本発明は、集団健診等のスクリ−ニングに使用する簡易型の視力検査装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、集団健診、適性検査等のスクリ−ニングに使用される視力検査装置としては、視力表を所定の検眼距離だけ被検眼から離して配置するタイプのものが普及している。遠用視力を測定するには遠用視力測定用視力表を5m等前方に配置し、近用視力を測定するためには近用視力測定用視力表を50cm等前方に配置する。

また、近時においては、筐体内部に遠用視力測定用視力表視標と近用視力測定用視力表を備え、各視標光束を別光路でミラ−やレンズ系により被検眼に導き、光学的に検眼距離を確保する装置が知られている。この装置においては、光学的に遠用距離や近用距離を作り出している。

しかし、被検眼の5m前方に視力表を配置するタイプのものは、検査に要するスペ−スが大きいので、スペ−スの有効利用の観点からは好ましくない。また、近用視力を測定するためには、別個の視力表を用意しなければならないという問題もある。
後者の筐体内の視標を視認する装置では、内部を覗き込むようになるため、いわゆる機械近視の発生が避けられず、得られる測定デ−タの信頼性が落ちてしまうという欠点があった。

本発明の目的は、上記欠点に鑑み、機械近視の発生を抑えた視力検査装置を提供することにある。
また、コンパクトな装置であって遠用視力と近用視力の測定が行える視力検査装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明の視力検査装置は次のような構成を有することを特徴とする。

(1) 被検眼の所定の距離に検査視標を呈示する視標呈示手段と、被検眼に負荷するために被検眼眼前に挿脱される複数の光学素子と、被検眼の視野を確保するために可視光をほぼ透過する材料により形成された,前記複数の光学素子を保持するディスク型の光学素子保持手段と、該光学素子保持手段を駆動する駆動手段と、を有することを特徴とする。

(2) (1)の複数の光学素子の1つは前記検査視標までの光学距離を所定の遠用距離にするレンズであることを特徴とする。

【実施例】
以下、本発明の一実施例を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。
図1は、実施例の装置の全体構成を説明する外観斜視図である。この装置はVDT作業の視機能への影響を検査するために必要なデ−タを得るための装置であり、デ−タは図示しないICカ−ドリ−ダを介して解析装置に送られる。
1は基台、2は視標呈示部である。視標呈示部2は基台1に固設された支柱3により保持され、その視標の提示面は後述する顎台及び額当てにより固定される被検眼に対して50cmになるように置かれている。

視標呈示部2の正面には検査用視標が形成された視標板4が取り付けられている。視標板4は乳白色のフィルムやガラス等からなり、その表面には図2に示すように、放射状の乱視検査用視標5、24個のリング6及び各リング6の中に位置する検査距離50cm用のランドルト環視標7が印刷等により形成されている。ランドルト環視標7は視力値0.1〜1.2のものが用意されており、同じ視力値のものが切れ目方向を異にして縦に3個づつ設けられている。8は呈示視標を特定するためのLEDであり、LED8は各視標の左肩上方に位置するように視標板4の背後に埋め込まれている。ランドルト環視標7は、このLED8が点灯することにより被検者が判読すべき視標が特定される。

視標板4の下方には眼位検査視標9が設けられている。眼位検査視標9は緑フィルタで形成された枠視標9a,枠視標9aの中に位置する赤フィルタで形成された点視標9bから構成される。斜線領域10は遮光部である。眼位検査視標9の後面には図示なき蛍光灯が配置してあり、検査時には蛍光灯の点灯により眼位検査視標9を背後から照明して呈示する。

31R,31Lは同一円周上に複数の光学素子を持つディスク板であり、ディスク板31R,31Lは透明アクリル等の透明部材により形成されている。ディスク板31R,31Lに配置される光学素子は図4に示す通りである。40は前述した検査距離50cm用のランドルト環視標7を光学的に5mの検査距離にする5m用レンズである。41はランドルト環視標7を光学的に5mプラス1.0D(ディオプタ)分遠方に置く遠視レンズであり、遠視チェックに使用する。42は遮蔽板である。43は緑フィルタ、44は赤フィルタであり、眼位検査時に使用する。45は近用検査時に使用する開口である。

