member 8 is provided on the spacer 4. Characterized by being locked to the part 10 That.
[0008]
In addition, spacers 4 of the same shape are placed on both horizontal pieces 2 via the vertical pieces 11 of the common ceiling support sub-bar 1b, and the hooks 5 of the spacers 4 on both sides are respectively attached to the heads of the ceiling support sub-bar 1b. It is also preferable that the hook portion 5 hooked on the portion 6 and provided on one of the spacers 4 is located at a portion of the other spacer 4 where the hook portion 5 does not protrude.
[0009]
[Action]
Thus, according to the present invention having the above-described structure, the upper part of the spacer 4 disposed above the horizontal piece 2 of the ceiling support sub-bar 1b at the position below the ceiling lighting fixture 3 moved upward. The hook portion 5 is hooked on the head 6 of the ceiling support sub-bar 1b, the end plate 7 of the ceiling lighting device 3 is brought close to the side surface of the hook portion 5, and arranged at a position below the ceiling lighting device 3 that has been moved upward. The two end portions of the option member 8 are placed on the horizontal piece 2 of the ceiling support main bar 1a, the other end portions of the option member 8 are brought close to the spacer 4, and the fall prevention device 9 provided on the option member 8 is attached to the spacer 4 By locking to the locked portion 10 provided in the above, the spacer 4 itself has a function of preventing the spacer 4 from falling, a function of preventing the option member 8 from falling, a function of preventing the option member 8 from moving, and a ceiling illuminator. And 3 of the end plate 7 let a function to prevent a gap between the reflecting plate 17, Thus, the number of components is reduced and construction is also that now can be simplified.
[0010]
Also, spacers 4 of the same shape are respectively arranged above the horizontal pieces 2 via the vertical pieces 11 of the common ceiling support sub-bar 1b, and the hooks 5 of the spacers 4 on both sides are respectively connected to the ceiling support sub-bar 1b. The spacers 4 of the same shape are supported by a common ceiling support by having the hooks 5 provided on one of the spacers 4 located at portions where the hooks 5 of the other spacer 4 do not protrude. Even if it is arranged above the horizontal pieces 2 via the vertical pieces 11 of the sub-bar 1b and the hook 5 is hooked on the head 6, there is no problem.
[0011]
【Example】
The present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings shown in FIGS. In the present invention, an inverted T-shaped ceiling support main bar 1a is arranged in parallel at a constant interval. An inverted T-shaped ceiling support sub-bar 1b orthogonal to the ceiling support main bar 1a is provided between the ceiling support main bars 1a. A ceiling lighting fixture 3 is disposed above a portion surrounded by the parallel ceiling support main bar 1a and the ceiling support sub-bar 1b orthogonal thereto. As shown in FIG. 2, the ceiling lighting fixture 3 has mounting legs 13 attached to both ends of the ceiling lighting fixture main body 3a along the main ceiling support bar 1a, and the lower end of the mounting leg 13 is opposed to the ceiling support. The main bar 1a is fitted and attached to the head 6 of the main bar 1a. At the lower end of the mounting leg 13, an L-shaped piece 13a and a hanging piece 13b whose lower end is bent in a L-shape are provided, and the head 6 is sandwiched between the L-shaped piece 13a and the hanging piece 13b. The L-shaped portion at the lower end of the piece 13b is locked to the lower surface of the head 6 so as not to come out upward. The lighting fixture main body 3a can be fixed to the mounting leg 13 at different positions in the vertical direction by screws 14. For example, a long hole (not shown) is formed in the mounting leg 13 and the lower end of the long hole is used. When the lighting fixture main body 3a is attached with the screw 14, the lower end of the lighting fixture main body 3a is placed on the horizontal piece 2 of the ceiling support main bar 1a or the ceiling support main bar 1b. When the lighting fixture main body 3a is attached, a gap is formed between the lower end of the lighting fixture main body 3 and the horizontal piece 2 that is slightly longer in the vertical direction than the vertical length of the optional member 8 such as a louver.
[0012]
The lighting device body 3a includes a ballast box 15, sockets 16 provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the lighting device body 3a, and a reflector 17 and a reflector 17 that are detachably attached to the lighting device body 3a between the sockets 16. An end plate 7 that is attached between the longitudinal end and the socket 16 and closes the end of the reflector 17 is provided. 19 is a lamp. Here, the reflecting plate 17 is detachably attached with a screw 20 or the like, and the end plate 7 has the horizontal piece 21 at the upper end mounted on the reflecting plate 17 as shown in FIG. As a result, the end plate 7 can also be removed.
[0013]
FIG. 3 shows a spacer 4 used for mounting an optional member 8 such as a louver. The hook has an inverted U-shape upward from the tip of the upper horizontal piece of the spacer 4 having a U-shaped cross section. The part 5 is integrally protruded. The body piece of the spacer 4 is provided with a locking hole serving as the locked portion 10.
The optional member 8 is, for example, a louver, and a string 23 is tied to the upper surface side of both ends in the longitudinal direction, and a drop prevention device 9 is attached to a tip of the string 23.
