Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a steam bath device, and more particularly, to a steam bath device in which glass beads are provided in layers on a floor portion of a box-shaped sauna room structure, and a bather can hygienically sweat and shower in the same sauna room. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
A typical steam bath is a so-called sauna bath. Sauna baths generate steam by pouring water or hot water on heated stones, and steam baths using the steam started as sauna baths in Northern Europe, and the ceiling, walls, and floor now have a general structure that prevents steam from leaking outside. A box-shaped sauna room structure comprising a surface, a steam generator for supplying steam into the room below the floor of the sauna room structure, and a heat source for maintaining the room temperature at a high temperature. There have been various improvements (for example, see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-269178).
In addition, there is a sand bath in the hot spring area near the beach from the old days. A sand bath is a natural bath in which the lower part of the body is buried in the sand heated by geothermal heat, and after a desired time, the sand comes out of the sand and adheres to the body surface by bathing or showering. It is used after washing off.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional sauna bath described above sweats inside the sauna room, goes out of the sauna room, takes a shower bath in another place and sweats, so that the floor inside the sauna room is worn out by sweat or pores of bathers. There is a problem that the inside of the sauna room is extremely unsanitary, and a place for performing a shower bath must be provided outside the sauna room, and a large space must be secured.
Sand baths have the advantage of reducing stress because they are performed outdoors, but their use is limited by the seasons and weather, and mineral substances such as mica in the sand that adhere to the body surface are less likely to flow down even when showering. There was a problem.
[0004]
In view of the fact that the glass particles do not adhere to the body surface, have no adsorptivity, are resistant to rapid heating and quenching, and are well drained, the present inventors processed the glass recovered as waste material into a spherical shape. An object of the present invention is to provide a steam bath device which is used for a floor portion in a sauna room, enables a steam bath and a shower bath in the sauna room, and is always kept clean without cleaning the floor portion of the sauna room. .
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 of the present invention is characterized in that a floor portion of a box-shaped sauna room structure having a ceiling, a peripheral wall surface and a floor portion has a glass bead layer and air permeability, water permeability, The glass bead layer is made of glass beads having heat resistance, water resistance and load resistance, and the glass bead layer is formed by mixing glass beads colored in white, brown, and green, each having a particle size of about 1 to 8 mm, A steam generator is provided at a position below the floor portion, and a heat source for maintaining the room temperature at a predetermined temperature is provided, so that a bather can take a shower above the glass bead layer in the sauna room structure. A shower device is provided.
The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that the glass bead receiving plate is a net plate .
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional configuration view in one embodiment of the steam bath apparatus of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing a configuration of a floor portion as a main part. In these figures, the sauna room structure is composed of a ceiling 1, a peripheral wall surface 2 and a floor portion 3, and the ceiling 1 and the peripheral wall surface 2 constitute a known box-shaped sauna room using a plate-like construction member. The floor portion 3 includes a glass bead layer 4 and a glass bead receiving plate 5. The glass bead layer 4 is made of glass beads obtained by processing waste glass into a sphere having a particle diameter of 1 to 8 mm, and has a layer thickness of 20 to 80 cm, preferably 50 to 60 cm. Each glass bead is colored white, brown, green, red, etc. in addition to being transparent. The reason why the waste glass is processed into a spherical shape is to avoid damaging the skin surface when the glass beads come into contact with the skin surface, and to mix the glass beads colored in various colors with a color like natural sand. This is because it becomes a soft color and helps relieve stress. The glass bead receiving plate 5 is made of a member having air permeability, water permeability, heat resistance, water resistance, and load resistance, and is made of, for example, stainless steel, ceramic, hard synthetic resin, or the like. Also use a small diameter net plate. In the present embodiment, two net plates are superposed to form a glass bead receiving plate 5.
[0007]
A steam generator 7 and a known heat source (not shown) are provided below the floor 3 so as to be able to supply steam from a steam generator 6 provided outside the sauna room structure. The steam generator 7 is formed of a pipe made of a material having excellent load resistance and corrosion resistance such that a straight line portion has a positional relationship substantially parallel to each other. A supply hole 8 is provided. Although the position where the steam supply hole 8 is provided does not matter, it is preferable that the position is other than the upper part of the tube wall, for example, the left and right sides and the lower side.
[0008]
The bottom surface 9 is made of a material having heat resistance and water resistance, for example, cement mortar, ceramic, synthetic resin, or the like, and is formed on an inclined surface that gradually descends from the peripheral wall surface 2 side to the drain port 10 to guide water to the drain port 10. Guide ridge 11 is provided in a protruding manner.
[0009]
A plurality of nets 12 having water resistance, heat resistance and load resistance are superposed and interposed between the bottom surface 9 and the steam generator 7 to improve drainage. 13 is a shower.
[0010]
In the present embodiment, the steam delivered from the steam generator 6 to the steam generator 7 passes through the steam supply holes 8 first below the floor portion 3, then through the glass bead receiving plate 5 and the glass bead layer 4. It is supplied indoors. The bather 14 lying on the upper surface of the glass bead layer 4 sweats by the steam and heating from a heat source (not shown), and after the sweating, uses the shower 13 to wash away the sweat. The water spouting from the shower 13 rinses away sweat and wastes on the body surface of the bather 14, and the sewage flows down the glass bead layer 4, passes through the glass bead layer receiving plate 5, the net 12 and the floor 9 The water is collected upward and drained from the drain port 10 to sewage. Since the glass beads are made of a network polymer glass material and have no adsorptivity and are spherical, organic substances and the like in the sewage flow down to the floor 9 through the gaps between the glass beads without adsorbing to the glass beads. . Therefore, after use, cleanliness is always maintained only by spraying water on the glass layer 4.
In addition, glass beads are used to process waste glass into a spherical shape, and a steam generator is useful for recycling if it uses waste materials or cuts produced by pruning in schools or parks.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
Since the bather can sweat and use the shower in one sauna room, there is an effect that a large space is not required for installation.
Since the glass bead layer is used for the floor portion, there is an effect that the glass beads do not adhere to the skin surface of the bather and that the floor can always be kept clean.
Recycling of waste glass has the effect of increasing the number of uses and contributing to solving the garbage problem that has become a social problem.