ディスク板31R,31Lはそれぞれパルスモ−タ32R,32Lの回転軸に取り付けられており、パルスモ−タ32R,32Lは吊下げ板33R,33Lに固着されている。吊下げ板33R,33Lはディスク板と同様に透明アクリル等の透明部材により形成されている。吊下げ板33R,33Lの上端はPD調整部34に吊下げ支持され、PD調整部34の内部には両吊下げ板33の間隔を調節する距離調整機構が内蔵されている。両吊下げ板33の間隔調整移動はPD調整ノブ35を回すことにより行い、この両吊下げ板33を移動させることによりディスク板31R,31Lを被検者の瞳孔間距離に応じて調整する。

なお、吊下げ板33R,33Lには図示なき透過型センサが取り付けられており、このセンサとディスク板31R,31Lに取り付けられた図示なき遮光板とによりディスク板31R,31Lの回転初期位置が検出される。

50はリモ−トコントロ−ラであり、図5はそのスイッチ構成を示す図である。51は自動測定を開始させるスタ−トスイッチ、52は被検者が答えたランドルト環の方向を入力するための方向入力スイッチ群であり、上下左右の4スイッチを有する。53は遠視チェックを行う際に、被検者眼前に配置される遠視レンズ41と5m用レンズとを切り替えるためのスイッチである。54、55は遠視チェック、眼位検査の際にその判定を入力するNGスイッチ、OKスイッチである。56は検査結果を入力間違いしたときに使用する再検査スイッチであり、このスイッチを押すと検査状態は一回前に戻り、直前に押されたスイッチ信号はキャンセルされる。57は検査プログラムを次に進めるためのスキップスイッチであり、58は検査を終了する終了スイッチである。

図6は本装置の制御系ブロック図である。リモ−トコントロ−ラ50のスイッチ信号は所定の処理が施され制御回路70に入力される。制御回路70は自動測定のためのプログラムを有しており、スイッチ51の信号によりプログラムをスタ−トさせ、スイッチ52〜57の信号に基づいて駆動回路71,72、パルスモ−タ32R,32Lを駆動してディスク板31を回転させ、被検眼眼前に配置する光学素子を切り替える。

また、制御回路70はLED駆動回路73を介してLED8を点灯し、視標を特定する。制御回路70は呈示する視標情報と方向入力スイッチ群52により入力される信号により被検者の応答の正誤を判定する。装置は正誤の判定結果に基づいてLED8の点灯をプログラムにしたがって順次切り替える。
74は眼位検査用蛍光灯、75はその駆動回路である。76は検査が終了したこと等を検査者に知らせるブザ−、77はその駆動回路である。

以上のような構成の装置において、以下その動作を説明する。
検査者は、被検者眼を顎載せ部20に位置させる(必要に応じ顎載せノブ23、PD調整ノブ35を回して、被検眼の高さ及びディスク板31R,31Lに配置する光学素子間距離を調整する)。被検者が顔を顎載せ部20に位置させると、被検眼は透明のディスク板31と、ディスク板31の開口や光学部材を介し、開放された視野の中に視標板4を見ることができる。

