Description

【0001】
【0015】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shoulder pad for clothes and a method for attaching the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various types of three-dimensional shoulder pads are used, and advanced technology is required to attach these shoulder pads to the body's sleeves, etc. A great deal of skill was required to attach it to the location. Also, a shoulder pad having an auxiliary agent for joining a part of the arm hole and a part of the shoulder seam has been proposed, but in this proposal, the binding of the shoulder pad to the arm hole part is performed by using a binding thread which is a shoulder pad. Because it is closed in a state penetrating the thickest part of the shoulder pad, the thickness of the shoulder pad is reduced, the surface of the sleeve attachment line is affected by irregularities, etc.In addition, when binding to the shoulder seam, the shoulder pad's arc There is a problem that the shoulder pad is not stable because only a part of the peripheral edge is bound.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to solve such a problem when attaching a shoulder pad, and to provide a shoulder pad which is excellent in attachment workability and can produce a beautiful shoulder line.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of various studies on a shoulder pad having good workability for attaching a shoulder pad to a body sleeve or the like, the inventors of the present application have found that the body and sleeves are provided in the armhole corresponding portion and the shoulder seam corresponding portion of the shoulder pad body. These problems have been solved by using a shoulder pad having an armhole corresponding part auxiliary material and a shoulder seam corresponding part auxiliary material for attaching to clothes along a seam allowance.
[0005]
The shoulder pad according to the present invention has an armhole corresponding portion auxiliary material and a shoulder seam corresponding portion auxiliary material attached to the armhole corresponding portion and the shoulder seam corresponding portion of the shoulder pad body, and the auxiliary material is used. Thus, the shoulder pad can be easily attached to the body and the sleeve.
[0006]
As the shoulder pad, a conventionally used one is used, but a felt-like nonwoven fabric in which a fiber web is mainly entangled by needle punching, water entanglement, or the like is preferably used. Soft and heat-retaining materials are particularly preferred.
The shape of the shoulder pad includes a set-in type, a raglan type, and a semi-raglan type, and is not particularly limited.
[0007]
The auxiliary material to be fixed to the shoulder pad may cover part or all of the ceiling portion of the shoulder pad body. However, as long as it can be attached to the arm hole corresponding portion of the shoulder pad, the shoulder seam corresponding portion, etc. Any shape and size may be used.
As the shape of the auxiliary material, a strip shape is preferable, and the length is not particularly limited, and a shape equal to or smaller than the width of the shoulder pad body is particularly preferable.
When the auxiliary material is in the form of a strip, it is difficult to deform in a direction perpendicular to the sleeve attachment line or the shoulder stitching line, has elasticity in a parallel direction, and is preferably flexible with respect to the ceiling. The width is preferably from 10 to 50 mm, and particularly preferably from 15 to 25 mm. When the movement is stopped by an auxiliary material with an adhesive, it may be wider.
The thickness thereof is preferably a thin one, particularly a thin nonwoven fabric, and particularly preferably 1 mm or less.
[0008]
In the case of an armhole corresponding part auxiliary material which is almost completely covered and fixed to the entire ceiling part of the shoulder pad body, at least the sleeve side having a width of 5 to 45 mm, more preferably 15 to 35 mm from the position of the sleeve attachment line on the sleeve side. It is sufficient that the end portion is open, and the other portions may be partially or wholly adhered or stitched.
By utilizing the open end of the auxiliary material in this way, the shoulder pad can be easily attached to the body or the sleeve attachment line. Even if the shoulder pad is attached to the body first, the sleeve can be attached.
[0009]
The material of the auxiliary material is preferably a non-woven fabric made of fibers such as polyester, nylon and rayon, a non-woven fabric reinforced with yarn, a woven fabric such as calico and sleek, and a knitted fabric. In consideration of the above, for example, a nonwoven fabric in which yarns are arranged in one direction at regular intervals between fiber webs is preferable.
Also, the bias woven fabric is used although it may be frayed or curled.
