【発明の属する技術分野】
送電線を鉄塔へ引止めるには、三角のヨークの中心を1本のヨークボルトで鉄塔腕へ係止し、電線はヨークの両端に接続させるが、本発明はこのヨークボルトの交換を容易にする装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
送電線の引止は図1の如く鉄塔腕Aに固定した耐張金具1へ枢着ボルト2によって搖動金具3を枢着し、その外端へヨークボルト4で三角のヨーク5を引止め、その両端に碍子Gを介して電線Eを接続する。ヨーク5の孔5aはヨークボルトの径より若干大きい孔とし、ヨークボルト4は若干の遊びをもってこれと係合する。ヨークボルト4には強いせん断力が作用するので、それに耐える特殊鋼を用いるが、それでも安全を期するため定期的な交換を必要とした。
電線は碍子連を介してヨークボルト4に引止められている。従来は碍子連からさらに前方の電線へカムアロングを装着し、これを鉄塔側へけん引して引止め、その上でヨークボルトの交換を行った。ところがこの場合でもヨークボルトには碍子連の大重量が負荷されているので、抜きとりは容易でなく、ハンマによる叩き出しを必要とした。また抜きとりにより碍子連がカムアロングから垂れ下がるのを防ぐため、予め仮止めの手当も必要であった。何れも危険な高所作業であり、これを簡易安全なものに改善をする要望が高かった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
ヨークボルトはヨークを介し電線方向へけん引されているので、ヨークに逆方向を作用させ、ごく僅か押し返すと、ヨークボルトは簡単に抜きさしできる。逆方向の力は油圧によることとし、中央に油圧シリンダを備えたヨークアダプタを用意する。ヨークアダプタを鉄塔側へ引止めるため、鉄塔側の枢着ボルトの両端に係止可能な搖動アダプタを用いる。搖動アダプタの対称2点とヨークアダプタの中心部とを2本のリンクで結び、ヨークアダプタを搖動アダプタに引止める。電線には鉄塔を眞直に通過するものと屈曲通過するものとある。2本のリンクをヨークアダプタの中心に結ぶのは、この装置を電線の眞直屈曲の双方に利用可能とするためであり、それに対応して2本のリンクは長さ調節可能にターンバクル構造としておく。
油圧シリンダへの鉄塔上油圧ポンプからの送油により、ヨークをわずかに押圧するだけで、容易に交換可能となり、カムアロング使用も、碍子連の仮止めも一切不要となる。

【実施例】
前記した如く2条の電線Eは耐張金具1、搖動金具3、ヨーク5を介して鉄塔腕Aへ引止められている。本発明はこれを変更することなく、これへヨークアダプタ6、搖動アダプタ8、リンク装置10の3つを装着して構成する。
ヨークアダプタ6は中央に油圧シリンダCが固着され、そのピストン杆7の先端にヨーク5の背面を押圧可能な押圧具7aが固着してある。ヨークアダプタ6の両端はヨーク側直角突出し、そこに長孔6aが穿ってあって、ヨークに植設したピン5bと係合する。ヨークアダプタにはまたシリンダCの上部下部に夫々凸起6bが設けてある。

搖動アダプタ8はコ形の対向2部材をボルト9で結合一体化したもので、両外端に耳部8aを備え、これに円孔が穿たれている。この円孔は前記した枢着ボルト2へ被挿され、搖動アダプタ8は枢着ボルト2中心に搖動可能である。
リンク装置は2つのアダプタ6,8を連結するものである。即ち搖動アダプタ8の対称2点とヨークアダプタの凸起6bとは2本のリンク10で結ばれ、これがヨーク5と抵触せぬようヨークの上下面に設けられている。各リンクは両端のクレビス金具をターンバクル構造に結合してあり、中央の6角頭10aを回すことによって、リンクの長さを調節可能としてある。電線が鉄塔に対し、ヨークと一体に水平方向の角度をもって屈曲通過する場合は、この調節により搖動アダプタに対するヨークアダプタの角度を変更可能である。
