Description

【0001】

The present invention relates to a crime prevention device that controls a system control device such as a monitoring device that performs crime prevention or management.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventional monitoring equipment has a sensor that outputs a detection signal to the control panel when there is an illegal intrusion into the building, at the opening such as a window or a door. It is common to attach a switch.
This security device enters the monitoring mode when the resident turns on the switch, and the security mode is maintained if the door of the entrance door is locked and the user goes out, and in the absence of this device, an intruder breaks the lock and the like. When an intruder enters, the intruder does not notice the switch for monitoring, and the switch is not turned off within a predetermined time (for example, 30 seconds), so that an alert is issued or a notification is sent to a monitoring center. Can be prevented beforehand. Then, when the resident returns home and unlocks the door lock, if the switch is turned off within a predetermined time, the monitoring mode is released, and normal life becomes possible.
In some cases, a switch is provided on the cylinder so that the switch is turned on / off in conjunction with the locking / unlocking operation using a key. In this case, the key is used even when it is not necessary to turn on the security monitoring mode. When locked, the security monitoring mode is always turned on.

[0010]
Next, the assembling work of the security device will be described.
The security device 10 is assembled to the door lock 2 after being assembled to the seat 3 a of the handle 3.
First, the outer cylinder 12 is loosely inserted into the guide member 11 and fixed.
Then, the guide member 11 is installed on the inner surface of the seat 3a of the handle 3 so as to be slidable back and forth. For example, the guide groove 11a of the guide member 11 is fitted into the guide portion 3c of the seat 3a. Thus, the guide member 11 is slidably held on the seat 3a of the handle 3.
[0011]
Next, the swing member holding block 14 is assembled to the seat 3a. At this time, the springs 22 are stored in advance in the respective spring storage holes 20c of the raised portion 20, as shown in FIG. Then, the front side of the rotating member 13 is inserted into the insertion hole 14a of the swing member holding block 14, and the guide concave portion 20b of the swing member holding block 14 is fitted into the guide convex portion 12a. Then, the other ends of the four springs 22 come into contact with the front end surface of the guide member 11, and are interposed between the guide member 11 and the swing member holding block 14. In this state, the mounting screw 24 is inserted into each screw insertion hole 14b of the swing member holding block 14, and is screwed into a screw hole of a mounting column (not shown) protruding from the inner surface of the seat 3a. As a result, the front end side of the guide member 11 is fixed to the seat 3a with the front end side protruding from the swing member holding block 14. At this time, since the guide member 11 is pressed and urged by the four springs 22, the rear end surface is in contact with the stopper 3b of the seat 3a in a state where the guide member 11 is urged rearward.
The state in which the guide member 11 abuts on the stopper 3b is the first position, and the guide member 11 can be pushed in a state in which the rotary member 13 is rotated by 90 ° with the key K, that is, in a state where the operation member 18 is located below. When the guide member 11 is pushed in, the spring 22 is compressed, and the state in which the guide member 11 moves forward is the second position.
When the front-rear movable member 11 is at the first position, the operating member 18 protruding from the rotating member 13 is rotatable between the locked position and the unlocked position behind the swing member holding block 14. Has become.
[0012]
Subsequently, the swing member 15 is stored in the swing member holding block 14. At this time, as shown in FIG. 2, the spring 27 is housed in the housing groove 25 of the swing member holding block 14, and the small ball 26 is held at the upper end of the spring 27. In a state where the pushing portion 17b is fixed to the other end of the switch spring 28, this pushing portion 17b side is inserted into the spring insertion hole 14e of the swing member holding block 14.
Then, the contact portion 29 and the release contact portion 30 of the swing member 15 are directed toward the swing member holding block 14, and the member insertion hole 15 a of the swing member 15 is inserted through the front end side of the rotating member 13. Further, the support shaft 15b of the swing member 15 is supported by the bearing 23a of the swing member holding block 14.
At this time, as shown in FIG. 4, the lower side of the swing member 15 abuts against the side surface inside the concave portion 21 of the swing member holding block 14 so that the front inclined surface 15e of the swing member 15 contacts the small ball 26. Let it.
In addition, one end of the switch spring 28 that comes into contact with the pressing portion 17b is attached to the spring locking portion 15c of the swinging member 15 so as to be able to come into contact with it.
[0013]
In this state, the cover member 16 is applied to the concave portion 21 side of the swinging member holding block 14, and the mounting screws 24 are respectively screwed into the screw holes 23 b of the extending portions 23 from the screw insertion holes 16 b of the cover member 16. .
Thereby, as shown in FIG. 5, the security device 10 is assembled to the seat 3a. At this time, the swing member 15 is assembled with the rotation center of the rotation member 13 as a fulcrum, and the small ball 26 held by the spring 27 presses the front inclined surface 15e. The member 15 is stopped while being inclined.
