【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a belt conveyor used for transporting excavated soil (shear) during tunnel excavation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When excavating a tunnel with an excavator such as a tunnel boring machine, there is a case where excavated soil (shear) is transported by a continuous belt conveyor and carried out of the tunnel pit. The continuous belt conveyor includes, for example, as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-147606, a conveyor head installed outside the tunnel pit, a conveyor tail installed behind the excavator, The conveyor belt is wrapped around a storage cassette section that stores a conveyor belt for stretching provided between the conveyor belt section, and the slip is transported from the conveyor tail section to the conveyor head section and taken out of the mine. . In such a continuous belt conveyor, the conveyor tail moves in the digging direction with the advance of the digging surface, and the conveyor belt for drawing is drawn out from the storage cassette along with it, so that the entire length of the belt conveyor is drawn. It has become.
[0003]
By the way, the shear contains a lot of moisture, and depending on the ground, may contain clay. When such a shear is conveyed by a continuous belt conveyor, when the conveyor belt returns from the conveyor head to the conveyor tail, the shear adheres to rollers and causes a large meandering of the conveyor belt. For this reason, conventionally, scraps attached to the conveyor belt have been scraped and removed by a scraper provided to press the conveyor belt wound around the head pulley.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the scraper provided as described above has a gap immediately formed between the scraper and the conveyor belt due to wear. For this reason, it is difficult to completely remove the shear, the pressing force and the gap of the scraper must be frequently adjusted, and the scraper must be replaced periodically.
Further, it is necessary to periodically remove the debris adhered to the carrier roller (about 1100 pieces / km) and the return roller (about 555 pieces / km) that cause the meandering, and the storage cassette for folding and storing the conveyor belt. Cleaning of the waste accumulated in the lower part of the conveyor must be performed, and maintenance of the continuous belt conveyor is very troublesome.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a belt conveyor that prevents meandering by easily removing adhesion of a shear to a conveyor belt and that is easy to maintain.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to claim 1 is, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, a
[0006]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, in the belt conveyor, at least one scraper device is provided at a required position, and the pressing roller provided in the scraper device returns from the conveyor head to the conveyor tail. From below, which exerts a constant tension on the conveyor belt. Therefore, a stress acts on the conveyor belt so as to press a scraper provided at the other end of the swing frame. Therefore, the scraper comes into pressure contact with the conveyor belt, and it is possible to completely scrape off the deposits adhering to the conveyor belt as the conveyor belt moves.
[0007]
As described above, the scraping device returns to the conveyor tail portion from the conveyor head portion, and the adhered material such as the excavated scrap attached to the conveyor belt is completely scraped off. Therefore, the scraping is performed by a plurality of rollers provided on the belt conveyor. Can be prevented from adhering.
In the case of a continuous belt conveyor, a storage cassette in which the conveyor belt is folded back and stored is provided between the conveyor head and the conveyor tail, but slippage is attached to the conveyor belt returning from the conveyor head to the conveyor tail. Since the belt is not folded, the slip does not spill out, and it is possible to prevent the slip from accumulating under the storage cassette.
As described above, it is possible to eliminate the adhesion of the shears to the rollers that cause the meandering, and to greatly reduce the labor for cleaning the rollers and the lower part of the storage cassette.
[0008]
Further, since a constant tension acts on the conveyor belt by the pressing roller, a force is applied to the pressing roller by the conveyor belt so as to push down the pressing roller. On the other hand, a scraper is attached to the other end of the swing frame having a pressing roller provided at one end. Therefore, even if the scraper is worn to some extent, the scraper is pushed up by the wear amount, and this scraper comes into pressure contact with the conveyor belt with a constant pressing force. No need to adjust.
[0009]
Furthermore, since the scraper is detachably attached to the other end of the swing frame, when the wear amount of the scraper reaches the limit, the scraper can be easily replaced. Therefore, maintenance becomes extremely easy as compared with the related art.
Further, even when the wear amount of the scraper reaches the limit, it is not necessary to replace the entire scraper device and only the scraper needs to be replaced, so that the cost can be reduced.
[0010]
The invention according to
[0011]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the scraper device is provided in the vicinity of the conveyor head portion, the scraper device adheres to the conveyor belt returning to the conveyor tail portion immediately after carrying out the slip from the conveyor tail portion to the conveyor head portion. Deposits such as dripping can be scraped off before drying and sticking to the conveyor belt.
