TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is used for a processing apparatus for sequentially immersing a material to be processed in a plurality of processing tanks storing processing liquids and performing development processing, and recovers the processing capacity of the processing liquid to each processing tank based on predetermined conditions. Processing device for replenishing a replenisher for use in developing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In an automatic developing machine (for example, a film processor, a printer processor, etc.) used in a laboratory or the like, or a developing machine for a printing plate, a film, a color paper or a printing plate is developed.
[0003]
For example, a film or a color paper is processed by being transported in a plurality of processing tanks containing a processing solution such as color development, bleach-fixing, washing and stabilization, or water in an automatic developing machine.
[0004]
The component composition and amount of the treatment liquid in each tank changes depending on the treatment of the film or color paper. For this reason, a system is provided in which each processing tank is replenished with a new liquid (replenishing liquid) from the replenishing tank in accordance with the processing amount.
[0005]
Conventionally, replenishment has been performed from a replenishing tank to a processing tank by a pump or the like in accordance with the processing amount of the photosensitive material.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in this method, an error occurs in the replenishment amount due to an error in the pump and the like, which also affects the performance of the processing liquid.
[0007]
On the other hand, recently, batch replenishment for replenishing several replenishing tanks at the same time has been proposed.
[0008]
In this method, processing solutions for replenishment required for each replenishing tank are combined into one kit, and when the kit is loaded into the apparatus, each processing solution is simultaneously supplied to each replenishing tank. is there. By doing so, it is possible to prevent a charging error such as charging a processing liquid into a different replenishing tank, and to improve the replenishing efficiency and reliability.
[0009]
However, in the batch replenishment, replenishment is performed to each replenishing tank at the same timing. Therefore, there is a problem that replenishment errors accumulate and the replenishment timing to the replenishing tanks is not matched. That is, if the replenishment timing does not match, the processing liquid overflows in a certain tank, and a certain tank has been emptied long before.
[0010]
In consideration of the above facts, the present invention improves the replenishment accuracy from the replenishment tank to the processing tank, stabilizes the replenishment performance, can perform batch replenishment without any problem, and detects a problem related to the replenishment accuracy to expand the trouble. It is an object of the present invention to provide a development processing apparatus that can prevent such a problem from occurring.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The development processing apparatus according to
[0012]
Next, the operation of the developing device according to the first aspect will be described.
[0013]
In the processing tank of the processing apparatus, the processing target material is processed by the stored processing liquid. Since the processing liquid in the processing tank deteriorates due to the processing of the material to be processed, the developing apparatus replenishes the processing tank with a replenisher based on predetermined conditions in order to recover the processing capacity of the processing liquid in the processing tank. Note that the predetermined condition is, for example, replenishment of a specified amount of replenisher when the processing area of the material to be processed reaches a specified value.
[0014]
In the replenishment tank, it is necessary to detect the level of the replenisher in order to grasp the amount of the replenisher stored.
[0015]
When detecting the liquid level position of the replenisher, the liquid level position is first measured by the detecting means, and the liquid level position (A1) at this time is stored. Next, after the time T2, the liquid surface position is measured again, and the liquid surface position (A2) at this time is stored. Thereafter, the detection of the liquid level is repeated n times in the same manner, and an averaged liquid level position A0 is obtained (see the following equation 1).
[0016]
(Equation 1)
Thereby, the influence of the error due to the vibration of the liquid surface can be reduced, and the accuracy of detecting the liquid surface position can be improved.
[0017]
That is, immediately after replenishing the replenisher to the replenisher or immediately after replenishing the replenisher from the replenisher to the processing tank, the liquid level in the replenisher is unstable due to vibrations such as vertical movement and waving. Even in such a situation, the liquid surface position can be detected with high accuracy. Note that the accuracy increases as the number of detections increases.
[0018]
In the development processing apparatus of the present invention, the replenisher replenishes the replenisher into the processing tank so that the liquid level of the replenisher tank passes from the first liquid level position of the replenisher tank to a second liquid level position separated by a predetermined distance downward. When the number of replenishments actually performed during the period is n, and the number of regular replenishments to be performed while the liquid level of the replenishing tank passes from the first liquid level position to the second liquid level position is N, The warning unit issues a warning when the difference between the regular number of replenishment N and the actual number of replenishment n is equal to or greater than a predetermined number.
[0019]
As a result, it is possible to detect that a difference equal to or larger than the error originally assumed in the replenishment of the replenisher has occurred in the development processing apparatus, and it is possible to prevent the trouble related to the replenishment accuracy from expanding.
[0020]
That is, when the actual number of replenishment is larger than the regular number by a predetermined number, the replenishment amount per one time is small, and when the actual number of replenishment is less than the predetermined number by a predetermined number, the replenishment amount per one time is small. Many (or there are leaks in the replenishment system).
[0021]
The difference between the number of replenishments N and the number of replenishments n is, of course, set in a range in which a predetermined processing performance required for the processing solution in the processing tank can be maintained.
[0022]
The warning means preferably issues a warning such as sounding a buzzer, turning on a lamp, or displaying a warning message on a display device such as a CRT.
[0023]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the developing apparatus according to the first aspect, the detection intervals of the plurality of liquid surface position detections are not constant.
[0024]
Next, the operation of the developing apparatus according to the second aspect will be described.
[0025]
When the liquid level in the replenisher tank has its own vibration, and the cycle of the vibration is T2, the detection timing is always at the same amplitude position, and the advantage of detecting the liquid level multiple times can be expected. Disappears. For this reason, the detection interval is not fixed as in the present invention, that is, by making the detection interval random, it is possible to eliminate the influence of periodic vibration and to perform more accurate detection.
[0026]
The development processing apparatus according to
[0027]
Next, the operation of the developing device according to the third aspect will be described.
[0028]
In the processing tank of the processing apparatus, the processing target material is processed by the stored processing liquid. Since the processing liquid in the processing tank deteriorates due to the processing of the material to be processed, the developing apparatus replenishes the processing tank with a replenisher based on predetermined conditions in order to recover the processing capacity of the processing liquid in the processing tank. Note that the predetermined condition is, for example, replenishment of a specified amount of replenisher when the processing area of the material to be processed reaches a specified value.
[0029]
In the replenishment tank, it is necessary to detect the level of the replenisher in order to grasp the amount of the replenisher stored.
[0030]
Immediately after the replenisher is replenished to the replenisher, or immediately after the replenisher is replenished from the replenisher to the processing tank, the level of the replenisher in the replenisher is unstable due to vibrations such as vertical movement and waving.
[0031]
However, in the present invention, the stable liquid level position recognizing means recognizes the stable liquid level position of the replenisher tank after the lapse of time as the normal liquid level position, so that the liquid level position can be detected with high accuracy.
[0032]
[0033]
As a result, it is possible to detect that a difference equal to or larger than the error originally assumed in the replenishment of the replenisher has occurred in the development processing apparatus, and it is possible to prevent the trouble related to the replenishment accuracy from expanding.
[0034]
That is, when the actual number of replenishment is larger than the regular number by a predetermined number, the replenishment amount per one time is small, and when the actual number of replenishment is less than the predetermined number by a predetermined number, the replenishment amount per one time is small. Many (or there are leaks in the replenishment system).
[0035]
The difference between the number of replenishments N and the number of replenishments n is, of course, set in a range in which a predetermined processing performance required for the processing solution in the processing tank can be maintained.
[0036]
The warning means preferably issues a warning such as sounding a buzzer, turning on a lamp, or displaying a warning message on a display device such as a CRT.

