TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to flame retardant processing of polyester fiber products, and more specifically, a flame retardant agent capable of imparting excellent durability to a flame retardant without using a halogen flame retardant in a polyester fiber product. The present invention relates to a flame-retardant processing method using the same and a flame-retardant polyester fiber product obtained by using the method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various methods for imparting flame retardancy to a polyester fiber product by post-processing are known. For example, as a flame retardant, a halogen compound, typically, for example, a brominated cycloalkane such as 1,2,5,6,9,10-hexabromocyclododecane is used as a flame retardant in water with a dispersant. A method of attaching a dispersed flame retardant to a polyester fiber product is known (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
However, according to the method of imparting flame retardancy by attaching a halogen-based compound to a polyester fiber product as described above, when such a polyester fiber product burns, a harmful halogenated gas is generated, There is a problem that this adversely affects the environment. Therefore, in recent years, the use of such a halogen compound as a flame retardant has been regulated.
[0004]
In view of the above, flame retardancy has been imparted to polyester fiber products by using a halogen-free phosphoric acid ester as a flame retardant instead of such a halogen compound. As such a phosphoric acid ester, for example, an aromatic monophosphate such as tricresyl phosphate, an aromatic diphosphate such as resorcinol bis (diphenyl phosphate), and the like are known. However, such a phosphoric ester, which is conventionally known as a flame retardant, can impart flame retardancy having excellent washing resistance to a polyester fiber product, but has insufficient dry cleaning resistance.
[0005]
Furthermore, even if such a phosphate ester is applied to a polyester fiber product and subjected to flame-retardant processing, the phosphate ester gradually migrates to the surface of the polyester fiber product with the passage of time. Disperse dyes and the like used for dyeing fiber products also migrate to the surface together with the phosphoric acid ester in a dissolved state, so-called surface bleeding occurs.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present inventors have conducted intensive studies to solve the above-described problems in the conventional flame retardant processing of polyester fiber products, and as a result, using a certain phosphoric amide as a flame retardant without using a halogen flame retardant. Thus, the present inventors have found that flame retardancy having excellent durability can be imparted to a polyester fiber product. Accordingly, the present invention provides a flame-retardant agent capable of imparting excellent durability to a polyester fiber product, a flame-retardant processing method using the same, and a flame-retardant agent obtained by using the same. An object of the present invention is to provide a processed polyester fiber product.

[0044]
The flame retardant for polyester fiber products according to the present invention is obtained by dispersing a phosphoric amide as described above in a solvent in the presence of a surfactant as a flame retardant, and the solvent is usually water. However, if necessary, an organic solvent is also used.
[0045]
As the surfactant, a nonionic surfactant or an anionic surfactant is used, and a nonionic surfactant and an anionic surfactant may be used in combination.
[0046]

And halogenated hydrocarbons such as methylene chloride and chloroform.
[0050]
The surfactants and organic solvents may be used alone or, if necessary, in combination of two or more.
[0051]
In general, when a fiber product is subjected to flame retarding by post-processing, the particle size of the flame retardant used has an important effect on the flame retardancy imparted to the fiber product by the processing. The smaller the particle size, the higher the flame retardancy can be given to the textile.
[0052]
Therefore, according to the present invention, the particle diameter of the flame retardant is usually set such that the flame retardant is sufficiently diffused into the polyester fiber product by post-processing and the flame retardant performance of the flame retardant has durability. , 0.3 to 20 μm, preferably 0.3 to 3 μm.
[0053]
The flame retardant according to the present invention is usually used by diluting it with water when performing a flame retardant process on a polyester fiber product. When diluted in this way, the solid content (flame retardant phosphoric acid amide) in the flame retardant is preferably in the range of 1 to 50% by weight. The amount of the flame retardant applied to the polyester fiber product varies depending on the type of the fiber product, but is usually 0.05 to 30% by weight, preferably 0% by weight, based on the amount of the flame retardant (phosphate amide). It is in the range of 0.5 to 20% by weight. When the amount of the phosphoric amide in the flame retardant is less than 0.05% by weight, the polyester fiber product cannot be provided with sufficient flame retardancy. If the content exceeds 30% by weight, problems such as the texture of the fibrous product after the flame retardant processing becoming coarse and hard occur.
[0054]
The method of imparting the flame retardant according to the present invention to the polyester fiber product and performing the flame retarding process is not particularly limited. A method in which a heat treatment is performed at a temperature of about 220 ° C. to exhaust the flame retardant phosphoric acid amide into the fiber can be given. In this case, the flame retardant can be attached to the polyester fiber product by, for example, a padding method, a spray method, a coating method, or the like. Further, as another method for imparting the flame retardant to the polyester fiber product by applying the flame retardant according to the present invention to the polyester fiber product, a polyester fiber product is immersed in the flame retardant, and the bath is heated at a temperature of 110 to 140 ° C. A method in which the intermediate treatment is performed to exhaust the flame retardant into the interior of the fiber can be used.
[0055]
The flame-retardant processing agent according to the present invention may contain a surfactant other than those described above as a dispersant, if necessary, as long as its performance is not impaired. Furthermore, according to the present invention, the flame retardant is used as a protective colloid such as polyvinyl alcohol, methylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, and starch paste, and a flame retardant, if necessary, in order to enhance the storage stability. It may contain a flame-retardant aid for improving the flammability, an ultraviolet absorber for improving the light fastness, an antioxidant and the like. Further, if necessary, a conventionally known flame retardant may be contained.
[0056]
The flame retardant according to the present invention can also be used in combination with other fiber processing agents. Examples of such a fiber processing agent include a softening agent, an antistatic agent, a water / oil repellent, a hard finishing agent, a feeling adjusting agent, and the like.
[0057]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples. In the following, regarding the average particle size of the flame retardant, the particle size distribution of phosphoric amide in the flame retardant is measured by a laser diffraction particle size distribution analyzer SALD-2000J manufactured by Shimadzu Corporation, and the median is measured. The diameter was adopted as the average particle diameter.
[0058]
