Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a glass frame in which a glass covering the front surface of a game board of a pachinko machine is stably mounted on the glass frame.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, the glass that covers the front of the game board of a pachinko machine is fitted into a glass frame and attached to a front frame or a decorative frame that is hinged to this front frame, but a conventional glass frame uses a steel band plate. A frame material having two glass mounting grooves is formed by press molding, and this frame material is bent into a rectangular shape with the mounting grooves inside to form a frame main body. A decorative front frame of the same material, which usually forms a picture frame, is assembled along the front edge of the frame body, and is dropped from an end of the mounting groove which is opened upward. The glass plates are mounted facing each other at intervals.
[0003]
This glass frame is usually hinged to one side edge of the front surface of the front frame, or is attached to a decorative frame hinged to the front frame so that it can be opened and closed freely. However, this glass frame not only covers the front of the game board, but also always prevents fraudulent acts performed by piercing the gap between the glass frame and the front frame or decorative frame. The glass must be closed in a closed state, and the glass to be mounted must be integrated with the glass frame so that no gap is formed between them and the glass is not rattled.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the steel glass frame is formed by press molding as described above, the shape is difficult to return due to the springback, and the width of the mounting groove of the glass is unstable. There is a problem that a gap is generated, which causes backlash, and is not preferable in terms of the security effect. In addition, the conventional glass frame has a structure in which the frame main body and the decorative front frame are formed separately and then the two are joined and assembled, so that the manufacturability is poor, and the strength is also unstable. was there.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems and has been made with an object of improving the same. The frame material forming the main body of the glass frame is made of an extruded aluminum material, and the glass mounting groove provided on the aluminum material is accurately formed. And a glass frame for a pachinko machine in which the gap between the mounting groove of the glass and the glass mounted on the glass frame is effectively filled and stopped. It is.
[0006]
[Means for solving the problem]
The present invention has been made based on the above-mentioned object, and is characterized by using an aluminum mold material extruded into an E-shaped cross section having two glass mounting grooves in parallel with a ridge therebetween. The mounting groove is bent in a U-shape inward, two parallel side frame portions are extended from both ends of one side frame portion, and the other side frame portion is placed between the ends of the parallel two side frame portions. The rectangular frame body is assembled by handing over, while the edge of the glass is inserted from the end of the mounting groove opened at the end of the two side frame portion, and the two glasses are faced at an interval. In a glass frame of a pachinko machine mounted on a pachinko machine, a play preventing member having a spring piece bent in an arc is fitted into the two mounting grooves, and the spring piece is formed between the groove side wall and the glass to be mounted. To provide a glass frame characterized by being elastically interposed therebetween. Located in.
[0007]
Further, according to the present invention, the play preventing member has a mounting portion having a U-shaped cross section to be fitted to the ridge, and a spring piece is extended from one or both ends of the mounting portion to the ridge. Another object of the present invention is to provide a glass frame characterized in that the spring piece is inserted between the glass and the groove side wall on the ridge side as the mounting portion is fitted and fixed.
[0008]
Also, the present invention is characterized in that a small protrusion is hung on the lower surface of the mounting portion of the backlash preventing member, while a small fitting hole is formed on the upper surface of the ridge of the glass frame, and the small protrusion is pressed into the small hole. It is an object of the present invention to provide a glass frame characterized by fastening a play preventing member.
[0009]
[Operation]
According to the present invention, as is apparent from the above-described configuration, the frame material forming the glass frame body is an aluminum extruded die material having an E-shaped cross section having two glass mounting grooves parallel to each other with a ridge therebetween. From the mounting groove and the glass to be mounted on the frame can be easily formed, so that the frame body corresponding to the thickness of the glass can be easily formed. A stable glass frame is obtained because the stopper is inserted.
Next, features of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings.