[0093]
Normally, if there is no abnormality in the replenishment system, replenishment of the replenisher performed until the liquid level passes from the upper position A U to the lower position AD should be the same number of times each time. However, if a problem occurs in the replenishment system, the error in the amount of replenisher replenishment to be replenished increases, and the number of replenishment of replenisher performed until the liquid level passes from the upper position A U to the lower position A D increases. Will change. In the present embodiment, the error in the amount of replenishment solution is detected by the number of replenishment of replenishment solution performed until the liquid surface passes from the upper position A U to the lower position A D.
[0094]
If the number of replenishments is out of the predetermined range, the amount of the replenisher supplied to the processing amount of the photographic paper P is too small or too large, whereby a trouble relating to the replenishment accuracy is detected, and the operator is promptly notified. A warning is issued to prevent the trouble from spreading.
[0095]
Note that the upper position A U and the lower position A D need not necessarily be at the upper and lower limits of the
[0096]
In this case, the replenishment sign may be automatically displayed after the replenishment has been performed a predetermined number of times after the liquid level has passed below the predetermined two points. In this case, the apparatus may be configured to proceed to a supply detection sequence after a predetermined number of supplies.
[0097]
Further, it is preferable that the number of replenishment of the replenisher performed until the liquid level passes from the upper position A U to the lower position A D is large to some extent, because an error can be detected with high accuracy.
[0098]
In the above-described embodiment, the average liquid level is set to the normal liquid level for the purpose of detecting the liquid level as accurately as possible. However, if there is no vibration of the liquid level, the correct liquid level can be detected. . Immediately after the liquid level is lowered by replenishment or immediately after the liquid level is raised by replenishment, the liquid level vibrates for a while. However, after a predetermined time, the liquid level becomes stable. For this reason, if the liquid level is detected after the completion of replenishment and a predetermined time after the completion of replenishment, the correct liquid level can be detected by one detection without performing complicated processing such as calculation, so that the average liquid level can be detected. Instead of obtaining the surface position, the liquid surface position may be detected using this method.
[0099]
Alternatively, the
[0100]
In the above-described embodiment, the replenishment error is detected based on whether or not the number of replenishments until the liquid surface passes from the upper position A U to the lower position A D is within a predetermined range. The liquid surface position is stored, and the difference between the stored liquid surface position and the liquid surface position after replenishment is performed a plurality of times from the stored liquid surface position is calculated. It is also possible to determine whether or not the replenishment has occurred and to detect a replenishment error. It should be noted that the larger the difference between the liquid surface positions, the better the accuracy of error detection.
[0101]
In the above-described embodiment, one liquid level sensor is provided for one replenishment tank, and the liquid level sensor measures the liquid level position from the lower limit to the upper limit with this one liquid level sensor. Since it is only necessary to be able to measure the vicinity and the vicinity of the lower limit, two liquid level sensors are provided: a liquid level sensor that measures the liquid level near the upper limit and a liquid level sensor that measures the liquid level near the lower limit. You may. This makes it possible to use a high-precision sensor capable of performing precise measurement even when the range of the measurable liquid level position is narrow, and the replenishment accuracy can be improved.
[0102]
The liquid level sensor may be a laser type, an ultrasonic type, or another type of sensor other than the float type.
[0103]
The amount of liquid replenishment for the processing tank at one time is determined by the number of rotations of the shaft of the pump 116 (the number of rotations of the motor and the number of rotations are monitored by the rotary encoder 118). When the number of rotations (rpm) of the motor is constant, the amount of replenishment can be determined by controlling the driving time of the motor.

Further, as a motor for driving the

The replenisher replenisher according to claim 2 can improve the replenishment accuracy from the replenisher tank to the processing tank and stabilize the replenishment performance, whereby the replenisher can be replenished to the replenisher tank without any problem. It has an excellent effect of being able to do things. Further, there is an excellent effect that accurate liquid level detection can be performed only once without performing calculations or the like, and control is simplified.
