TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hook crane position display device, and particularly to a hook crane hook position for manually moving a hook of a ceiling crane installed on a ceiling and moving an object to be lifted to a desired position in a power plant facility or the like. It relates to a display device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, in an overhead crane, a crane girder travels on a traveling rail provided on a ceiling in a building, and a trolley travels on the crane girder in a direction perpendicular to the traveling rail. The trolley is provided with a hook which can be moved up and down. The hook is used to lift the object, and the crane girder and the trolley move the object to a desired position.
[0003]
Conventionally, in power plant facilities, such overhead cranes have been installed in order to perform operations such as removal of each member of equipment installed at a predetermined position. In a power plant facility, repair work is performed regularly, for example, once a year. Overhead cranes are used at this time, for example, when performing work of removing a turbine casing and a turbine rotor in a turbine building.
[0004]
The operation of the overhead crane is performed manually by a driver in a cab. However, since the driver's cab is usually installed at a position away from the hook such as the end of the crane girder, the driver cannot accurately recognize the slinging position.・ Hook movement operation is performed in accordance with wireless or other instructions. When the object to be lifted is hung on the hook, it is necessary to accurately stop the core of the hook at the position of the center of gravity of the object to be lifted (the center point of lifting). For example, when a turbine casing is lifted, an accuracy within about 25 mm is required in order not to damage internal equipment. For this purpose, conventionally, a hooker is hooked on the object, the object is slightly lifted, the signaler determines whether the object is lifted evenly, and the hook position is adjusted by trial and error to determine the position. Was.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the object is large and the hook itself is large and it is difficult to determine the center, as described above, instructing the lifting center point at which the hook should be stopped as described above can be performed once at the correct position (even in a situation where a skilled signer is in charge). Specifically, it is rare that the instruction is made within the allowable radius of the true lifting center point. The driver also adjusts the speed by reducing the speed near the lifting center point where the hook should be stopped. However, the driver's cab is located at the end of the crane girder, and the driver cannot judge the signal. There was a waste of driving operation without following the instructions of the driver.
[0006]
In addition, when working in a place other than the hem position (temporary placement), it is not necessary to make them exactly as strict as the alignment of the lifting center point to the equipment installation position. He was doing extra-quality work inside, but it was happening.
In addition, the driver needs to recognize the surrounding obstacles to perform the operation rationally and without load sway, but the burden of the recognition causes the driver to be tired.
[0007]
Conventionally, it has been difficult to sufficiently exhibit the actual operation (operating rate) of the crane equipment due to such points.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a hook position display device of an overhead crane that improves the operation rate of crane equipment and shortens the crane work time.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
UpIn order to achieve the above object, the invention of
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the invention, the position storage means is configured such that when a desired object to be lifted is selected on the operation screen and a sensor input instruction key is operated, At that time, a means for setting and storing the position of the hook detected by the hook position detecting means as the installation position or the temporary placement position of the selected object to be lifted is provided.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, an operation screen for setting the position of the interfering object is displayed on the monitor, and the interfering object is set based on an operation on the operation screen. The position of the interfering object is set and stored, the position of the interfering object set by the interfering object setting unit, and the position of the hook detected by the hook position detecting unit are determined by the interference of the hook. And a warning unit for generating a warning when it is determined that the user has moved to a position where there is a possibility of contact with an object.
The hook position display device for an overhead crane according to
[0009]
According to the present invention, a hook position at which an object at a predetermined installation position can be satisfactorily lifted is stored in advance, and when the hook is moved to the installation position, the display unit displays the hook position. , To display the current position of the hook. Thus, the driver can easily and quickly move the hook to an appropriate position.
[0010]
Also, as for the temporary placement position, when the hook position that can satisfactorily lift the target object at the predetermined temporary placement position as well as the installation position is stored in the hook position storage means, and the hook is moved to the temporary placement position, By displaying the hook position on the display means, the hook can be easily and quickly moved to an appropriate position.
Further, when the hook position is stored in the hook position storage means, when the sensor input designation key is operated, the hook position detected by the hook position detection means is stored, so that the position at which the hook should be stopped Can be easily set, and the movement to this position can be performed more accurately.
[0011]
In addition, the position of the interfering object is stored in advance, and a warning is issued when the hook moves to a position where the interfering object may come into contact with the interfering object. Can be reduced.
[0012]

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the hook position display device for an overhead crane according to the present invention, a hook position at which a target at a predetermined installation position can be satisfactorily lifted is stored in advance, and the hook is moved to the installation position. In this case, the display means displays the hook position and the current position of the hook. Thus, the driver can accurately, easily, and quickly move the hook to an appropriate position while referring to the display screen. Therefore, the crane operation time can be reduced.

Also, as for the temporary placement position, when the hook position that can satisfactorily lift the target object at the predetermined temporary placement position as well as the installation position is stored in the hook position storage means, and the hook is moved to the temporary placement position, By displaying the hook position on the display means, the hook can be accurately, easily and quickly moved to an appropriate position.
[0062]
Further, on the display screen displayed as described above, when the hook approaches the lifting center point to be stopped, such as the installation position or the temporary installation position, the display blinks to alert the driver operator. The hook can be accurately stopped at the lifting center point to be stopped by reducing the moving speed of the hook in advance, and a slight displacement is allowed when the hook is laterally moved to the temporary placement position. Therefore, it is possible to immediately shift to the hanging operation of the hook. Thereby, the crane operation can be performed quickly.
[0063]
Further, when the hook position is stored in the hook position storage means, when the sensor input designation key is operated, the hook position detected by the hook position detection means is stored, so that the position at which the hook should be stopped Can be easily set, and the movement to this position can be performed more accurately. Further, since the temporary placement position can be stored and set at an arbitrary location, the application range to the work is widened.
[0064]
In addition, the position of an interfering object such as an article, equipment, or a building that becomes an obstacle in operation is stored in advance, and a warning is generated when the hook moves to a position where there is a possibility of contact with the interfering object. Thereby, the work can be performed safely, and the burden on the driver can be reduced.
Further, when the hook position display device of the present invention is applied to a facility where the same crane work is repeatedly performed at predetermined intervals, such as a periodic inspection of a power plant facility, the installation position of the object to be lifted of each device and the provisional position of the device are set. It is more effective to store the positions once, since the labor for storing these positions can be omitted from the next work.
