[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a reciprocating tool such as a hedge trimmer, a jigsaw, a reciprocating saw or the like, in which a blade repeats reciprocating motion, in which the blade is stopped reliably and quietly immediately after a power switch is turned off.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The motor of the reciprocating power tool has a problem that the number of rotations is 20,000 or more, even if the power switch is turned off, it does not stop immediately due to the rotational inertia force, and the blade continues to move via the transmission device. Therefore, a method is adopted in which the motor is braked by turning off the power switch at the same time as the power switch is turned off. However, the recoil and noise generated at the time of stoppage are large, or the stoppage time varies due to various factors, and the reliability is lacking. There was a problem.
Therefore, as in US Pat. No. 4,378,637, a lap spring is interposed between the motor and the output shaft for reciprocating the blade, and the power switch is turned off, and at the same time, a pin or the like is provided in the rotation trajectory of the two projections of the output shaft. A mechanical stop method is proposed in which the stop member is forcibly inserted, the output shaft is forcibly stopped to release the wrap spring wrapping force, and the motor and the output shaft are momentarily shut off to stop the blade. Have been.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In this case, when the stop member is slowly inserted, the stop member is jumped off by the rotating projection, and there is a problem that the collision is repeated until the stop member is engaged. For this reason, it is necessary to instantaneously bite the stop member, and at this time, there is a problem that a loud impact sound is generated by the stop member and the projection. In addition, it is necessary to increase the strength of the stop member, and the stop member becomes large, resulting in a problem that the reciprocating tool itself becomes large and heavy.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a reciprocating tool that eliminates the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art, and that can be stopped quietly, reliably, and instantaneously without applying an impact force to each part of the tool.
[0004]
The object is to provide a fixed clutch near the output shaft and a movable clutch that can move in the axial direction of the output shaft and can engage with the fixed clutch, and the movable clutch is interlocked with the pulling operation of the trigger lever. This is achieved by providing an interlocking member that moves to the fixed clutch and engages both clutches .
[0005]
[Action]
The reciprocating power tool configured as described above can stop the blade quietly, reliably and instantly at the moment when the power switch is turned off.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the fixed clutch and the movable clutch are provided on the output shaft on which the eccentric cam means for reciprocating the blade is mounted integrally or separately, and the output shaft is continuously rotated after the clutch is disconnected. Since the number of inertia bodies can be reduced, the rotational inertia energy itself can be reduced, and the blade can be stopped instantaneously. Further, since the power transmission / interruption is performed by the engagement / disengagement of the movable clutch and the fixed clutch, the blade can be stopped quietly with almost no impact at the time of power transmission / interception. Further, smooth power transmission / shutoff can be achieved, and the configuration can be made compact, and as a result, the reciprocating power tool itself can be made compact and the like.
