TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a folding label and a folding label .
[0002]
[Prior art]
It is common practice to include in a box for packing a gift or the like a manual describing the contents of the product, a precautionary statement, a production record, and the like.
However, this kind of instruction was sometimes discarded immediately upon opening of the box, or was lost in the box, and could not be seen or lost.
Therefore, as a result of intensive studies, they came up with the idea of attaching the instructions to a box, wrapping paper, or a decorative material such as a wrapper or a frame material to be put in the box. In this case, it may be difficult to obtain the attention of the viewer even if one sheet of paper is simply pasted in a plane, and it is necessary to prevent the manual itself from adversely affecting the appearance of the product. Only one piece of the folded or three-folded paper was provided for pasting, and the other folded pieces were opened based on the pasted one piece.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Enclosing the box with the instructions in the manner described above is very suitable because it captures the attention of the viewer accurately and the contents must be read, and the instructions remain with the box forever. It was confirmed that it was an effective method.
However, rather than simply folding one piece for pasting and the other fold, these two pieces should be pasted with an adhesive so that they can be easily cut open if necessary. However, it was found through trial and error that the viewer's attention was further captured.
[0004]
For this reason, a folding label having the folding structure, the adhesive structure, and the structure capable of being cut and opened is manufactured, and this manufacturing is performed in a process that is separately performed for each structure. Therefore, development of a manufacturing method that enables mass production is awaited because of high cost and poor production efficiency.
The present invention was made in view of the above circumstances, the above-mentioned such folding and bonding structure, and open up possible structure and folding labels can be mass-produced as in the folding method for producing and folding of a label provided with The purpose is to provide a label .
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, the following technical measures have been taken to achieve the above object.
That is, in the method for manufacturing a folding label according to the present invention, while the material paper (W) prepared in a roll state is unwound, printing is performed on both the front and back surfaces of the material paper (W) in a repetitive pattern along the unwinding direction. to form a print region (P) (Q), in the print region (P) (Q), and applying a releasable adhesive to form a coating unit, unwinding before SL material paper (W) Folded at the fold (S) along the direction, the folded material papers (W) are adhered to each other via the coating section, and the uppermost one sheet of the folded material paper (W) is placed at one end in the width direction. Then, two parallel perforations (M) along the unwinding direction are formed , and a portion surrounded by the two perforations (M) is formed as a cutout (X), and the folded portion is formed. The material paper (W) in the state is cut into the printing areas (P) (Q) by the rotary cutter (31). Cut along the shape, the time of the cut, and forms a print region to the cut piece (X) (P) knob portion projecting from (Q) (T).
[0006]
In the folding label according to the present invention , print areas (P) and (Q) are formed on both front and back surfaces of the material paper (W), and a peelable adhesive is applied to the print areas (P) and (Q). To form an application portion, the material paper (W) is folded at the fold line (S), and the folded material papers (W) are adhered to each other via the application portion to form the folded material paper (W). ), A portion surrounded by two parallel perforations (M) formed at one end in the width direction of the uppermost sheet is formed as a cutout piece (X), and the material paper ( W) is cut out along the outer shape of the printing area (P) (Q), and a knob (T) projecting from the printing area (P) (Q) is formed on the cut piece (X). Is what it is.
[0007]

FIGS. 5 and 6 show examples of the foldable label R (R1, R2) manufactured by the foldable label manufacturing method according to the present invention.
The folding label R1 shown in FIG. 5 has a two-fold structure, in which one A piece is used as a sticking side (fixed side), and the other B piece is used as a cutout side. Therefore, texts, tables, illustrations, photographs, patterns, and the like are provided on a total of three surfaces, the inner surface of each of the pieces that are to be overlapped with each other when the piece A and the piece B are folded, and the surface that faces outward in the piece B. Printing can be performed. The opening between the A piece and the B piece is performed by removing the cut piece X provided on the B piece along the perforation M.
[0008]
In addition, it is preferable that a knob T is provided on the cut piece X or the like.
Further, the folding label R2 shown in FIG. 6 has a three-fold structure, in which the center D piece is used as the sticking side (fixed side), and the C pieces and E pieces on both sides are cut and opened. Therefore, texts, tables, illustrations, photographs, patterns, etc. are printed on a total of five surfaces including the front and back surfaces of the C piece and the E piece and the inner surface of the D piece included when the C piece and the E piece are folded. Can be applied. The C pieces, D pieces, and E pieces are cut open by removing the cut pieces Y provided on the E pieces along the perforations M.
