本発明は前記目的を達成するため、扉枠を縦に仕切る中枠を設け、この中枠と一方の扉枠縦材との面外に扉パネルを取付け、扉パネルを閉めた状態では扉パネル側に設けたパッキングを扉枠面と中枠面に当接させ、中枠と他の一方の扉枠縦材との面外に、扉パネルと並ぶ袖パネルを取付け、該袖パネルに明かり窓を形成するとともに中枠と他の一方の扉枠縦材との間には玄関ホールの照明と連動して点灯・消灯する照明を組み込み、袖パネルまたはその奥の中枠と他の一方の扉枠縦材との間に表札、インターホン、郵便受けボックスを組み込むことを要旨とするものである。
