TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a dynamic damper and a flywheel assembly, and more particularly to a dynamic damper that damps vibration in conjunction with an input shaft of a transmission.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The present applicant has developed a prior art such as Japanese Patent Publication No. 6-48031 for such a dynamic damper and flywheel assembly.
[0003]
In these prior arts, the second flywheel, which is a mass part, is connected to the drive transmission system via the torsional damper mechanism only when the clutch disc is pressed against the first flywheel, thereby controlling the torsional vibration of the drive transmission system. Waving. As a result, the gear rattling sound (neutral sound) of the transmission in a neutral state and the vibration and abnormal noise of the transmission during traveling are suppressed, and the inhibition of the gear shifting operation of the transmission when the clutch is disconnected is suppressed.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above prior art, the connection and disconnection of the second flywheel to and from the drive transmission system are performed by a friction engagement type sub-clutch (friction damping mechanism) having a friction material. Here, the torque transmission capacity cannot be ensured if the frictionally engaging portion is arranged on the inner peripheral portion. Therefore, the sub-clutch is arranged at a position radially away from the input shaft (drive transmission system) of the transmission to some extent.
[0005]
However, the presence of the sub-clutch increases the size of the coupling mechanism that transmits torque from the crankshaft of the engine to the input shaft of the transmission.
[0006]
An object of the present invention is to suppress an increase in the size of a connecting mechanism when a dynamic damper is employed in the connecting mechanism.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The dynamic damper according to claim 1, wherein the dynamic damper can be driven by an input shaft of a transmission in a coupling mechanism,An input unit,A mass part, a sub-clutch, and an elastic part are provided. The coupling mechanism is a mechanism for coupling the crankshaft of the engine and the input shaft of the transmission,With clutch disc assemblyIncludes main clutch. The input section is disposed between the clutch disc assembly and the crankshaft of the engine and includes an annular disk section. The mass part is, Arranged on the outer peripheral side of the input unit,It can rotate in conjunction with the rotation of the input shaft of the transmission. The elastic part elastically connects the input part and the mass part. The sub clutch isIt is arranged between the clutch disc assembly and the input section,The main clutch connects the crankshaft of the engine and the input shaft of the transmission. When the transmission is connected, the input shaft of the transmission and the input section are connected, and the main clutch is used to connect the crankshaft of the engine and the input shaft of the transmission. When the transmission is disconnected from the input shaft of the transmissioninputCancel link with departmentRukuIs a latch. Further, the sub clutch has a main body and a return spring. The main body is engaged with the input shaft of the transmission so as to be movable in the axial direction and non-rotatably, and has a first gear formed on the outer peripheral side, and interlocks with the movement of the clutch disk assembly on the engine side. Move to the engine side. The return spring biases the main body toward the transmission. A second gear that can mesh with the first gear of the main body is formed at the inner peripheral end of the annular disk portion of the input unit.
[0008]
In the coupling mechanism having the dynamic damper, the torque input from the crankshaft of the engine is transmitted to the input shaft of the transmission via the main clutch. When the main clutch is in the engaged state, the dynamic damper is linked to the rotation of the input shaft of the transmission by the sub-clutch. Therefore, the neutral sound of the transmission when it is in neutral and the abnormal noise when it is running are damped by the dynamic damper. Here, since a dynamic damper is used instead of the inertia damper that simply adds inertia to avoid resonance, vibration of the input shaft of the transmission in a partial rotation range can be suppressed. Therefore, the vibration can be reduced to a level that cannot be reduced by the inertia damper.
[0009]
Further, the sub-clutch of the dynamic damper according to the present invention employs a gear mesh type clutch which generally has a larger torque transmission capacity than a friction engagement type. Therefore, the size of the sub-clutch can be reduced, and the sub-clutch can be arranged on the inner peripheral portion of the coupling mechanism. As a result, an increase in the size of the coupling mechanism employing the dynamic damper intermittently connected to the input shaft of the transmission can be suppressed.
[0010]
Also,Here, the mass part is arranged on the outer peripheral side of the elastic part so that the inertia of the mass part in the dynamic damper is increased. The sub-clutch engages the first gear and the second gear to link the transmission input shaft and the mass unit via the input unit and the elastic unit.
[0011]
Claim2The dynamic damper described in claim1In what is described inThe sub clutch is the main bodyCannot rotate with respect toThe input surface has a friction surface that can be frictionally engaged.Sync blockFurther included.
[0012]
Here, the engagement of the first and second gears is synchronized using a synchro block in order to smoothly interlock the input shaft of the transmission having different rotational speeds and the mass unit by the sub-clutch. That is, before meshing the first and second gears, first, the synchro block rotating at the same rotation speed as the input shaft of the transmission is brought into contact with the input unit via the friction surface. Thereby, the difference in rotational speed between the input shaft of the transmission and the mass unit interlocked with the input unit via the elastic unit is reduced. After this, the first and second gears are engaged.
[0013]
As described above, the use of the synchro block in the sub-clutch reduces the difference in the rotational speed between the input shaft of the transmission and the mass part when the first and second gears are engaged, and the meshing of the first and second gears. Becomes smooth. Further, damage to the first and second gears is also suppressed.
[0014]
Claim3The flywheel assembly described in (1) includes a flywheel and a dynamic damper. Flywheel is non-rotatably connected to the engine crankshaft. DaThe dynamic damper is a dynamic damper according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
[0015]
Here, the dynamic damper is incorporated into the flywheel assembly together with the flywheel. For this reason, when the engine is combined with the crankshaft of the engine or the input shaft of the clutch disk assembly or the transmission, the assembly becomes easy.
[0016]
Claim4A flywheel assembly according to claim32. The apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a plate member. The plate member has an inner peripheral portion fixed to the engine crankshaft and an outer peripheral portion fixed to the flywheel. This plate member has a predetermined rigidity and absorbs vibrations along the rotation axis.
[0017]
Here, the plate member is inserted between the crankshaft of the engine and the flywheel, so that the flywheel assembly can also reduce the axial vibration.