At this time, the contact portion 29 of the swing member 15 is located in the vertical window 14d of the swing member holding block 14. On the other hand, the front surface of the upper half portion of the swinging member 15 abuts on the inner side surface of the lid member 16, and the release abutting portion 30 is kept in the side window 14 c so as not to protrude toward the cylinder 9.
Further, the actuator 17a and the pressing portion 17b are kept in a non-pressing state, and the switch 17 is turned off.
[0014]
Thereafter, the seat 3a provided with the security device 10 is attached to the door 1. The turning member on the thumb-turn side is inserted from the inside of the room, and the cylinder 9 is inserted from the outside of the room, and the handles 3 and 4 are assembled on the door surfaces inside and outside the room.
As a result, as shown in FIG. 1, seats 3a and 4a of handles 3 and 4 and thumb-turns (not shown) and a cylinder 9 are attached to the inner and outer surfaces of the door 1, and the front plate 5 fixed to the open end of the door 1 is dead. The bolt 6 and the latch bolt 7 can be freely moved in and out.
Then, by operating the cylinder 9 from the outdoor side and operating the thumb turn from the indoor side, it is possible to lock or unlock.
When the security device 10 is assembled, the lead wire connected to the switch 17 is connected to the monitoring device.
This monitoring device issues a warning when a suspicious person enters a room of a building, and a sensor for detecting illegal entry is provided in a window, an opening or the like.
When the 0N signal is sent from the security device 10, the monitoring device configured as described above is set to the monitoring mode and starts the detection operation by each sensor.
On the other hand, when the 0FF signal is transmitted from the security device 10, the monitoring mode is released and the detection operation is stopped.
[0015]
Next, the operation of the security device will be described. By the way, although the relationship between the hub and the rotating member 13 is not shown, an asobi of about 90 ° is provided between the rotating member 13 and the engagement hole of the hub, and the hub is rotated by 90 ° of the rotating member 13. Is rotated, the dead bolt 6 is projected and locked, and a conventionally known configuration is adopted in which the key K is pulled out by turning it 90 ° in the opposite direction (the direction of the asobi).
In the neutral state in which the key K is removed from the inner cylinder 8 of the cylinder 9, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the operation member 18 is moved to the stepped portion 20 d around the insertion hole 14 a of the swing member holding block 14. Due to the restriction, the cylinder 9 cannot be pushed. First, in a state where the door lock 2 is unlocked, the resident closes the door 1, inserts the key K into the key hole 13a of the inner cylinder 8 of the cylinder 9 from the outside, and rotates the inner cylinder 8 clockwise by about 90 °. Then, the turning member 13 turns integrally with the inner cylinder 8 and the hub in the lock case works together, so that the dead bolt 6 protrudes and is locked.
At this time, as shown in FIG. 5, since the operation member 18 comes to a position corresponding to the vertical window 14d of the swing member holding block 14, the cylinder 9 can be pushed in against the spring 22.
In this state, if the key K is turned counterclockwise and returned to the neutral position and pulled out without pushing the cylinder 9, the switch 17 is not turned on and the security device 10 does not operate. Is not turned on, the user can go out with his / her family locked while staying at home.
[0016]
On the other hand, when the resident wants to keep the monitoring device ON in the monitoring mode, he pushes the cylinder 9 forward in the state of FIG. 5 in the locked position as described above. Then, since the operation member 18 is located at the vertical window 14 d of the swing member holding block 14, the operation member 18 can move forward. As shown in FIG. 6, the cylinder 9 is moved from the first position against the four springs 22. Move forward to the second position.
When the guide member 11 moves forward by the forward movement of the cylinder 9, the operating member 18 comes into contact with the contact portion 29 of the swing member 15 located at the position of the vertical window 14d of the swing member holding block 14, and the pressing force is reduced. To add, the small ball 26 in the storage groove 25 is pushed down.
Along with this, the spring 27 is compressed and the small ball 26 moves down, so that the swinging member 15 pressed by the operating member 18 swings clockwise in FIG. 5 like a seesaw. Then, the lower end of the front surface of the swing member 15 contacts the inner surface of the lid member 16 and further swing is prevented, and the state shown in FIG. 6 is reached. The holding block 14 is exposed rearward from the side window 14c.
At this time, since the compression of the spring 27 is released and the small ball 26 moves upward, the rear inclined surface 15d of the swing member 15 comes into contact with the small ball 26, and the reverse swing of the swing member 15 is regulated and stopped. I do.
[0017]
Further, since the switch spring 28 moves toward the switch 17 when the swing member 15 swings, the actuator 17a of the switch 17 is pushed by the pushing portion 17b provided at the tip of the spring 28 on the switch side. As a result, the switch 17 is turned on and an ON signal is sent to the monitoring device.
Then, the monitoring device is set to the monitoring mode, and monitoring for illegal intrusion by the sensor is started. When the resident turns the key K by 90 ° in the opposite direction to return to the neutral position and pulls out, the inner cylinder 8 of the cylinder 9, the rotating member 13, and the operating member 18 return to the original state of FIG. Since the member 15 maintains the state shown in FIG. 6, it is possible to go out while the monitoring device is maintained in the ON state.