If a small amount of heat-fusible resin adheres to one side of the auxiliary material in the form of dots or lines, stitch the auxiliary material to the body, then finish it with a steam press, etc., and the entire surface of the auxiliary material will be integrated with the shoulder pad It is more preferable because it can be mounted stably and beautifully.
In the case of a set-in sleeve composed of a body having an armhole and a sleeve corresponding to the armhole, the sleeve can be attached even after the shoulder pad is attached to the armhole of the body. Further, in the case of a raglan sleeve or a dolman sleeve composed of a body and a sleeve in which a portion of a sleeve is continued from a shoulder to a neckhole, the body can be attached even after the shoulder pad is attached.
[0010]
Attachment of the armhole corresponding part auxiliary material and shoulder seam corresponding part auxiliary material to the shoulder pad is performed beforehand with a sewing machine on the ceiling material armhole corresponding part and the shoulder seam corresponding part at the time of manufacturing the shoulder pad, mainly by a lockstitch sewing machine etc. What is necessary is just to suture with a thread. When the molding process after the production of the shoulder pad is not performed, the shoulder pad can be fixed by an adhesive or the like attached to the auxiliary material.
In the case of a shoulder pad to be molded, the arm hole corresponding part auxiliary material and the shoulder seam corresponding part auxiliary material to which the adhesive is attached are attached after the shoulder pad is manufactured.
[0011]
To fix the armhole corresponding part auxiliary material and shoulder seam corresponding part auxiliary material to the shoulder pad main body, put the auxiliary material on the arm hole corresponding part and shoulder seam corresponding part of the shoulder pad main body, with the sleeve side open and the neck side With a sewing machine. In this manner, a shoulder pad having an armhole corresponding part auxiliary material and a shoulder seam corresponding part auxiliary material is manufactured.
The auxiliary material is preferably loosely sewn so as not to crush the shoulder pad, but is preferably attached by a special sewing machine such as a jumping sewing machine.
[0012]
By adjusting the position at which the auxiliary material is fixed, the position of the shoulder pad overhanging due to the shape of the clothing can be changed.
For example, when it is desired to overhang the shoulder pad to the sleeve side, this can be done by fastening the armhole corresponding part auxiliary material 3 inside the sleeve side end of the shoulder pad, that is, at the neck position.
In addition, when matching with the sleeve attachment line at the end of the shoulder pad, it can be performed by setting the armhole corresponding part auxiliary material 3 at the position of the end on the sleeve side of the shoulder pad and fastening.
The position of the fastening thread by the jumping sewing machine or the like is preferably about 5 mm inside along the neck end of the auxiliary material.
[0013]
In the method of mounting the shoulder pad 1 of the present invention, in the case of a set-in sleeve, the shoulder pad is set at the position of the armhole corresponding portion of the body, and only the armhole corresponding portion auxiliary material 3 is stopped at the seam allowance of the armhole.
When binding the shoulder seam, only the shoulder seam corresponding part auxiliary member 4 is fixed to the shoulder seam allowance.
In the case of the raglan sleeve and the dolman sleeve, only the auxiliary material is fixed to the seam at a predetermined position of the center seam of the sleeve.
The attachment is preferably performed by suturing or joining the armhole corresponding part auxiliary material 3 fixed to the shoulder pad body 2 to the armhole part 11 of the body.
For attachment, it is preferable to sew with a lockstitch sewing machine, but it is also possible to join with an auxiliary material or the like provided with an adhesive, and it is also possible to use both such suturing and joining.
The adhesive is preferably a heat-fusible adhesive, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive is also used.
[0014]
When the shoulder pad is attached to the body by bonding, an auxiliary material containing a heat-fusible resin such as powder or fiber may be used in advance, or an adhesive applied to the auxiliary material may be used. Alternatively, an adhesive tape may be interposed between the auxiliary material and the body sleeve.
