本発明はこれらの問題に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的は、見栄えが良く、かつ地震などによる建物の層間変形に追随できるプレキャストコンクリート壁およびその構築方法を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
以上の課題を解決するための手段であるプレキャストコンクリート壁は、上階床と下階床との間に壁用プレキャストコンクリート板が設置され、該壁用プレキャストコンクリート板底面の挿入孔には、下階床の上面から突出した接続筋が挿入され、壁用プレキャストコンクリート板頂面の差込孔には、上階床の下面における長孔から突出した接合ピンが差し込まれ、該接合ピンの長孔に接触する部分には弾性材が巻かれ、該弾性材の摩擦を利用して接合ピンが長孔に取り付けられたことを特徴とする。またプレキャストコンクリート壁の構築方法は、下階床の上面から突出した接続筋を底面の挿入孔に挿入して壁用プレキャストコンクリート板を設置し、該壁用プレキャストコンクリート板頂面の差込孔に、長孔と接触する部分に巻かれた弾性材の摩擦を利用して上階床下面の長孔に取り付けられた接合ピンを差し込んで上階床を設置することを特徴とする。