[0014]
To mount the optional member 8, first, the lamp 19, the reflector 17, and the end plate 7 of the ceiling light 3 are removed. Next, the screw 14 of the mounting leg 13 of the ceiling lighting device 3 is loosened to raise the ceiling lighting device body 3a to the upper stage, and the screw 14 is tightened at this position. Up to this point, it is the same as the conventional one. Next, the hook 5 of the spacer 4 shown in FIG. 3 is hooked on the head 6 of the ceiling support sub-bar 1b, and the spacer 4 is arranged above the horizontal piece 2 of the ceiling support sub-bar 1b. In this case, the spacer 4 may be placed on the horizontal piece 2. Next, the end plate 7, the reflection plate 17, and the lamp 19 are attached as before. In this case, as shown in FIG. 1, by bringing the end plate 7 of the ceiling lighting device 3 close to the side surface of the hook 5, no gap is formed between the end plate 7 and the reflection plate 17. . In this state, the end plate 7 is located immediately above the upper horizontal piece of the spacer 4 (the end plate 7 may be brought into contact with the upper horizontal piece) to prevent the spacer 4 from falling out. Next, the fall prevention tool 9 of the optional member 8 is hooked and locked in a locking hole serving as a locked portion 10 provided in the body piece of the spacer 4. Next, both ends of the optional member 8 are placed on the horizontal piece 2 of the ceiling support main bar 1a one side at a time, and at the same time, the other ends of the optional member 8 are placed on the spacer 4 placed on the horizontal piece 2 of the ceiling support sub-bar 1b. Bring them closer. As a result, even if the optional member 8 attempts to shift toward the ceiling support sub-bar 1b, the option member 8 hits the spacer 4 and is prevented from shifting.
[0015]
By the way, when the hooking portion 5 of the spacer 4 is hooked on the head 6 of the ceiling support sub-bar 1b, the spacer 4 can be pulled out upward, so that the function of preventing the spacer 4 from dropping does not work, but it was mounted next. The end plate 7 of the ceiling luminaire 3 is brought close to the upper portion of the spacer 4 to prevent the spacer 4 from coming off, and the function of preventing the spacer 4 from dropping works. As described above, the installer does not need to separately perform special installation for preventing the spacer 4 from dropping.
[0016]
Since the head 6 of the ceiling support sub-bar 1b which hooks the hook 5 of the spacer 4 is located at a position hidden by the end plate 7, the spacer 4 cannot be attached while the end plate 7 is attached. In other words, when the spacer 4 is mounted, the end plate 7 must be removed without fail, so that the fall prevention of the spacer 4 cannot be forgotten.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 4, the spacers 4 of the present invention have spacers 4 of the same shape arranged above the two horizontal pieces 2 via the vertical pieces 11 of the common ceiling support sub-bar 1b and the spacers on both sides. 4 is hooked on the head 6 of the ceiling support sub-bar 1b, and the hook 5 provided on one spacer 4 is located at a portion where the hook 5 of the other spacer 4 does not protrude. ing. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, when the common ceiling support sub-bar 1 b is attached to both sides to face each other, the hook portions 5 are provided so as to be point-symmetrical in the facing state. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 4, it can be mounted on both sides of the common ceiling support sub-bar 1b, and as a result, there is no restriction on the arrangement of the appliances.

【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, as described above, two parallel inverted T-shaped ceiling support main bars and an inverted T-shaped ceiling support sub-bar orthogonal to the ceiling support main bar are used. Ceiling lighting fixtures with mounting feet attached to both sides of the ceiling lighting fixture body are placed above the above-mentioned parts, and the lower ends of the mounting feet are attached to the heads of the main ceiling support bars facing each other, and ceiling lighting is applied to the mounting feet. The longitudinal direction of the reflector attached to the luminaire body is closed with an end plate between sockets provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the luminaire body so that the luminaire body can be freely moved up and down . An inverted U-shaped hook upwardly from the tip of the upper horizontal piece of the spacer provided with the upper horizontal piece at the upper end of the body piece arranged at the lower position above the horizontal piece of the ceiling support sub-bar. Part, and make this inverted U shape Hooking the hook in the ceiling support sub bar head, near the end plate above the upper lateral piece of the spacer together to close the end plate of the ceiling light fixture in the upper lateral side of the side surface of the inverted U-shaped hook portion Alternatively , both ends of an optional member having a rectangular shape in a plan view placed in a lower position of the ceiling lighting fixture which is brought into contact with the upper surface of the upper horizontal piece and moved upward are placed on the horizontal piece of the ceiling support main bar, and the optional The other end of the member is close to the body piece of the spacer , and the fall prevention tool provided on the optional member is locked to the locked part provided on the spacer. moving the along with the abutting portion of the gap prevention can reflector, optional member against the body piece of the spacer even if optional member Zureyo the ceiling support auxiliary bar side When the hooked portion of the spacer is hooked on the head of the ceiling support sub-bar, the spacer can escape upward, so the spacer drop prevention function does not work. The end plate of the ceiling lighting fixture was placed close to the top of the spacer to prevent the spacer from coming off, and the function of preventing the spacer from falling would work. In this way, the installer would prevent the spacer from falling. It is not necessary to separately perform special construction for the spacer, and in this way, the end plate is to be performed in order to prevent the spacer from falling, and a special member for preventing the spacer from dropping is separately provided. It is not necessary, and the head of the ceiling support sub-bar that hooks the hook of the spacer is located at a position hidden by the end plate. Therefore, the spacer cannot be attached while the end plate is attached. In other words, the end plate must be removed when attaching the spacer, so that the spacer cannot be prevented from falling down. As described above, since the spacer is prevented from dropping by attaching the end plate, which is a basic component of the ceiling lighting device, safety is surely ensured. As described above, in the present invention, the number of parts is small, cost can be reduced, workability is improved, and drop prevention can be surely prevented.
[0019]
In addition, spacers of the same shape are respectively disposed above the horizontal pieces via the vertical pieces of the common ceiling support sub-bar, and the hooks of the spacers on both sides are respectively hooked on the heads of the ceiling support sub-bars. In the configuration in which the hook provided on the spacer is located at a portion where the hook of the other spacer does not protrude, it is possible to connect optional members arranged with the common ceiling support sub-bar sandwiching the spacer. In addition, there is no restriction on the arrangement of devices.
