Description

【0001】
【0008】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention generally relates to a flexible pipe having a flexible function which is widely used as a pipe or a joint in various industrial fields such as machinery, equipment, vehicles, and appliances.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 6, for example, as a flexible pipe of this type, a metal strip is used to form a slanted wall (12) at the center of the width thereof and bend the opposite side edges in opposite directions, respectively, to form a hook. The main body (11) spirally wound by forming the engaging portions (11 ') and (11 ") is sandwiched between adjacent main body engaging portions, and the main body (11) is continuously connected and configured. I was
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, such a conventional technique uses a spiral winding structure in a fixed direction, so that there is no degree of freedom in the torsion direction of the tube, and the hooking portions (11 ') and (11 ") are mutually connected. Due to the relative movement caused by the friction of the hooks formed by the hooking structure, the airtightness of the holding portion is deteriorated, which often causes troubles, which inevitably restricts use. In general, there is a tendency that flexibility is poor with respect to bending or expansion and contraction, and further, there is a problem that straight pipe portions at both side ends for connection cannot be integrally formed.
[0004]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the related art, and has a plurality of curled portions on a cylindrical body side elastically engaged with a holding ring so as to be connected and configured to hold the holding ring. The relative rotation displacement function of the curl part and the relative curl of the part makes it possible to freely arrange the tube in the torsion direction, making it easy to arrange it. The elasticity of the pipe increases the airtightness of the connecting portion, and furthermore, the elastic modulus of the pipe is partially changed by using a cylinder and a retaining ring having different widths and / or outer diameters as desired. In order to improve the durability and obtain a product according to the application, it is possible to connect with the left and right mating pipes or parts with different diameters, and at the same time, a straight pipe for connection at the outermost end A wall that can be integrally formed It is an object to provide a Kishiburu tube.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a curl portion inward or outward is formed on at least one end edge of a short cylindrical body having a substantially V-shaped or substantially inverted V-shaped vertical cross section. With a plurality of the cylindrical bodies, the curl part and the curl part of an adjacent separate cylindrical body are arranged back-to-back in an axial direction, and are cut along the inner peripheral side surface or the outer peripheral side surface. The gist of the present invention is to provide a flexible tube in which the pair of curled portions which are in contact with each other are collectively connected and resiliently connected by a holding portion formed by a peripheral wall portion of a substantially C-shaped holding ring having a circular section. The cylindrical body and the holding ring are formed in an irregular pitch or inclined shape with different widths and / or outer diameters, and are connected to the outermost end of the cylindrical body. Or a pair of curled portions. The flat surface of the backrest is provided, in which or allowed interposed further sealing member between the flat surfaces.
[0006]
[Action]
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the relative elasticity between the curl portions formed by the holding ring and the mutual curl portion formed by the holding ring at the opposed curl portions formed on the cylindrical body side. The rotational displacement function allows freedom in the torsion direction of the tube, and the easy bending shape simplifies installation when arranging the tube. Enhance the airtightness in the installation part, and further change the elastic modulus partially by using a cylinder and a holding ring having different widths and / or outer diameters as desired, and improve the durability to suit the application. The product can be obtained, and furthermore, it is possible to connect with left and right mating pipes or parts having different diameters, and at the same time, a straight pipe wall for connection at the outermost end is formed integrally with the cylinder itself. You can do it.
[0007]

FIG. 1 is a plan view of a flexible tube according to the present invention, which is partially cut away, and FIGS. FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b) are partially enlarged cross-sectional views of a curl portion according to still another embodiment, and (1) is a plurality of short cylinders made of metal or resin. There is a V-shaped vertical cross section (FIGS. 1 and 4) or an inverted V-shaped cross section (FIGS. 2 and 3), and at least one of the ends has an inner periphery (FIG. 2) or an outer periphery (FIG. 1, FIG. It is formed by forming a curled portion (2) to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4). With a plurality of these cylinders (1), the curl portion and the other curl portion (2) formed by the adjacent separate cylinder (1) are arranged back-to-back and aligned in the axial direction. A holding ring (3) having a substantially C-shaped longitudinal cross section having a partially circular portion along the inner peripheral side surface (FIGS. 1, 3 and 4) or the outer peripheral side surface (FIG. 2) is formed by the peripheral wall portion. The curl portions (2, 2) contacted by the portion (4) are integrally connected to each other by engaging them in a resiliently pressurized manner. The whole product is accordion-shaped (FIGS. 1, 2 and 3) having the same diameter, or if necessary, the cylindrical body (1) and the retaining ring (3) have different widths and / or outer diameters. To form an irregular pitch or an inclined shape (FIG. 4).
[0008]
Note that (5) is a connecting pipe, which is a long straight pipe as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 3, or a bellows pipe as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. Alternatively, it may be formed as an outermost end integral with the cylindrical body (1).
[0009]
Further, flat portions (2 '), (2') parallel to each other as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b) are formed on a part of the curled portions (2) and (2) which are opposed to each other as shown in FIGS. ) Is formed, and when the sealing member (6) is interposed between the flat surfaces (2 ') and (2'), the sealing performance is further improved.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the flexible tube according to the present invention is engaged with the plurality of cylindrical bodies (1) by the holding rings (3) at the opposed curled portions (2, 2) in a collective and resilient manner. Since it is connected and configured, the degree of freedom in the torsion direction of the tube is made freely by the relative rotational displacement function of the curl portion (2) formed by the holding ring (3), and its bending shape is easy. Mounting at the time of disposition is simplified, and the elasticity at each curl portion enhances the airtightness at the continuous portion, and furthermore, a cylinder having a different width or / and outer diameter as desired. 1) By using the retaining ring (3), it is possible to obtain a product corresponding to the application by improving the durability by partially changing the elastic modulus of the pipe, and furthermore, the left and right mating pipes having different diameters. Alternatively, connection to parts is possible, and at the same time a straight pipe at the outermost end This is an extremely useful flexible tube, for example, the wall (5) can be integrally formed with the cylindrical body (1) itself.
