Description
【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to an optical recording apparatus that performs optical recording using a recording head provided with one line of luminous bodies having a pixel configuration.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, using a laser whose beam has been narrowed down to a pin spot corresponding to a pixel, a laser beam is turned on and off according to image information on a photosensitive recording medium that is fed in a sub-scanning direction. There is an optical recording apparatus that performs optical recording by exposure by performing main scanning.
[0003]
In such a laser type optical recording apparatus, the structures of a light source, an optical system for optical scanning, and a driving system based on image information are complicated and large.
[0004]
In addition, there is a conventional optical recording apparatus that performs optical recording on a photosensitive recording medium that is sub-scan-fed using a recording head in which LED chips each having a pixel configuration are arranged in one line in a main scanning direction. .
[0005]
It is difficult to manufacture a recording head in which LED chips having such a pixel configuration are distributed in one line, and the pixel density is low.
[0006]
Recently, recording of a high-vision image having a higher pixel density has been desired. Considering that an image is recorded with a pixel density almost four times as large as that of the conventional 35 mm cine film, 2250 or more pixels are required only in the vertical direction. In order to realize optical recording with such a pixel density, it is necessary to use minute pixels of 15 μm or less in vertical size, and recording is performed by an LED chip in which such minute pixels are distributed in one line. It is difficult to manufacture a head.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The problem to be solved is that the use of a laser when performing optical recording results in a complicated and large-sized structure. In the case where optical recording is performed using a recording head provided with LED chips for one line in a pixel configuration, a pixel density is low and a high-definition image is recorded due to a problem in manufacturing the recording head. Cannot be performed.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, optical recording is performed on a photosensitive recording medium that is fed in the sub-scanning direction by driving a recording head in which a light emitting body for one line of pixels is disposed in the main scanning direction in accordance with image information. In an optical recording apparatus, in order to enable high-precision optical recording to be performed with a simple configuration, a recording head is provided on a substrate with emitters for emitting electrons in pixel units arranged in an array on a substrate. An emitter array, a gate electrode disposed at the tip of the emitter array, and an anode composed of a light-transmissive electrode that is disposed to face the front of the emitter array and has a phosphor film formed on one surface. It is composed. In particular, in order to enable optical recording with an arbitrary color, a deflection electrode for deflecting electrons emitted from each emitter of the emitter array in the vertical direction is provided, and different electrodes are provided on the surface of the anode. The fluorescent films of the colors are arranged in the vertical direction, and the electrons deflected by adjusting the voltage applied to the deflecting electrode are selectively applied to the fluorescent films of an arbitrary color.
[0009]
Also, the present invention provides a recording head comprising: an emitter array in which emitters for emitting electrons in pixel units are arranged on a substrate in an array; a gate electrode provided at a tip portion of the emitter array; It is arranged so as to face the front side with an inclined surface with respect to the vertical direction, and is constituted by an anode made of a light-reflective electrode having a fluorescent film formed on the front surface.