[0010]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a pachinko machine equipped with a glass frame according to the present invention with a glass removed, FIG. 2 is a front view of a front frame removed from the machine frame, and FIG. 3 is various members to be assembled to the front frame. FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view showing a state in which is removed. In the drawings, reference numeral 1a denotes a machine frame of a pachinko machine, and 1b denotes a front frame.
The front frame 1b is formed in a vertically-long rectangular frame shape by upper and lower frame portions 2 and 3 and left and right frame portions 4 and 5, and each frame portion is formed as a flat plate and the whole is formed flat. The front frame is made of synthetic resin and is integrally formed with a material. Upper and lower hinge pieces 6 and 7 for freely opening and closing the machine frame 1a are hinged to the upper and lower ends of the left frame portion 4 side. Metal contact plates 8 and 9 for fixing are attached. Is installed.
[0011]
The front frame 1b is formed to have a size covering the front surface of the machine frame, and the front surface of the lower frame portion 3 is formed as a smooth surface as a mounting portion for fixing a lower plate substrate 14 described later. A window 15 serving as an exit of a prize ball is opened in the center, and a locking hole 16 for hooking a hook-shaped locking claw protruding from the back surface of the lower plate substrate 14 is provided at an appropriate position on the left, right, and center. It is.
[0012]
The opening 10 allows the front face of the game board to be seen and the front face of the hitting and launching device to be seen, and the decorative frame 17 and the upper plate 18 are assembled to this opening.
On the other hand, an intermediate hinge piece 19 is provided on the left frame portion 4 so as to be located between the hinge pieces 6 and 7 provided at the upper and lower ends. The upper and lower edges of the left side edge of the decorative frame 17 are pivotally connected to the hinge piece 19 and the upper hinge piece 6, and the hinge is freely opened and closed. On the other hand, the left edge of the upper plate 18 is housed between the middle hinged piece 19 and the upper end of the lower plate 14 facing the hinged piece, and the upper and lower ends are pivotally attached to each other to open and close similarly. The opening 10 can be closed by hinged and closing both together.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 10, the decorative frame 17 has a pivot shaft 20 urged by a spring so as to protrude upward at the upper end of one side edge on the hinge side. The hinge is formed by fitting into a bearing hole provided in the piece 6 and by fitting a shaft 21 projecting downward at a lower end portion into a bearing hole of the intermediate hinge piece 19, and The base plate 18 has a downward shaft 22 provided at the lower end on the hinged side fitted into a bearing hole 23 provided at the upper end of one side edge of the lower plate substrate 14, and the shaft 21 of the decorative frame 17 is fitted into a bearing hole 24 provided at the upper end. Are fitted to each other so as to be hinged.
[0014]
The upper plate 18 can be released from the hinge by pulling up the shaft 22 from the bearing hole 23 and can be removed from the front frame 1b (this will be described later in detail). The decorative frame 17 can be removed from the front frame 1 by pulling the shaft 20 down from the upper hinge piece 6 against the spring and then lifting the decorative frame 17 to remove the shaft 21 from the intermediate hinge piece 19. ing. Needless to say, both the decorative frame 17 and the upper plate 18 can be assembled to the front frame 1b by performing the above-described removal operation in reverse.
[0015]
The decorative frame 17 is made of a synthetic resin in the shape of a frame, and is formed in such a size that it can cover and cover almost the entire upper half of the front frame 1b when closed. In the decorative frame shown here, the upper edge 17a and the left and right edges 17b, 17c are bulged forward to be three-dimensional, and a hollow portion 25 is formed on the back surface to provide a wiring space for lead wires of lighting or display lamps. ing. A colored translucent lens cover 26, 27, 28 is mounted on the front surface of each edge to cover the illumination or display lamp facing forward through a through hole 29 formed in each edge. is there.
