【発明が属する技術分野】
この発明は、夜間の走行において、自動的に発光ダイオードを点滅させ、また、照射光を反射し、安全走行が行える自転車用点滅スポークリフレクターの取付け装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、自転車車輪のスポークに発光体を装備させる取付け装置の考案は、発光体の提案と共に、数多く提案されている。例えば、実開昭49−31386号公報では、筐体の周側外面に、車輪のスポークの一本と対応して両側から挟持する一対の取付けバネ片を配備し、その内面に突設した押圧子をスポークの外周に圧接し挟持して取付けるものがある。また実開昭51−154179号公開公報では、スポークを挟持する湾曲バネ片を上下に対設するものが提案されている。さらに、特開平11−79025号公報では、対応する2本のスポークに外側から引掛ける鉤状係合片を両端部に設けているものが提案されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記実開昭49−31386号公報では、筐体の周側外面に、車輪のスポークの一本と対応して両側から挟持する一対の取付けバネ片を配備し、その内面に突設した押圧子をスポークの外周に圧接し挟持して取付けるものでは、一本のスポークに取付けるものであるから、スポークを中心に回転移動する恐れがある。また一本のスポークであると、滑り易く、車輪の回転時には、遠心力でリム側へ移動し、また車輪が停止している時には、重力作用で低位側に移動する恐れがあるものである。前記実開昭51−154179号公開公報でも、一本のスポークを上下に対設した湾曲バネ片により挟持するものであるから、前記と同様の欠点がある。特開平11−79025号公報では、両端部に設けた鉤状係合片を対応する2本のスポークに外側から引掛けるものであるが、対応する2本のスポークは、その幅が車軸中心に収斂する関係で狭く、リム側では広く構成されるので、停止時に幅の狭い中心側に滑り落ち、常に所要位置に固定できない欠点がある。

この発明の自転車用点滅スポークリフレクターの取付け装置は、かかる従来の発光体の取付け装置の欠点を改善し、スポークの定位置に堅固に固着し、所定位置で発光ダイオードを点滅させ、また、照射光を所定位置で反射して視認性を飛躍的に高め、自転車乗車者の交通安全を図ることを目的になされたものである。

【実施例】
以下、この発明の自転車用点滅スポークリフレクターの取付け装置を、図面に示す第1実施例〜第6実施例について、以下に説明すると、図面の図1〜図11は、一部変形例を含めて第1実施例を示し、図12〜図13は第2実施例を示し、図14〜図16は第3実施例を示し、図17〜図20は第4実施例を示し、図21〜図22は第5実施例を示し、図23〜図24は第6実施例を示すものである。

始めに、その第1実施例を説明するが、その前提として、第1実施例の自転車用点滅スポークリフレクター1について概括的に説明すると、自転車用点滅スポークリフレクター本体(以下単に本体という)の一端のスポーク取付部2と他方端のスポーク取付部3を有し、その本体の両側面に照射光を照射方向に反射する反射面部4、5と、発光ダイオード点滅発光面部6、7を所要に区画して有し、自転車車輪の対応するスポーク8、8に差し渡して取付け、車輪と共に回転自在に配備するものである。

前記本体における発光ダイオード点滅発光面部6、7の内側に構成した空洞部9に基板10を配置し、この基板10上に発光ダイオード11と、発光ダイオード12を車輪の径方向に所要に離隔して配置し、同じく基板10上に配置した振動センサー13と明暗センサー14により所要秒間、交互に起動点灯する点滅IC電源回路15と接続している。

前記基板10は、前記のように、発光ダイオード点滅発光面部6、7の内側に構成した空洞部9に配置するが、この空洞部9の片側を本体に開口し、図3および図4に示すように、この本体の空洞部9の開口を閉鎖する蓋板16の内面に発光ダイオード11と、発光ダイオード12を車輪の径方向に所要に離隔して配置してもよいものである。蓋板16を本体から外すことにより、内部に収容する電池17を容易に交換できるものである。前記発光ダイオード11は赤色に、前記発光ダイオード12は緑色に夫々発光する。以下、第2実施例の発光ダイオードの色においても補色に発光すること同様である。

次に、自転車用点滅スポークリフレクターの取付け装置の第1実施例を図1〜図11により説明すると、前記本体の一端のスポーク取付部2は、図1〜図3に示すように、本体の一端の端部の上下中間に、端面方向に開口する導入溝2aを形成し、その上下の端部に、一方の係合壁が互いに180度齟齬して端面方向に突出形成し、かつその内面に、側方に開口する係合溝2b、2cを夫々設けている。この係合溝2b、2cは、図5および図6に示すように、本体を構成する半割体1a、1bに夫々形成し、この半割体1a、1bを腹合わせにすることにより設けてもよいものである。

