Description
【0001】

However, in the
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and provides a bipedal locomotion device capable of reliably landing on a foot even on an unstable road surface having complicated irregularities by a simple structure. The purpose is.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the configuration of the present invention, the above object has a main body, two legs having knees in the middle, which are attached to the lower sides of the main body so as to be capable of swinging in two axial directions, and a lower end of each leg. And a driving means for swinging each leg, knee and foot, wherein the foot is fixed to a corresponding leg lower end. A base, a heel fixedly disposed on the base, and a pair extending substantially from the base toward the front and swingably supported vertically with respect to the base. A three-axis force sensor is disposed on each of the heel portion and the pair of toe portions, and further, a target angle trajectory, a target angular velocity, a target angle A gait generator for generating gait data including acceleration; A walking control device that corrects gait data from the gait generator based on the outgoing signal and controls the driving of the driving means, wherein the foot is connected to the heel and the pair of toes by the heel. The gait data generated by the gait generator is corrected based on the detection signal of the three-axis force sensor landing on the irregular terrain, and the requested operation is performed. This is achieved by a bipedal locomotion type mobile device characterized in that the user can perform a walking motion with respect to.
[0008]
In the bipedal walking type moving device according to the present invention, preferably, the main body is an upper body of a humanoid robot, and includes a head and both hands.
[0009]
In the two-legged walking device according to the present invention, preferably, the driving means swings each toe.
[0010]
In the two-legged walking type moving device according to the present invention, preferably, the driving means causes the toes to swing integrally with each other by causing the toes to move at the same angle in the same direction.
[0011]
In the biped walking type moving device according to the present invention, preferably, the driving means causes the toes to swing independently of each other by moving the toes in different directions or at different angular velocities.
[0012]
In the two-legged walking device according to the present invention, preferably, each of the three-axis force sensors protrudes downward from the sole.
[0016]
According to the above configuration , the foot portion is supported at three points by the heel portion near the rear end and the two aligned toe portions near the front end, so that the road surface or the like having complicated unevenness can be supported. Even when the foot lands, the foot is reliably grounded by the heel and the two toes. Therefore, even on an unstable road surface, the foot can reliably land on the road surface or the like, and the two-legged walking device can mechanically stably walk. As a result, the sole of each foot of the bipedal locomotion device can reliably land even on an unstable road surface having complicated unevenness, thereby improving the stability of the bipedal locomotion device. Therefore, walking control can be performed reliably. In addition, three-axis force sensors are arranged on the heel and the pair of toes, respectively, and correct gait data based on detection signals from the three-axis force sensors that have landed reliably. Therefore, the two-legged walking device can reliably perform the gait operation for the requested operation.
[0017]
When the driving means swings each of the toes, the two toes are swung by the respective driving means and brought to their respective desired height positions, so that they are fixed. By setting each toe to an arbitrary height with respect to the heel, the foot can reliably land even on an unstable road surface having complicated unevenness. .
[0018]
In the case where the driving means swings the toes integrally with each other by causing the toes to move at the same angle in the same direction, at least even on a road surface horizontal in the lateral direction, Is similarly swung so that the entire toe swings integrally, and the entire foot can be reliably landed.
[0019]
In the case where the driving means swings the toes separately from each other by moving the toes in different directions or at different angular velocities, each of the toes may be moved even on a road surface having irregularities at least in the lateral direction. The foreparts are independently swung corresponding to the road surface, so that the forefoot parts respectively come into contact with the road surface, so that the entire foot part can reliably land.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the foot is supported at three points by the heel near the rear end and the two aligned toes near the front end. Even when the foot lands on a rough road surface, the foot is reliably grounded by the heel and the two toes. Therefore, even on an unstable road surface, the foot can reliably land on the road surface or the like, and the two-legged walking device can mechanically stably walk. As a result, even if the sole of each foot of the bipedal locomotion device has an unstable road surface with complicated irregularities, it can be reliably landed, and the stability of the bipedal locomotion device can be improved. Can be secured, and walking control can be reliably performed.
As described above, according to the present invention, an extremely excellent bipedal locomotion device which has a simple configuration and allows a foot to reliably land even on an unstable road surface having complicated unevenness is provided. Provided.
