【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a disaster prevention monitoring and control device, and more particularly to a disaster prevention monitoring and control device and a control method thereof that reduce power consumption during a power outage.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, in a disaster prevention monitoring and control device, a central monitoring device collects data from a plurality of terminal devices such as a repeater and an analog sensor to monitor a state by a monitoring method called a polling method. In this case, as shown in FIG. 14, first, a sampling command for data collection is transmitted from the receiver to each terminal device. Each terminal device collects analog data such as temperature and smoke density based on the sampling command, converts it into digital data, and waits for a call from the receiver. On the other hand, following the sampling command, the receiver specifies the address of each terminal device in order and calls the terminal device. The called terminal device returns monitoring information to the receiver in response thereto. Then, by repeating this call n times, monitoring information of n terminal devices is first collected. When the data collection in the n terminal devices is completed in this way, a sampling command is issued again, and the (n + 1) th terminal device is called to collect data. That is, the receiver sequentially polls the terminal device between A / D conversions unless an alarm interruption or control data transmission is performed from the terminal device side. By repeating such an operation, data of all terminal devices is collected. The time required to collect data of n terminal devices after issuing the sampling command is about 1 second.
[0003]
By the way, the disaster prevention monitoring and control device, particularly the fire alarm system, is stipulated by the standard that its function must be maintained for a certain period of time or more even if a power failure occurs. Such a standard is defined for each country. For example, in Japan, the function as a fire alarm must be maintained for one hour during a power outage, and in the UK for 72 hours during a power outage. For this reason, it is necessary for the central monitoring device of the fire alarm system to incorporate a battery as a backup power supply in the event of a power outage, especially for those used in countries that require long-term function maintenance, such as the United Kingdom. It is necessary to incorporate a large-capacity battery that can ensure the above.
[0004]
On the other hand, the analog sensors and repeaters serving as terminal devices are equipped with a CPU, and thus consume a considerable amount of current. For this reason, in order to cover the current consumption during a power failure, the built-in battery must have a larger capacity. Therefore, there has been a problem that the size of the device itself increases and the cost of the system increases accordingly. Further, due to the large current consumption of the terminal equipment, there is also a problem that the line length cannot be increased because the line resistance is limited by the current.
[0005]
As a means for solving such a problem, a facility as disclosed in JP-A-62-249299 is known. In this equipment, when the polling address from the receiver is different from the address unique to the terminal device, the CPU of the terminal device is set in a standby state to reduce power consumption. In this method, an address signal and a command signal from the receiver are temporarily held in a buffer circuit, and upon receiving this signal, the CPU is interrupted and the CPU is changed from a standby state to a run state. Then, the CPU in the run state reads the address signal held in the buffer circuit, checks whether the address signal matches the own address, and if not, enters the standby state.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a conventional fire alarm system, since the address signal and command signal from the receiver must be temporarily held in a peripheral circuit such as a buffer circuit, the configuration of the CPU peripheral circuit becomes complicated. In other words, there was a problem that the cost increased. Further, although the power consumption is lower than in the case where the CPU is always kept in the run state, the influence of the current consumption of the peripheral circuits cannot be neglected as the number of terminal devices increases, and improvement thereof has been desired.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems and to provide a disaster prevention monitoring control device that can significantly reduce power consumption during a power failure.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problem, according to the present invention, there is provided a central monitoring device, and a terminal device connected to the central monitoring device via a transmission line. When the central monitoring device has a CPU that returns the acquired monitoring information to the central monitoring device when the central monitoring device receives the sleep command, the central monitoring device sends a sleep command to stop the CPU of the terminal device to all terminal devices. And a control unit that changes the voltage of the transmission line after a lapse of a predetermined time after transmitting the sleep command, and the CPU of the terminal device stops based on the sleep command when the sleep command is received. The stop state is released when a voltage change in the transmission line is detected in the stop state.
[0009]
According to the second aspect, the central monitoring device transmits a sleep command for stopping the CPU of the terminal device to all the terminal devices, and transmits the sleep command after a lapse of a predetermined time after transmitting the sleep command. A terminal for reducing the voltage of the transmission line to a predetermined voltage lower than the voltage at the time of normal signal transmission, and further increasing the voltage of the transmission line to a voltage at the time of normal signal transmission after a lapse of a predetermined time after the voltage drop; The CPU of the device is configured to be in a stopped state based on the sleep command when receiving the sleep command, and release the stopped state when detecting a voltage increase in the transmission line in the stopped state.