[0016]
The lens covers 26, 27, and 28 are mounted so as to be fitted to a mounting portion 30 formed on the front surface of each of the edge portions 17a, 17b, and 17c, and project rearward from the edge of each cover. The hook 31 is engaged and attached to the notch engaging portion 32 provided along the edge of the mounting portion 30 by using elasticity. In this case, the left and right covers 27 and 28 are attached, then the upper cover 26 is attached, and the ends of the three members are joined to form a gate shape on the front surface of the decorative frame 17 for decoration.
[0017]
In the figure, reference numeral 33 denotes a glass frame according to the present invention for closing the opening 34 from the back of the decorative frame 17. The glass frame 33 is provided with two glass plates 35, 35 facing each other at an interval, and has one side edge hinged to the back of the left edge portion 17b of the decorative frame, and is freely openable and closable.
[0018]
The glass frame 33 shown here is formed by extruding an aluminum material into the material to enhance the security effect and to prevent rattling at the time of mounting, thereby improving the accuracy. As shown in FIG. 16, the profile used here is provided with a ridge 36 provided with a circular through hole at the center along the center portion along the lengthwise direction. The glass mounting grooves 37, 37 are provided, and are formed so as to have a substantially E-shaped cross section. As shown in the figure, this profile is bent in a U-shape as shown in the figure, and a left vertical frame 33a as one side frame and horizontal frames 33b and 33c as other side frames are extended from the upper and lower ends thereof in parallel. Further, a right vertical frame 33d, which is another side frame made of aluminum having a U-shaped cross section, is passed between the free ends of the two horizontal frames 33b and 33c, and assembled into a rectangular frame as a whole. is there.
[0019]
As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the right vertical frame 33d is a thin profile material adapted to the width of the projecting ridge 36 which is bent in a U-shape, and is a ridge 36 facing the ends of the upper and lower horizontal frames 33b and 33c. , 36 are screwed (not shown) into the circular through-hole by screwing both ends together to form a rectangular assembly. By connecting the right vertical frame 33d, the glass mounting grooves in the upper and lower horizontal frames are connected. The ends of 37, 37 are opened (see FIG. 15) so that the glass 35 can be inserted from here.
[0020]
By the way, as described above, the shape material constituting the glass frame 33 is to form the horizontal frames 33b and 33c as the upper and lower side frames by bending both ends thereof at right angles around the left vertical frame 33a as one side frame. However, the corners 38, 38 formed by this bending do not form a right angle but have an arc shape. Therefore, when the glass 35 cut into a rectangular shape is inserted from the end of the mounting groove 37 and mounted, the corners of the right-angled glass do not fit in the arc-shaped corners 38, and as a result, the left vertical frame 33a and the side of the glass 35 There will be a gap between the edge and the edge.
[0021]
The above-mentioned problem can be solved by forming the corners of the glass 35 in an arc shape so as to match the corners 38. However, performing such pre-processing on the glass increases the cost and at the same time raises and lowers one side edge of the glass. Since the processing is performed only on both corners, the fitting of the glass 35 has directivity, which is inconvenient in handling.
Therefore, in the present invention, the bottoms of the glass mounting grooves 37, 37, which correspond to the two corners 38, 38, are cut along the length direction at the arcuate portions, and elongated protruding holes 39, 39 are formed to open the corners of the glass. The corners of the glass 35 formed in a rectangular shape are fitted exactly to the arc-shaped corners 38 of the glass frame.
[0022]
Reference numeral 40 in the figure denotes a rattling member attached to the upper and lower horizontal frames 33b and 33c to stop the glass 35 fitted in the glass frame from rattling. The play preventing member 40 is formed of a synthetic resin having elasticity, and has a mounting portion 40a having a U-shaped cross section as shown in the figure and a bifurcated arc-shaped spring extending from both ends of the mounting portion 40a. The mounting portion 40a is fitted so as to cover the ridge 36 of each horizontal frame, and a small projection 40c vertically extending from the lower surface thereof is pressed into a fitting small hole 41 provided on the upper surface of the ridge 36. The spring pieces 40b are inserted into the respective mounting grooves 37 along the length direction by this mounting.