[0012]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the belt conveyor 1 according to the first or second aspect, the conveyor frame 5 regulates a swing amount of the
[0013]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the conveyor frame is provided with a wear limit adjusting means, when the scraper is worn by scraping off the deposits attached to the conveyor belt and reaches the limit. Since the swing amount of the swing frame toward the conveyor belt is regulated, the scraper which has reached the wear limit does not contact the conveyor belt. Therefore, the replacement time of the scraper can be easily grasped, and it is possible to prevent the scraper from contacting the conveyor belt more than the amount of wear and the swing frame itself from contacting the conveyor belt.
[0014]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the belt conveyor 1 according to any one of the first to third aspects, the
[0015]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, since the pressing roller is provided with the pressing roller scraper, it is possible to scrape off the adhering substances attached to the pressing roller. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the conveyor belt from meandering due to shear attached to the pressing roller.
[0016]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the belt conveyor 1 according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, at least the
[0017]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, in the belt conveyor, since the water sprinkling means is provided at least at the bending point of the conveyor head, the conveyor tail, and the conveyor belt, the slip attached to the conveyor belt is dried. To avoid sticking to the belt.
In addition, particularly at the bending point of the conveyor belt, if the dried shear is stuck to the belts and rollers, the load at the time of startup becomes high, and the startup may not be performed in some cases. However, in the present application, since the water sprinkling means is provided, the conveyor belt is always kept moist, so that the sticking of the rollers to the rollers can be prevented.
Further, by providing the water sprinkling means in this way, it is possible to prevent the adhesion of the shear to the rollers and to save the trouble of cleaning at the end of the work.
[0018]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the invention, the pressing roller provided at one end of the swing frame presses the conveyor belt returning from the conveyor head to the conveyor tail from below, whereby a constant tension is applied to the conveyor belt. Works. Therefore, a stress acts on the conveyor belt so as to press a scraper provided at the other end of the swing frame. Therefore, the scraper is in pressure contact with the conveyor belt, and can completely scrape off the deposits adhered to the conveyor belt.
[0042]
Further, as described above, since the attached matter such as the excavated scraps adhered to the conveyor belt is completely scraped off by the scraper device, it is possible to prevent the scraps and the like from adhering to a plurality of rollers provided on the belt conveyor. In addition, it is possible to prevent the accumulation of shear at the lower portion of the storage cassette. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate the adhesion of the shears to the rollers that cause the meandering, and to greatly reduce the labor for cleaning the rollers and the lower part of the storage cassette.
[0043]
Further, since a constant tension acts on the conveyor belt, a force is applied to the pressing roller by the conveyor belt so as to push down the pressing roller. On the other hand, a scraper is attached to the other end of the swing frame having a pressing roller provided at one end. Therefore, even if the scraper is worn to some extent, the scraper is pushed up by the amount of wear, and the scraper comes into pressure contact with the conveyor belt with a constant pressing force. There is no need to adjust.
[0044]
Furthermore, since the scraper is detachably attached to the other end of the swing frame, when the wear amount of the scraper reaches the limit, the scraper can be easily replaced. Therefore, maintenance becomes extremely easy as compared with the related art.
Further, since it is not necessary to replace the entire scraper device and only the scraper needs to be replaced, the cost can be reduced.
[0045]
According to the second aspect of the invention, the same effect as that of the first aspect can be obtained, and the scraper device is provided near the conveyor head, so that the conveyor tail can be moved from the conveyor tail to the conveyor head. Immediately after carrying out the waste, the attached matter such as the waste attached to the conveyor belt returning to the conveyor head portion can be scraped off before drying and sticking to the conveyor belt.
[0046]
According to the third aspect of the invention, the same effect as that of the first or second aspect can be obtained, and since the conveyor frame is provided with the wear limit adjusting means, the scraper can reduce the wear limit amount. Is reached, the scraper will not contact the conveyor belt. Therefore, the replacement time of the scraper can be easily grasped, and it is possible to prevent the scraper from contacting the conveyor belt more than the amount of wear and the swing frame itself from contacting the conveyor belt.
[0047]
According to the fourth aspect of the invention, the same effect as any one of the first to third aspects is obtained, and the pressing roller is provided with the pressing roller scraper. The adhered substances can be scraped off. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the conveyor belt from meandering due to shear attached to the pressing roller.
[0048]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, not only the same effects as those of any of the first to fourth aspects are obtained, but also in the continuous belt, at least the change of the conveyor head, the conveyor tail, and the conveyor belt. Since the water sprinkling means is provided at the corner points, it is possible to prevent the waste attached to the conveyor belt from drying and sticking to the belt.
Further, by providing the water sprinkling means in this way, it is possible to prevent the adhesion of the shear to the rollers and to save the trouble of cleaning at the end of the work.