As the heat-fusible resin, powder of a heat-fusible low-melting resin such as polyethylene, polyamide, polyester, or polyvinyl chloride, or a core-sheath composite fiber such as polyester / polypropylene is used.
[0015]
【Example】
Example 1
As a felt base, needle punch felt made of a polyester fiber web is overlapped by joining large and small pieces cut into half-moon shapes having similar shapes to form a shoulder pad body. Yarns are arranged in one direction on a polyester fiber web at an interval of 5 mm, and a heat-fusible modified polyamide resin is applied in a dot shape at 10 g / m 2 on one surface of a nonwoven fabric having a basis weight of 40 g / m 2 bonded with an acrylic binder. The obtained heat-fusible nonwoven fabric was cut into a strip of 40 mm x 150 mm with the direction in which the yarns were arranged in the width direction (short side) to produce an auxiliary material.
This strip-shaped auxiliary material 3 is overlapped so as to match the sleeve side of the arm hole corresponding portion of the shoulder pad body 2, and the auxiliary material 3 is attached to the shoulder pad body along the long side at a position 30 mm from the sleeve side. And suturing with the fastening thread 5. Similarly, another strip-shaped auxiliary member 4 is sewn to the shoulder seam corresponding portion with a fixing thread 5, and the shoulder pad 1 having the arm hole corresponding portion auxiliary material 3 and the shoulder seam corresponding portion auxiliary material 4 as shown in FIG. Was prepared.
Next, in order to attach the shoulder pad 1 having the auxiliary members 3 and 4 to the armhole portion 11 of the body, first, the shoulder pad 1 is turned over, and the shoulder seam corresponding portion auxiliary member 4 and the seam allowance are added. After the sewing, the sleeve side end of the armhole corresponding portion auxiliary material 3 is further aligned with the sleeve attaching line 6 of the body armhole portion 11, and the sewing allowance of the body armhole portion 11 and the armhole corresponding portion auxiliary material 3 are attached to the book. The sewing pad was sewn together with a binding thread 9 by a sewing machine and returned to the original state, so that the shoulder pad 1 was sewn to the shoulder 10 around the outer body through an auxiliary material as shown in FIG. This was finished with an iron.
The installation of the shoulder pad was easy and reasonable, and a beautiful shoulder area was obtained.
[0016]
Reference Example 1
As a felt base, needle punch felts made of a polyester fiber web are cut into similar large and small heart-shaped ones, overlapped and joined into a heart-shaped one to produce a shoulder pad body.

Together with the binding thread 9 with a lockstitch sewing machine, the body and the shoulder seam corresponding part auxiliary material 4 are integrated, and then returned to the original state, so that the shoulder pad 1 is connected via the auxiliary material as shown in FIG. The body was sewn to the shoulder 10. This was finished with an iron.
The installation of the shoulder pad was easy and reasonable, and a beautiful shoulder area was obtained.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
In the shoulder pad of the present invention, since the shoulder pad can be stably bound to a predetermined position, the mounting position of the pad can be set in advance.
In addition, anyone can easily and quickly close, eliminating the need to rely on experience and skill as before.
Since the pad stitch can be made with the lockstitch sewing machine, a special sewing machine such as the pad stitch sewing machine is not required, the thickness is not collapsed, and a margin for the outer circumference can be secured.
Since the shoulder seam allowance can be easily closed, the shoulder pad is stabilized. Further, by making the auxiliary material an adhesive type, binding by bonding is also possible.
Since the shoulder pad can be easily attached to the designed position, the intended shoulder or sleeve silhouette can be obtained.
Since the thickness of the shoulder pad does not decrease due to binding, the thickness of the shoulder pad can be maintained as designed. In addition, since there is no partial thickness reduction and the margin for the outer circumference can be reliably taken, the effect of binding such as irregularities on the surface of the sleeve attachment line does not appear, and wrinkles do not occur even after turning over after mounting. The shoulder pad according to the present invention can correspond to any of a set-in sleeve, a raglan sleeve, and a dolman sleeve.