Thereafter, when the resident returns home, when the key K is inserted into the key hole 13a and rotated counterclockwise to the unlock position, the operation member 18 rotates upward from the horizontal position in FIG. At this time, the operation member 18 slides on the inclined surface of the substantially triangular release contact portion 30 exposed from the side window 14c and is pressed. Then, the swing member 15 swings in the opposite direction, and returns to the original state in FIG.
[0018]
At this time, the urging force of the switch 17 against the actuator 17a by the switch spring 28 locked to the swing member 15 is released, whereby the switch 17 is turned off and an OFF signal is sent to the monitoring device. Therefore, the monitoring mode of the monitoring device is released, and the alert by the sensor is released.
When the swing member 15 swings and returns to the state shown in FIG. 5, the small ball 26 is pushed down by the lower end of the swing member 15 to once compress the spring 27, and then the front and rear inclined surfaces of the lower end surface of the swing member 15 are compressed. Get over the border between 15d and 15e. When the small ball 26 crosses the boundary, the small ball 26 moves upward and presses the front inclined surface 15e of the swing member 15, and the swing member 15 is stopped at the swing position as shown in FIG.
At this time, the contact portion 29 of the swing member 15 is exposed from the vertical window 14d of the swing member holding block 14. Further, the guide member 11 is in the first position, the rotating member 13 is in the unlock position, and the switch 17 is turned off.
As a result, the system control device is maintained in the OFF state, and the sensor does not perform the detection operation, so that it is possible to enter the room without any trouble.
[0019]
In the above-described embodiment, the switch 17 is turned ON by pushing the cylinder 9 of the security device 10 forward by rotating the inner cylinder 8 by 90 ° with the key K. The switch 17 may be in a depressed state, and the switch 17 may be turned ON by turning the key 17 by 90 degrees and then pulling it.
Alternatively, the switch may be turned ON by pushing only the inner cylinder 8 without pushing the entire cylinder 9. In this case, a switch may be held at the tip of the inner cylinder 8. In addition, in case the inner cylinder is rotated by an illegal picking operation with a special tool without using a key, the inner cylinder is rotated without using a key by providing a key detector separately, and the cylinder or As long as the key detection switch is not turned on even when the inner cylinder is pushed in, the ON signal of the switch 17 may not be sent to the monitoring device, or may be set to the monitoring mode when sent.
Further, although the guide member 11 and the rotating member 13 of the security device 10 are separate bodies, both may be integrated. In this case, both are assembled in the seat 3a so as to be rotatable within a predetermined range and to be able to move back and forth.
In addition, the switch 17 of the security device 10 is connected to the monitoring device to perform security on the building. However, the switch 17 is connected to a power circuit of an electric light or an air conditioner, and is turned on / off according to locking / unlocking. Is also good.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the seat 3a and the handle 3 are continuous has been described. However, as shown in FIG. 7, the seat 3a and the handle 3 are installed separately. The security device 10 may be provided by attaching the cylinder 9 to the vehicle.
Further, the security device 10 can be assembled in a door key of an automobile, connected to the anti-theft device, and the anti-theft device can be operated by pushing the door key when the door key is locked, and the operation can be released when the door is unlocked. .
Alternatively, a transmitter such as a radio wave may be provided in place of the switch 17, and a signal may be transmitted from the transmitter by pushing a cylinder or an inner cylinder, thereby turning the monitoring device ON and OFF. In this case, troublesome wiring work between the security device and the monitoring device becomes unnecessary.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the cylinder can be moved back and forth before or after the locking operation by the key, and the cylinder is moved by moving the cylinder from the first position to the second position. Since the monitoring device is turned on, it is convenient that the security monitoring device can be turned on as needed when the door lock is locked with a key when going out. That is, when you go out for a long time, you can turn on the security monitoring device and go out, if there is a family member in the room, or if it is known that some family member will return home in a short time Can lock the door lock and go out without turning on the security monitoring device. Further, the ON operation can be performed simply by moving the cylinder of the door lock back and forth, and the operation is simple.
Further, even if the security monitoring device is in the ON state, the security monitoring device is always turned off when the key is unlocked when returning home, so that the reset (OFF) operation of the security monitoring device is forgotten as in the related art. There is an effect that inconvenience is eliminated.
In the invention described in claim 2, the security monitoring device is turned on and off by the forward and backward movement operation of the inner cylinder of the cylinder, so that the entire size of the cylinder can be made the same as the conventional one. Therefore, the security device of the present invention can be provided by replacing only the cylinder, even in the case of an existing door lock, in addition to the fact that the whole can be reduced in size and provided at a low cost. .
Further, in the invention described in claim 3, the switch which is turned on and off by the forward and backward movement of the cylinder or the inner cylinder of the cylinder is replaced with a micro switch by a transmitter such as a radio wave, thereby controlling the switch and the security monitoring device. There is no need for cumbersome wiring work between the panel.
