【0026】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a nonwoven fabric for wet tissue, and more particularly, to a nonwoven fabric for wet tissue that has a good texture (feel and softness) when wet and has excellent water absorption.
[0002]
Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention
Conventionally, wiping cloths such as gauze, rayon, rayon / synthetic fiber, cotton, pulp, etc. have been used for wiping dirt containing water such as excrement of infants and spills on the table and washing hands after washing. Nonwoven fabrics such as pulp / synthetic fiber and pulp / rayon / synthetic fiber are used.
In addition, the woven fabric and the nonwoven fabric are used in a wet state by containing moisture.
[0003]
The conventional nonwoven fabric has insufficient strength when used as a wet tissue with moisture, that is, when used in a wet state. For this reason, attempts have been made to improve the strength when wet, but when the strength is improved, the texture (feel and softness) deteriorates, and therefore, it is used for wiping excrement of infants and hand wiping. Was not appropriate.
[0004]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a nonwoven fabric for wet tissue which is excellent in texture (feel and flexibility) when wet while maintaining appropriate strength when wet.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors have made intensive studies and found that the fiber density and tensile strength of the nonwoven fabric are in a specific range, and the tensile strength and compression recovery rate when wet are in a specific range. I found that I could get it.
[0006]
The present invention has been made based on the above findings, and has a fiber density under a load of 0.55 g / cm 2 of 0.05 to 0.1 g / cm 3 and a tensile strength in the MD direction of 500 to 2000 g / cm 2. is 25 mm, and a CD-direction wet tissues for nonwoven tensile strength of 500 to 2000 g / 25 mm, and for the wet tissue when the wet tissue for the nonwoven fabric 100 parts by weight of impregnated water 220 parts by weight The nonwoven fabric has a tensile strength in the MD direction of 500 to 2000 g / 25 mm, a tensile strength in the CD direction of 500 to 2000 g / 25 mm, and a compression recovery rate of 30% or more after compression under a load of 50 g / cm 2. , and the mixture the cellulose fibers 50% by weight or more in the free and thermoplastic fibers and cellulosic fibers having a
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the nonwoven fabric for wet tissue of the present invention will be described in detail.
The nonwoven fabric for wet tissue of the present invention has a fiber density under a load of 0.55 g / cm 2 , a tensile strength in the MD direction, and a tensile strength in the CD direction within specific ranges. The nonwoven fabric for a wet tissue when impregnated with 220 parts by weight has a tensile strength in the MD direction, a tensile strength in the CD direction and a compression recovery within a specific range.
[0008]
The specific fiber density of the nonwoven fabric for wet tissue of the present invention under a load of 0.55 g / cm 2 is 0.05 to 0.1 g / cm 3 , preferably 0.08 to 0.09 g / cm 3. 3 . If the fiber density under a load of 0.55 g / cm 2 exceeds 0.1 g / cm 3 , the feeling of thickness of the sheet decreases, and the sheet becomes a sheet-like sheet, and the usability deteriorates. If it is less than 0.05 g / cm 3 , a problem of fluffing occurs, which is not suitable as a sheet for the purpose of the present invention.
In the present invention, the fiber density is a value measured by the following method.
That is, a load of 0.55 g / cm 2 is applied to the nonwoven fabric for wet tissue, the thickness of the nonwoven fabric for wet tissue is measured, and the thickness is determined using the following formula (I).
[0009]
Regarding the specific tensile strength of the nonwoven fabric for wet tissue of the present invention, the tensile strength in the MD direction is 500 to 2000 g / 25 mm, preferably 1000 to 1500 g / 25 mm, and the tensile strength in the CD direction is 500 to 2000 g / 25 mm. Preferably it is 600 to 1000 g / 25 mm. If the tensile strength in the MD direction and the tensile strength in the CD direction exceed 2000 g / 25 mm, the sheet becomes hard and the usability deteriorates. If it is less than 500 g / 25 mm, the strength becomes insufficient, and it is not suitable as a sheet for the purpose of the present invention.
In the present invention, the tensile strength is a value obtained by mounting a sample piece having a width of 25 mm on a tensile tester so that the distance between chucks is 75 mm, and measuring at a tensile speed of 300 mm / min.
[0010]
The specific tensile strength of the nonwoven fabric for wet tissue when impregnated with 220 parts by weight of water with respect to 100 parts by weight of the nonwoven fabric for wet tissue of the present invention has a tensile strength in the MD direction of 500 to 2000 g / 25 mm, It is preferably 700 to 1500 g / 25 mm, and the tensile strength in the CD direction is 500 to 2000 g / 25 mm, and preferably 700 to 1300 g / 25 mm.
[0011]
Further, of the wet tissue for nonwovens when to wet tissues for nonwovens 100 parts by weight of the present invention impregnated with water 220 parts by weight, the specific compression recovery ratio, the wet tissue for nonwovens with a load of 50 g / cm 2 The compression recovery after compression is 30% or more, preferably 35% or more. If the compression recovery rate after compressing the nonwoven fabric for wet tissue with a load of 50 g / cm 2 is less than 30%, the sheet becomes a paper-like thin sheet and is not suitable in terms of texture.
In the present invention, the compression recovery ratio refers to a value represented by the following formula (II).
Compression recovery rate (%) = (t 3 −t 2 ) / (t 1 −t 2 ) × 100 (II)
In the above formula (II),
t 1 : thickness of the non-woven fabric for wet tissue before compression t 2 ; thickness t 3 when the non-woven fabric for wet tissue is compressed with a load of 50 g / cm 2 ; thickness of the non-woven fabric for wet tissue after the compression is released
The nonwoven fabric for wet tissue of the present invention, in addition to satisfying that the physical property values are within the above range, has a basis weight of generally 30 to 60 g / m 2 in relation to the fiber density. More preferably, it is 40 to 50 g / m 2 . When the basis weight is within this range, a sheet having a good texture can be produced without increasing the material cost more than necessary while maintaining the sheet strength.
Further, the nonwoven fabric for wet tissue of the present invention preferably has a thickness under a load of 0.55 g / cm 2 of 0.4 to 0.8 mm, more preferably 0.5 to 0.6 mm. When the thickness is within this range, a sheet with a good texture can be manufactured without excessive material cost while maintaining the strength as the sheet.
The nonwoven fabric for a wet tissue of the present invention preferably has a stiffness of 40 to 80 g, more preferably 50 to 70 g, as measured by a handle ometer method. If the stiffness measured by a handle ometer is within this range, the feel is good and a sheet excellent in usability can be obtained.
In addition, the rigidity by the above-mentioned handle ometer method can be measured according to JIS L1096.
[0013]