According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, the interrupt processing performed by the terminal device that has detected the occurrence of the abnormality is performed during a response time of the terminal device to the polling, and the interrupt signal is constituted by break data. On the other hand, according to the present invention of
[0015]
According to the eleventh aspect, the central monitoring device transmits a sleep command for stopping the CPU of the terminal device to all the terminal devices, and transmits a sleep command after a lapse of a predetermined time after transmitting the sleep command. Is dropped to a predetermined voltage lower than the voltage at the time of normal signal transmission, and after a lapse of a predetermined time after the voltage drop, the voltage of the transmission line is raised to the voltage at the time of normal signal transmission. When a sleep command is received, a stop state is established based on the sleep command. In the stop state, when a rise in voltage of the transmission line is detected, the stop state is released.
[0016]
Further, according to the twelfth aspect, the terminal equipment is called by a central monitoring device via polling via a transmission line, and the terminal equipment which normally receives a calling signal for itself calls the monitoring information obtained by the central monitoring equipment. In the control method of the disaster prevention monitoring control device, the terminal device that has detected the occurrence of the abnormality returns the abnormality detection information to the central monitoring device at a predetermined timing by an interrupt process when the abnormality has occurred. It has an interrupt signal reception time for each cycle, performs polling for the number of times an interrupt signal is received, transmits a sleep command for stopping the CPU of the terminal device to all terminal devices after the polling, and transmits the sleep command. After a lapse of a predetermined time after transmission, the voltage of the transmission line is changed, and the CPU of the terminal device receives the sleep command. In a stopped state based on the come the sleep command, and configured to release the stopped state when it detects a voltage change of the transmission path in the stopped state.
[0017]
In addition, according to the thirteenth aspect, the central monitoring device has an interrupt signal reception time every predetermined period, performs polling for the number of times the interrupt signal is received, and after the polling, sends the terminal device to all the terminal devices. After the sleep command is transmitted, and after a lapse of a predetermined time from the transmission of the sleep command, the voltage of the transmission line is reduced to a predetermined voltage lower than the voltage at the time of normal signal transmission. After a lapse of time, the voltage of the transmission line is increased to the voltage at the time of normal signal transmission, and the CPU of the terminal device stops when the sleep command is received based on the sleep command. When a rise is detected, the stop state is released.

The present invention is directed to a disaster prevention monitoring control device that calls a terminal device such as a smoke detector by so-called polling and returns monitoring information obtained therefrom to a receiver. By setting a sleep command for stopping a processing device (hereinafter abbreviated as CPU), the CPU is stopped for a certain period of time, thereby reducing the current consumption of the system.

Next, a specific operation of the disaster prevention monitoring control apparatus according to the present invention will be described. FIG. 4 is a time chart showing the state of the first embodiment of the polling operation in the present invention.
The present invention relates to the control of the disaster prevention monitoring control device at the time of a power failure. In the present embodiment, first, all the
According to the present embodiment, since the CPU stop time is provided, it takes a longer time to poll all terminal devices than when polling is performed continuously. Even if one of the terminal devices is called, if an abnormality is detected in another terminal device, an interrupt is issued at a predetermined timing, and the receiver 1 can receive the abnormality detection information. There is no problem in disaster prevention monitoring.
In addition, since information other than fire information has low urgency, the number of polling times may be as small as once or twice per second. Therefore, by executing the interrupt processing as in the present embodiment, it is possible to stop the CPU of the terminal device while securing the reliability of acquiring the fire information, and the present invention can be applied more effectively.

In normal times, first, it is confirmed whether or not a signal has been received from the receiver 1 (S21). When the signal reception is confirmed, the process proceeds to step S22, and it is checked whether or not the received command field is a sampling command.
[0043]
If it is not a sampling command, the flow advances to S23 to check whether the calling address matches its own address. If an address match is obtained, the flow advances to S24 to check whether the command is a control command. In the normal polling, since the detection data is a response command, the process proceeds to S26, and a response transmission for reading out the detection data stored in the memory and transmitting it to the receiver 1 is performed. On the other hand, if the received command is a control command for a sensor test or the like, the flow advances to S25 to execute the control for the designated sensor test or the like, and the result is transmitted as a response in S26.
[0044]
On the other hand, when the reception of the sampling command is determined in S22, the process proceeds to S27 shown in FIG. 9, the waiting time Tw is set by the address, and the elapse of the set waiting time Tw is waited in S28. FIG. 13 is a time chart showing the state of the third embodiment of the polling operation. Next, two terminal devices are called in order, and then a sleep mode command is transmitted. That is, in this embodiment, data is exchanged with the
[0051]
Although three examples of the polling operation have been described above, the control method of the disaster prevention monitoring control device is not limited to the above-described three embodiments, and a sleep mode command is transmitted to stop the CPU of the terminal device. Needless to say, the number of terminal device calls can be changed arbitrarily. In the embodiments, the rising state of the high-level signal from the receiver 1 is detected to release the stop state of the CPU, but the falling state to the low-level signal may be detected. Further, a configuration may be adopted in which a signal having a voltage higher than the normal high level or a signal lower than the normal low level is transmitted and the ON / OFF of the CPU is controlled by detecting the signal.
[0052]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, when the CPU of the terminal device receives the sleep command, the terminal device is stopped based on the sleep command, and when the CPU detects a voltage change of the transmission line in the stopped state, the stopped state is released. The terminal device does not call the terminal device at all times, and a peripheral circuit for receiving the stop release signal is almost unnecessary on the terminal device side. There is an effect that it can be reduced. Therefore, the capacity of the battery and the power supply can be reduced, and the size and cost of the device can be reduced. Further, since the current consumption in the terminal device is reduced, the line resistance can be increased, and the line length can be correspondingly increased.