[0023]
FIGS. 19 and 20 illustrate the mounting of the rattling member 40 and the prevention of rattling of the glass 35 by the rattling member in the lower horizontal frame 33c. When the glass 35 inserted from the end of the glass mounting groove 37 reaches the play preventing member 40 attached in the middle of the horizontal frame, the glass piece 35b lying in the groove 37 is crushed and penetrated, and the left vertical frame 33a is mounted. It is mounted by sliding until one side edge is fitted in the groove 37.
[0024]
The two glasses 35 are similarly inserted into the respective mounting grooves 37, crushing the spring pieces 40b of the respective rattling members 40, and being pressed against the side walls of the grooves by the repulsive force thereof, thereby being rattled. And the spacing between the glasses is maintained. The rattling member 40 is also attached to the upper horizontal frame 33b so as to oppose each other, and elastically stops vertically.
[0025]
By the way, in order to mount the backlash preventing member 40, in this embodiment, the width of each mounting groove 37 of the glass frame is formed to be wider than the thickness of the glass 35, so that the arc-shaped spring piece 40b can be easily formed together with the glass 35. It fits. Further, by expanding the width, the glass 35 can be easily fitted. At the same time, when the glass 35 is pressed from inside and outside, the spring piece 40b absorbs the force.
In particular, when the glass frame 33 is closed to the decorative frame 17, the edge 34a protruding toward the rear of the opening 34 is brought into contact with the front surface of the glass 35 in front of the glass frame 33 so that the spring piece 40b absorbs the pressure. In addition, if there is an error in the positional relationship between the edge 34a of the decorative frame 17 and the glass 35 that fits in the glass frame 33 in the closing operation, this error can be absorbed and it works effectively. Will be.
[0026]
In this embodiment, the backlash preventing member 40 is described with respect to an example in which a pair of spring pieces 40b are provided at both ends of the mounting portion 40a. Needless to say, it is also possible to omit one of the two spring pieces and insert one spring piece into the two mounting grooves 37 in parallel.
In addition, as described above, the rattling member 40 is used to prevent rattling caused by the difference between the thickness of the glass 35 fitted into the glass frame and the groove width of the mounting groove 37, and the glass frame is closed by the decorative frame 17. In order to prevent rattling caused by a closing error between the two when they are aligned, the mounting position, the number thereof, the number of spring pieces, and the like are appropriately selected in implementation.
[0027]
In the figure, reference numerals 42 and 43 denote pivot pieces for hinged the glass frame 33 to the decorative frame 17. This pivoting piece is formed by bending a strip-shaped metal piece into a crank shape, and is attached integrally to the outside of the corner portion 38 of the glass frame 33 using a rivet or the like. By attaching the pivot piece, the corner of the glass 35 protruding outside from the protruding hole 39 of the corner 38 is covered, and danger in handling is avoided (see FIG. 17).
[0028]
The glass frame 33 can be freely opened and closed by pivotally attaching the bearing pieces 42a, 43a of the pivot pieces 42, 43 to pivot shafts 44, 45 provided above and below the rear surface of the left edge 17b of the decorative frame 17, respectively. The pin 46 provided on the right vertical frame 33d on the free end side is engaged with the locking claw 47 so as to be held in a closed state.
[0029]
The locking claw 47 is fixed to a mounting table 48 erected on the back of the right edge portion 17c with a screw 49 and is raised, and the pin 46 approaching from above (actually in the rearward horizontal direction) due to the blockage of the glass frame 33. Is received on the head of the claw 50 and is guided through the inclined surface so as to be bent once and then stopped.
In the figure, reference numeral 51 denotes a guide for guiding the pin 46 into abutment with the locking claw 47 when the glass frame is closed, and guides the pin 46 into a wall shape from the back of the right edge 17c of the decorative frame. The pin 46 is slid into the slit 52 that is erected and cut vertically to be guided to the locking claw 47. In the drawing, reference numeral 53 denotes a projection for positioning and fixing the locking claw 47.
