Description
【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a cable for an elevator of a high-rise building.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The elevator cable is suspended in the elevator shaft from the top floor of the building, and is used in a state of making a U-turn on the way and connecting the end to the elevator car. This type of cable is required to have as small a rotation property as possible to prevent tangling and vibration due to rotation.
[0003]
A conventional round elevator cable has a structure in which a tension member made of a wire rope is arranged at the center, and conductor wires such as a power line core and a communication line core are twisted around the tension member. When such a cable is suspended, a rotation force is generated in a direction in which the twist returns. For this reason, conventionally, the twisting direction of the tension member and the twisting direction of the conductor core wire have been made opposite to cancel each other's rotation forces, thereby reducing the rotation property.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a structure, it was difficult to sufficiently reduce the rotation property for the following reasons. That is, the amount of rotation when the cable is suspended is substantially proportional to the load applied to the cable. The suspension load (self-weight) of the elevator cable always changes as the car moves up and down. The weight of the elevator cable is applied to both the tension member and the conductor core. However, the tension member has a smaller elongation with respect to the load than the conductor wire core. And the majority of its weight will be applied to the tension members.
[0005]
Conventionally, a wire rope as shown in FIG. 4 was used as a tension member. This wire rope 11 is obtained by twisting seven
In particular, when the length of the cable increases with the rise of buildings, the change in the weight of the cable increases, and the effect of the rotation force of the wire rope increases, making it difficult to reduce the rotation.
[0006]
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a round elevator cable having sufficiently small rotation.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the present invention provides a round elevator cable in which a required conductor wire core is twisted around a tension member disposed at the center, and seven steel wires are twisted as the tension member. The primary stranded wire is placed in the center, and the primary stranded wire is arranged in the center, one in the first layer, six in the first layer, and twelve in the second layer, with the twisting directions of the first and second layers reversed. , 19 wire ropes are used.
[0008]
[Action]
In the wire rope used in the present invention, the primary stranded wire is twisted into two layers, and the twisting directions of the first layer and the second layer are opposite. The opposite is true for the first and second layers. Therefore, since the rotation of the wire rope itself is extremely small, the rotation force of this wire rope is further reduced by adjusting the twist direction, twist pitch, etc. of the conductor core to obtain an elevator cable with sufficiently low rotation. Becomes possible.
[0009]
【Example】
1 and 2 show one embodiment of the present invention. This elevator cable is provided with a
[0010]
The
[0011]
Next, the trial production and test results of this cable will be described. The
[0012]
First, the rotation of the wire rope was examined. The amount of rotation (twist rotation speed) N when the wire rope is suspended by 10 m and a load is applied to the lower end is proportional to the magnitude of the load W. That is, N = KW (K is a proportional constant), and it can be said that the smaller K is, the smaller the rotation property is. As a result of the test, the value of K of the wire rope was 0.014. On the other hand, the value of K of the conventional wire rope of FIG. 4 was 0.35. Therefore, the wire rope has much smaller rotation than the conventional wire rope, and it is easy to offset the rotation by twisting the conductor cores.
[0013]
Next, the
[0014]
The rotation angle when the cable was suspended and a load was applied to the lower end was as shown in FIG. On the other hand, the same test was performed on a conventional elevator cable using the wire rope shown in FIG. 4 as a tension member, and the result is as shown in FIG. 3B. It is evident that the cable of the present invention has greatly improved rotation and hardly rotates.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain an elevator cable having extremely small rotation. Therefore, if this cable is used, the cable will not be entangled for a long period of time and a stable operating state can be maintained. In addition, the conventional cable can only be wired after temporarily suspending the cable for at least 24 hours to release latent rotation distortion at the time of installation work, but the cable of the present invention is This temporary suspension is not required, and the installation work becomes extremely simple.
