Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a pot for a rice cooker used for general household and business use.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the metal surface of the inner surface of a rice cooker pot has been made non-adhesive by applying a fluorine resin coating process. However, in order to enhance the appearance design, mica is added to the fluorine resin to give it a brilliant feeling. Many are used.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-mentioned conventional rice cooker pot, the fluorine resin coat is generally composed of two coats of a primer layer and a top coat layer, or of three coats having an intermediate layer between the primer layer and the top coat. However, when mica as a glitter was added to the primer layer, sufficient glitter was not obtained, and when added in a large amount, adhesion to the substrate was reduced. On the other hand, when mica is added to the top coat of two coats of fluoro resin or the middle layer of three coats, the mica has a brilliant depth, but the mica has water absorption, so it is used for cooking rice cookers for a long time. By repeating the above, moisture and corrosive substances penetrate the fluorine resin coat little by little, and mica absorbs them. Furthermore, as a result of these moisture and corrosive substances migrating to the primer layer, they cause corrosion of the base material and peeling of the fluorine resin coat.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a fluorine resin coating applied to the surface of a metal material constituting a pot for a rice cooker , a first layer having a primer layer, and a clear layer comprising only a fluorine resin as an upper layer. And an outermost layer is provided with a fluorine resin coating layer containing 0.1 to 5% by weight of a hydrophilic substance.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The invention according to claim 1 uses a fluorine resin coat as a surface treatment of a cooking rice cooker pot made of a metal material, and has a primer layer containing a fluorine resin, an adhesive component and a pigment as a first layer of the fluorine resin coat. The uppermost layer is provided with a clear layer consisting only of a fluororesin, and the outermost layer is further provided with a fluorine-containing resin coating layer containing 0.1 to 5% by weight of a hydrophilic substance. As a result, it becomes difficult to transfer the moisture to the clear layer and the primer layer, and the corrosion resistance is improved.
[0006]
In the invention according to claim 2, as a hydrophilic substance, a metal such as mica, aluminum flake, stainless flake, gold flake, silver flake, titanium flake, glass beads, or aluminum, titanium, silver, stainless steel, hastelloy, or the like is deposited. By adding at least one or more of glass beads or glass flakes, or various ceramic particles to the outermost fluorine resin coating layer, corrosion resistance is improved, and a brilliant feeling with depth is obtained. It is possible to make a pot for rice cookers with a high price .
[0007]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an embodiment using the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 1 shows a pot 1 for a rice cooker obtained by press-forming an aluminum material. The inner surface of the pot in contact with an object for a cooker to be cooked is subjected to a fluorine resin coating treatment 3 to give non-adhesiveness.
[0008]
The configuration of the fluorine resin coat 3 will be described below. First, the aluminum surface 2 of the rice cooker base material is roughened by blasting, and a primer 4 is applied thereon so that the thickness after firing is about 10 μm. The primer 4 contains a polyamide precursor and polyethersulfone as an adhesive component in addition to the fluorine resin, and a pigment component can be further added. The upper layer of the four primer layers is coated with a layer 5 consisting only of a polytetrafluoroethylene = perfluoroalkylvinyl ether copolymer (PFA) as a fluororesin so as to have a thickness of about 30 μm after firing. The clear layer 5 does not contain components other than the fluorine resin. Thereafter, a powder coating obtained by adding 1% by weight of aluminum vapor-deposited glass beads 7 having an average particle size of 10 μm to PFA which is a fluorine resin is applied on the clear layer so as to have a thickness of about 20 μm after firing. After the above treatment, baking treatment is performed at 380 ° C. for 30 minutes to obtain a fluorine resin coat. However, a drying step can be added after the primer coating, and there is a problem even if the clear layer is baked once after coating. There is no. Through the steps described above, a pot for a rice cooker with a fluorine resin coating treatment having the configuration shown in FIG. 1 is manufactured.
[0009]
(Comparative Example 1)
Hereinafter, a comparative example of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. As in the first embodiment, a surface of a rice cooker pot 8 obtained by press-molding an aluminum material is subjected to a fluorine resin coating treatment 9. First, the aluminum surface 10 of the rice cooker base material is roughened by blasting, and the same primer 11 as in Example 1 is applied thereon so that the film thickness after firing is about 10 μm. Thereafter, a PFA powder coating to which 1% by weight of mica 13 was added was applied so as to have a film thickness of about 50 μm after firing, followed by firing at 380 ° C. for 30 minutes to obtain a fluororesin coat 9.
[0010]
(Evaluation)
In order to compare the durability of Example 1 with Comparative Example 1, a 20 g / l solution of House Oden-no-Mitsu (manufactured by House Co., Ltd.) was prepared and poured into each pot until the 8th minute, and the pot was cooked with a rice cooker. After that, continuous warming was performed at 70 ° C. Table 1 shows the progress of corrosion at that time. Compared to Comparative Example 1 where an abnormality had already occurred at a heat retention time of 250 hours, Example 1 had almost no problem even at 1000 hours. ing.
[0011]
[Table 1]
Figure 0003577939
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the fluorinated resin coat treated in the rice cooker pot of the present invention has a clear layer made of only fluorinated resin on the primer layer, and further has a hydrophilic glitter component added to its outer layer. Because the fluorinated resin coat layer is painted, a deep glitter is obtained, and by including a hydrophilic substance in the outermost layer, the outermost layer is used for cooking rice cookers inside the pan and water content. Transfer is facilitated, and as a result, moisture is hardly transmitted to the clear layer and the primer layer, and the corrosion resistance is improved.
