図3〜図5は従来の加熱炉用ヒータ端子装置を示し、1は炉壁、2は炉内ヒーター、3は上記炉壁1を貫通して炉外に延びる炉内ヒーター2の端部、4はこの端部3から外方に延びる雄ねじ状ヒーター端子、5は炉外に突出したこのヒーター端子4を取り囲むよう上記炉壁1の外面に固定したハカマ碍子、6はこのハカマ碍子5の外端部両側に形成した切り溝、7は上記ハカマ碍子5の蓋、8はこの蓋7に形成した、上記ハカマ碍子5の外側に突出せしめたヒーター端子4に螺合するねじ孔、9は上記雄ねじ状ヒーター端子4に螺合した、リード線(図示せず)の挟持用ナットを示す。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
然しながら上記従来の加熱炉用ヒータ端子装置においては、ヒーター端子4とリード線挟持用ナット9より成る配線端子部10が上記ハカマ碍子5の大きな切り溝6を介して外部に露出しているため安全性に欠ける欠点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の加熱炉用ヒータ端子装置は、炉壁を貫通して炉外に延びる炉内ヒーターの雄ねじ状ヒーター端子と、このヒーター端子に螺合した端子挟持用ナットと、上記ヒーター端子を取り囲むよう炉壁外面にその底面を固定したコップ状の絶縁キャップと、この絶縁キャップ内に形成される配線端子からのリード線を引き出すため上記コップ状絶縁キャップの側面に形成したリード線挿通孔と、を通り、外部に延びるヒーター端子と、このヒーター端子に螺合した、上記絶縁キャップの開口を覆ぐ絶縁カバー板と、この絶縁カバーを貫通して外部に延びる上記雄ねじ状ヒーター端子に螺合されるキャップ碍子とより成ることを特徴とする。

以下図面によって本発明の実施例を説明する。

本発明においては図1及び図2に示すように、炉外に突出したヒーター端子4を取り囲むよう上記炉壁1の外面にコップ状絶縁キャップ11の底面を固定し、このキャップ11の側面にリード線挿通孔12を形成し、上記コップ状絶縁キャップ11内に配線端子部10を形成せしめると共に上記コップ状絶縁キャップ11の開口を、上記ヒーター端子4の貫通孔を有する絶縁カバー板13で覆ぎ、この絶縁カバー板13から外方に突出したヒーター端子4にキャップ碍子14を螺合固定せしめる。

【発明の効果】
本発明の加熱炉用ヒータ端子装置は、上記のような構成であるから、配線端子部10が外部に露出されず極めて安全であり、また、配線作業は絶縁カバー板13を取り外してコップ状絶縁キャップ11内で行なえるため部品の脱落も防ぐことができる等大きな利益がある。
