Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fixing method for easily fixing a mesh material such as a metal lath to a lid member.
Here, in the present invention, in addition to the metal lath, a mesh material such as an expanded metal or a wire mesh is generally referred to as a metal lath.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The metal lath is a material mainly used for the base such as plaster and mortar, and is a mesh-shaped metal material as shown in FIG. Here, the mesh 31 is configured by a plurality of strands 33 extending from the bond 32 continuing to another bond 32.
[0003]
The metal lath is generally manufactured by a cold drawing method using a thin plate such as a steel plate as a raw material.
As a method of fixing the metal lath to the lid-like member, there are a method of fixing with a rivet or a bolt and a method of fixing by welding. Here, spot welding is the most common welding method, and also includes TIG welding, arc welding (above, electric welding) and gas welding.
[0004]
With reference to FIG. 5 as an example, a conventional method of fixing a metal lath to a lid-like member will be described.
FIG. 5 shows a state in which the metal lath 3 having a semi-cylindrical shape is fixed to the semi-circular lid-like member 2. Here, in order to simplify the drawing, the mesh structure of the metal lath 3 is omitted (the same applies hereinafter).
Welding is the simplest method for fixing the lid-like member 2 and the metal lath 3, but welding has the following problems.
[0005]
In electric welding such as spot welding, the lid-like member needs to be made of metal, and it is required that the surface of each member has no coating. In addition, welding requires that the inner surface be welded from the viewpoint of aesthetics, and it is difficult to bring the welding electrode as far as the inner surface with a complicated shape as represented in FIG.
Further, in gas welding, the heat of welding spreads to a position other than the welding position, and the appearance of the finish is poor, and rework after welding is indispensable. Further, since the heat spreads over a wide range, there is a problem that the metal lath is deformed due to thermal distortion.
[0006]
Therefore, the method of fixing with rivets, bolts, etc. is used, but in the method of fixing with bolts, it is necessary to attach a nut to the inner surface side of the metal lath in advance by welding or the like. There is a problem that alignment is difficult.
On the other hand, for the rivet, for example, the one shown in FIG. 2 is used. As shown in FIG. 3, two plate-like members 46 and 47 are overlapped with a washer 45 if necessary, and the rivet 4 is inserted into the mounting hole. By pulling out the mandrel 41, the body 43 is shaved, and the shaky body 43 and the flange 42 caulk and join the plate-like members 46, 47.
[0007]
This method of fixing with rivets is also easy, but it is difficult to fix the metal lath firmly so that the shaved body of the rivet is securely engaged with the strand of the metal lath. It is difficult to determine whether or not you are suffering from. For this reason, a washer or the like is welded to the metal lath in advance. However, the positioning is also difficult, and the workability is poor.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to improve the poor workability as described above, provide a simple and reliable method of fixing the metal lath and the lid-like member, improve the work efficiency, and realize a low cost. .
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made by paying attention to the fact that the metal lath can be easily and reliably sandwiched between the side surface portion of the lid-shaped member and the mounting member by attaching the mounting member to the lid-shaped member in advance. It is a thing.
That is, according to the present invention, the required number of metal lath fixing holes are provided in advance on the side surface of the lid member, and the metal lath fixing holes of the respective mounting members are positioned so as to face the holes, and the inside of the lid member is positioned. The metal lath is inserted into the lid so that the end of the metal lath is sandwiched between the side surface of the lid and the mounting member, and the outside of the lid is fixed to the bottom of the lid. A rivet or bolt is inserted into each of the metal lath fixing holes of the lid member, and the metal lath fixing hole of the mounting member is inserted through one of the gaps of the metal lath and fixed, and the metal lath is fixed to the side portion of the lid member and the mounting member. This problem has been solved by a method of fixing a metal lath and a lid-like member, characterized in that the metal lath and the lid-like member are fixed.
[0010]
Further, the mounting member is a substantially L-shaped metal fitting having a metal lath fixing hole on a side surface thereof and two or more holes for positioning on a bottom surface thereof. For positioning of the metal lath fixing hole provided on the side surface portion, it is possible to previously process an overhang portion corresponding to two or more holes for positioning of the mounting member and reducing the diameter of the hole. I found it to be favorable.
[0011]
The two or more positioning holes provided on the bottom surface of the mounting member have different diameters, and the diameter of the overhang provided on the bottom of the overhang is corresponding to the different diameter. Similarly, it has been found that by making them different from each other, it is easy to mount a mounting member that is mounted in advance.