被検者の準備が完了したら、検査者はスタ−トスイッチ51を押して検査をスタ−トさせる。検査はまず、右眼の5m検査から行われる。制御回路70はスイッチ信号を受けてパルスモ−タ32R,32Lを駆動してディスク板31R,31Lを回転させ、被検者左眼眼前には遮蔽板42を、右眼眼前には5m用レンズ40を配置する。また、制御回路70は視標呈示部2の視力値0.7のランドルト環視標7中の一つのLED8を点灯する。検査者は被検者の応答により、答えた方向を方向入力スイッチ群52により入力する。制御回路70はこの方向入力スイッチにより入力された応答の正誤を判定する。方向入力スイッチ群52による応答が正しいときは一段階上の視力値のLEDを順次点灯する。その後、応答に誤りがあったときは同じ視力値の別のLEDを点灯し、3つのうち2回誤答があると、前回の呈示を視力値と判定する。また、初めの視力値0.7の呈示時点より誤りがあったときは、一段階下の視力値のLEDを順次点灯し、その後、応答が正しいときは同一視力値の別のLEDを点灯する。同一視力値の視標呈示で2回正答が得られれば一つ上の視力値に移り、同一視力値で2回誤答するまでステップアップする。2回誤答したら前回呈示の値を視力値と判定する。

5m視力が決定されると、右眼の遠視チェックに移る。制御回路70はパルスモ−タ32Rを作動させ、右眼眼前に遠視レンズ41を配置する。この遠視レンズ41の配置により検査者は、右眼の5m視力測定が終了したことを知ることができる。検査者は、遠視レンズ41が配置された場合と、前回の5m用レンズ40の場合とどちらがはっきり視標が見えるか被検者に質問する。遠視レンズ41のときと、5m用レンズ40のときとの見え方を確認するためにレンズ切替えが必要なときは、スイッチ53によりレンズを入れ替える。遠視レンズ41を配置したほうがはっきり見える場合は、「遠視眼」であると判定し、NGスイッチ54を押す。5m用レンズ40の方がはっきり見える場合は、OKスイッチ55を押す。

NGスイッチ54またはOKスイッチ55が押されると、左眼の5m検査に移る。制御回路70はパルスモ−タ32R,32Lを作動させ、被検者左眼眼前には5m用レンズ40を、右眼眼前には遮蔽板42をそれぞれ配置し、右眼の検査と同様な手順で検査を行う。

続いて、5mの両眼視力検査に移る。被検眼の両眼の前には5m用レンズ40が配置され、前述と同様の手順で両眼の視力値が判定される。
両眼5mの視力判定がなされた後、検査は50cm視力検査に移行する。50cm視力検査の場合、測定眼眼前には開口45が配置される。検査は5m検査と同様に右眼、左眼、両眼の順に進められ、方向入力スイッチ群52による応答によりそれぞれの視力値が判定される。

最後に眼位検査が行われる。制御回路70は両眼50cm視力を判定した後、パルスモ−タを駆動して被検者左眼眼前にはディスク板31L上の緑フィルタ43を、右眼眼前にはディスク板31R上の赤フィルタ44を配置する。また、制御回路70はLED8の点灯を止め眼位検査用蛍光灯74を点灯する。これにより、被検者右眼は赤色の点視標9bを、左眼は緑色の枠視標9aを視認する。検査者は、緑色の枠視標9aに対して赤色の点視標9bがどこに位置するかを被検者に質問し、赤色の点視標9bが緑枠視標9aより外れて見える場合は眼位異常があると判定してNGスイッチ54を、緑枠視標9a内に点視標9bが収まっている場合はOKスイッチ55を押す。

眼位確認の判定スイッチ信号を受けた制御回路70は、ブザ−76に音を発生させることによりすべての検査が終了したことを検査者(及び被検者)に知らせる。検査結果は終了スイッチ58を押すことによりプリンタ60が駆動され、印字出力される。また、ICカ−ドライタ61にICカ−ドが挿入されている場合は、これにデ−タ転送される。
以上の実施例では検査は自動測定としたが、全部または一部をマニュアル測定にしても良い。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明の視力検査装置によれば、簡単な機構により遠用視力と近用視力の検査をコンパクトな一台の装置で行うことができる。
また、本発明によれば、被検眼眼前に配置されるレンズを保持する部材を透明にし、被検者の前方視野が解放されたので、機械近視の発生を抑えることができる。