前記本体の反対端のスポーク取付部3は、図10および図11に示すように、本体の反対端の端部に端面に開口し、スポーク8を嵌合する係合溝3c1を上下に形成し、その係合溝3c1の一方の側壁面を構成する側壁部3c2を端部方向に延設形成し、その内側を係合溝3c1を閉鎖する閉鎖面部3d1を具えた押え片3dの支承面部兼取付台面部3c3に形成し、さらに、前記係合溝3c1の他方の側壁面を構成する側壁部3c4の中間に端面に開口するマーク溝3c5を形成し、このマーク溝3c5に嵌入する突出部3d2と、係合溝3c1に嵌入してその先面を係合溝3c1に嵌入したスポーク8に当接する突条部3d3を前記閉鎖面部3d1に形成し、その支承面部兼取付台面部3c3に貫通する取付孔3c6と、押え片3dに貫通する取付孔3d4に前記ネジ18を挿通し、ネジ18の先端に図示しないが、ナット19を螺合して押え片3dを本体の支承面部兼取付台面部3c3に当てて締め付け、押え片3dに形成された閉鎖面部3d1の突出部3d2を前記本体のマーク溝3c5に嵌入して押え片3dの位置決めとずれ止めをなし、また、同じく、押え片3dに形成された閉鎖面部3d1の突条部3d3を前記本体の係合溝3c1に嵌入して、係合溝3c1を閉鎖し、内側に嵌合したスポーク8と圧接固着し、本体の他方側を保持するようにしてもよいのである。

上記自転車用点滅スポークリフレクター1の取付け装置の第1実施例は、スポーク取付部2とスポーク取付部3から構成されて、そのスポーク取付部2は、導入溝2aを中間に開口面180度齟齬する係合溝2b、2cを設け、対応するスポーク8が嵌入させるので、極めて容易に嵌入させることができ、またスポーク8と対向して端部方向への動揺がなく、堅牢に支持できるものである。また反対端のスポーク取付部3は、本体の端部の側面に、スポーク8を嵌合する係合溝3a1が形成され、その係合溝3a1を閉鎖する押え片3bの取付台面部3a4と、閉鎖支承面部3a3とが形成され、取付台面部3a4に貫通される取付孔3a5にネジ18が挿通されて、これにナット19が螺合されて、押え片3bが本体の取付台面部3a4に締め付けられるので、その間にスポーク8を締め付けているので、スポーク8と一体化して固持されるものである。

次に、自転車用点滅スポークリフレクターの取付け装置の第実施例を図14〜図16により説明すると、この第実施例の自転車用点滅スポークリフレクター36は、前記第1実施例の自転車用点滅スポークリフレクター1と同様に、その一側面には反射面部4と、発光ダイオード点滅発光面部6を具え、発光ダイオード点滅発光面部6には発光ダイオード11と、発光ダイオード12を具えるものである。他方の側面も同様である。以下の実施例においても同様である。この第実施例の自転車用点滅スポークリフレクター36は、本体の一端にスポーク取付部37を具えるものであり、そのスポーク取付部37は、本体の一端の下部に、互いに平行して下方に突出する表側取付台板部38と裏側取付台板部39を形成し、その表側取付台板部38に所要形状の孔縁の嵌入孔40と、その嵌入孔40の孔縁に開口する係合溝41を貫通して設け、この表側取付台板部38の嵌入孔40の孔縁に適合した外形の底座部42aと、この底座部42aに基端を接続し、前記係合溝41に適合して係合する形状の連係軸部42bと、この連係軸部42bの先端に接続する掛止爪部42cを具えたスポーク掛止駒42を前記本体成型部材とは相違する部材で成型し、このスポーク掛止駒42を前記表側取付台板部38の嵌入孔40に、その底座部42aを表側より嵌合し、このとき、嵌入孔40の孔縁の形状が、図示のように、端部側と中心側とで相違する形状である場合には、掛止爪部42cの先端を中心側に向けた状態で嵌合し、その嵌入孔40を通過したところで、スポーク掛止駒42の全体を180度回転し、その掛止爪部42cの先端を端部方向に向け、さらに、嵌入孔40の孔縁に開口する係合溝41に、その連係軸部42bを嵌合し、中心側の奥に当たるまでスライドさせて嵌着するものである。スポーク掛止駒42の底座部42aの底面は、裏側取付台板部39の内面に連接するので、軸方向が規制されて支持される。かくして、スポーク掛止駒42は、ワンタッチ回転で掛止爪部42cを端部方向にセットできる。

次に、本体の反対端にスポーク取付部43を具えるものであり、このスポーク取付部43は、前記本体の一端の下部に、互いに平行して下方に突出する表側取付台板部38と裏側取付台板部39と同様に、表側取付台板部44と裏側取付台板部45を形成し、その表側取付台板部44の内面に開口し、かつ中心側から反対方向の端部に向けて嵌合可能の係合溝46aと、表側に挿入可能の開口溝46bを連通してスライド係合溝部46を設け、裏側取付台板部45には、前記表側取付台板部44のスライド係合溝部46の開口溝46bに対応し、裏側取付台板部45を貫通する長孔部47aと、この長孔部47aにそってナット19をスライド自在に嵌合規制する凹陥部47bを裏側取付台板部45の外面に形成している。前記本体とは、別材で底座部48aと、L型掛合挟持片部48bを形成したスポーク掛止挟持駒48を設け、このスポーク掛止挟持駒48を前記表側取付台板部44のスライド係合溝部46に底座部48aを本体の中心側から嵌合してセットした後、ネジ18をスポーク掛止挟持駒48のL型掛合挟持片部48bのネジ挿通孔48cに外方から挿通し、表側取付台板部44のスライド係合溝部46の開口溝46b、スポーク掛止挟持駒48の底座部48aの開口48dおよび裏側取付台板部45の長孔部47aを挿通し、ネジ18の先端を裏側取付台板部45の外面に配備したナット19に到達させて、これに螺合してスポーク掛止挟持駒48のL型掛合挟持片部48bの内側に掛合したスポーク8をスポーク掛止挟持駒48と、表側取付台板部44および裏側取付台板部45をネジ18で締付けて固着保持するものである。