Further, the metal lath fixing holes provided in a required number on the side surface portions of the lid-like member and the metal lath fixing holes of the mounting member are elongated holes having a length equal to or longer than the mesh interval of the metal lath, so that the metal lath and the lid-shaped They have found that workability when fixing the members is further improved.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The method for fixing the metal lath of the present invention will be described according to the procedure shown in FIG.
FIG. 1 shows a method for fixing a metal lath to a semicircular lid-like member according to the present invention.
First, as shown in FIG. 1A, the required number of metal lath fixing holes 21 are previously formed in the side surface of the lid-like member 2. Next, positioning projections 22 and 23 are formed on the bottom surface of the lid-like member 2 in accordance with the metal lath fixing holes 21. The positioning projections are machined so as to correspond to the positioning holes 12 and 13 of the mounting member 1 so that the positions of the metal lath fixing holes 11 and 21 are matched. The metal lath fixing hole 11 and the metal lath fixing hole 21 may have a circular shape, but it is preferable that the metal lath fixing hole 11 and the metal lath fixing hole 21 have an oval length longer than the mesh interval of the metal lath.
[0013]
The diameters of the positioning projections 22 and 23 are made smaller than the diameters of the positioning holes 12 and 13 of the mounting member 1 that match the projections, and the diameters of the positioning projections 22 and 23 are made different. By doing so, positioning can be further facilitated. Here, it is natural that the diameters of the positioning holes 12 and 13 of the mounting member 1 are made different according to the diameters of the positioning projections 22 and 23.
[0014]
The attachment of the attachment member 1 to the lid-like member 2 is most preferably performed by spot welding from the viewpoint of workability, but it may be fixed with bolts, rivets, or the like.
As described above, the metal lath 3 is inserted into the lid member 2 to which the mounting member 1 has been attached in advance (FIG. 1B), and the lid member 2 and the metal lath are caulked from the outside of the lid member 2 with rivets or the like. 3 is fixed (FIG. 1 (c)).
[0015]
By doing so, strict positioning is not required as long as the rivets and the like pass through the mesh of the metal lath, and the lid-like member and the metal lath can be fixed extremely easily. .
The fixing method of the present invention can be applied to fixing metal laths to lid members having various shapes. FIG. 6 shows some examples. FIG. 6A shows an example of application to a circular lid-like member, and FIG. 6B shows an example of application to a square lid-like member. FIG. 6C shows an application in the case where the metal lath has a truncated cone shape (a so-called megaphone shape).
[0016]
The mesh shape of the metal lath may be any shape as long as it can pass through rivets, bolts, and the like, but is preferably a diamond shape, a tortoiseshell shape, or the like.
The material of the metal lath is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include an iron plate, a surface-treated steel plate, a stainless steel plate, and aluminum.
Furthermore, the present invention can be generally applied as a method of fixing a net-like material to a lid-like member, and it goes without saying that a non-metallic material can be applied as a net-like material.
[0017]
From the viewpoint of workability, it is desirable that the material of the lid-like member is made of a metal to which the attachment member can be spot-welded, but is not limited thereto, and is made of a plastic such as ABS resin. May be.
[0018]
【Example】
As an example of actual application, a case where a metal lath 3 is fixed to a semicircular lid-like member 2 shown in FIG. 1 will be described. FIG. 7 shows the actual dimensions of the mounting member 1 used in this application example. Since the mesh interval of the metal laths to be attached to the lid member is set to 10 mm, the metal lath fixing holes 11 of the mounting member 1 and the metal lath fixing holes 21 of the lid member 2 are long holes each having a length of 10 mm. The positioning holes 12 and 13 of the mounting member 1 are 3.2 mmφ and 4.2 mmφ, respectively, and the diameters of the positioning projections 22 and 23 of the lid member 2 are formed slightly smaller. Then, the mounting member 1 was positioned on the lid member 2 and fixed by spot welding.
[0019]
Since the lid-like member 2 was previously processed as described above, the attachment of the metal lath 3 and the lid-like member 2 itself could be performed extremely easily, and the workability was greatly improved.
The working time can be reduced by 70%, which is 30% of the conventional one.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
By applying the method of the present invention, workability was greatly improved, work efficiency was improved, and cost reduction was realized.