[0030]
As described above, the decorative frame 17 having the glass frame 33 on the back is closed so as to be in contact with the front surface of the front frame 1b with the pivots 20 and 21 as fulcrums, and the right edge 17c on the free end side is formed. A locking claw (not shown) provided on the back surface is locked and locked by the locking device 11. At this time, the keyhole decoration 54 provided at the center of the front surface of the right frame portion 5 of the front frame 1 is received in the notch portion 55 provided in the right edge portion 17c to avoid collision between the two.
[0031]
The keyhole decoration 54 is an attachment member for attaching the cylinder lock 56 to the front frame 1b for locking the front frame 1b to the machine frame 1a so as not to open the cylinder lock arbitrarily. This keyhole decoration is formed wider than the width of the key operation knob so that when the key is inserted into the keyhole of the cylinder lock from the front and unlocked, the decoration frame 17 can be freely opened and closed while the key is inserted. The cut-out portion 55 is formed in such a size that it receives the keyhole decoration 54 and at the same time does not generate an unnecessary gap therebetween.
[0032]
The keyhole decoration 54 is provided with a lens cover 57 having the same condition as the cover 28 on the front surface to give a sense of unity when the decoration frame 17 is closed. In the figure, reference numeral 58 denotes a rotating piece of the cylinder lock 56, which operates the locking hook 59 hooked to the machine frame 1a at the time of unlocking operation.
[0033]
On the other hand, as described above, the upper plate 18 has the shaft 22 mounted on the bearing hole 23 of the lower plate 14 and the shaft 21 pivotally mounted on the intermediate hinge piece 19 is fitted into the bearing hole 24 at the upper left end. As a result, the substrate is formed into a synthetic resin material in conformity with the decorative frame 17, and the prize ball released from the prize ball device is formed at the center of the upper front surface. A receiving tray 60 is provided integrally, and a screw receiver for fixing a back substrate (not shown) equipped with a hit ball supply gutter 61 and a connecting gutter 62 for receiving a released prize ball from the prize ball gutter is provided at an appropriate position on the back of the substrate. 63 is provided. [0034]
The reinforcing material 64 is formed by bending both ends of a strip-shaped metal plate at right angles, one of which is a reinforcing piece 66 of the bearing hole 24, and the other is a supporting piece 67 of the shaft 22. The reinforcing piece 66 corresponds to the bearing hole 24. A through hole 68 is provided at the position indicated above, and an insertion hole for receiving the shaft 22 is provided in the support piece 67.
The shaft 22 is formed by bending a metal round bar into an L-shape, and one of the shafts is used as a knob to slide into a slit 69 formed vertically in the reinforcing member, and the other shaft passed through the insertion hole of the support piece 67. With this knob, it can be operated up and down.
[0035]
This vertical movement of the shaft 22 is for facilitating the mounting of the upper plate 18. After the shaft 21 passed through the intermediate hinge piece 19 is inserted into the bearing hole 24 and the through hole 68 as described above, The shaft 22 is pulled up to face directly above the bearing hole 23 of the lower plate substrate 14, and then a shaft portion (knob) sliding on the slit 69 is operated so as to protrude into the lower bearing hole 23, thereby assembling the upper plate substrate 18. It can be attached.
[0036]
On the other hand, the locking member 65 includes a mounting piece 70 and a slide locking piece 71, and is mounted via the mounting piece 70 to a mounting portion 72 provided on the back surface on the free end side of the substrate.
The slide locking piece 71 is constantly urged upward by a spring (not shown) contracted between a claw 73 provided on this piece and a claw 74 provided on the mounting piece 70, and the slide locking piece 71 is pivoted on the shafts 21 and 22 as fulcrums. When the plate substrate 18 is rotated and closed, a locking claw 75 projecting rearward from the slide locking piece 71 is opposed to a locking portion 76 provided on the right frame portion 5 of the front frame 1 against the spring. So that it can be hooked.
[0037]
The locking portion 76 is formed by stamping a metal plate, and the locking claw 75 rushes into a hole 77 formed in the locking portion 76 to be stopped. Then, the locking member 65 releases the engagement of the locking claw 75 by pressing the upper end 78 of the slide locking piece 71 which projects the head to the upper end on the free end side of the upper substrate to allow the upper substrate to be opened. Become.
[0038]
On the front surface of the receiving tray 60 provided on the front surface of the upper plate substrate 18, a horizontally long decorative lens cover is arranged so as to be continuous with the lens cover 27 that is vertically arranged along the front surface of the left edge 17b of the decorative frame 17. 79 are provided. [0043]
One reason that the width of the decorative frame 17 and the upper plate 18 is made equal to the width of the front frame 1b so as to cover the front surface thereof is that the combined portion of the two is formed by the opening 10 of the front frame 1b. In order to prevent fraudulent acts, the effect is further enhanced by adding the step portion 96 and the edge portions 97 and 98.
[0044]
The countermeasures against fraud in the present invention will be further described. Between the keyhole decoration 54 attached to the front surface of the right frame 5 of the front frame and the notch 55 provided on the right edge 17c of the decoration frame 17 facing the same. Similarly, an interlocking relationship is formed. That is, as shown in FIG. 8, an inner edge 99 is formed in the keyhole decoration 54 in a U-shaped cross section to form a groove opening forward, and a rearward edge 100 of the notch 55 is fitted into this edge. The intrusion of illegal members such as piano wires from the portion where the two are combined is prevented.
[0045]
5 and 7, the upper edge 101 of the upper dish substrate is formed in a U-shaped cross section, and a groove is formed at the edge where the decorative frame 17 and the upper dish substrate 18 face each other. The lower edge 17d of the decorative frame 17 is formed as a rearward edge 102 so that when the two are closed, a straight space is not formed in the front-rear direction.
[0046]
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the drawings, each of the above-described parts is configured as an independent part before assembly and manufacture. The machine frame is a rectangular frame, the front frame 1b is a flat frame, and the decorative frame is 17, the upper plate substrate 18 and the lower plate substrate 14 are individually formed of synthetic resin, respectively, and the mechanism frame 87 is formed separately from a metal plate.
[0047]
For each of the individually formed parts, a hinged piece 103 for hingedly attaching the front frame 1b is attached in advance to the machine frame 1a, and upper and lower hinges corresponding to the hinged pieces of the machine frame 1a are attached to the front frame 1b. The pieces 6, 7 and the intermediate hinge piece 19 and the locking device 11 are attached in advance and prepared as basic components.
[0048]
On the other hand, the decorative frame 17 has lens covers 26, 27, and 28 for decorating the front surface thereof, and a display or illumination lamp. The lens covers 79 and 86 are similarly mounted on the upper plate and the lower plate. Will be kept.
The mechanism frame 87 mounts various types of mechanism components such as the storage tank 91, and has a firing device 90a, a firing rail 90b, and the like attached to the front surface.
[0049]
In this way, each member is individually stored, and the members mounted with predetermined parts are stored and managed in an independent state, collected at the final assembly stage of manufacturing, and assembled and completed in the aforementioned combination relationship. You. At the time of this assembling, various adjustments and inspections such as mutual assembling adjustment, electrical relations, release of prize balls upon winning, and the like are performed.
[0050]
The decorative frame 17, the upper plate 18, and the lower plate 14 appear on the front of the pachinko machine when the assembly is completed, and the design of the pachinko machine is determined. Therefore, the combination of the three members is determined prior to the assembly with the front frame 1b. At this stage, the design of the pachinko machine itself is finalized. From this, it is possible to manufacture a plurality of types of pachinko machines having different designs by changing the arrangement of the decorative frame 17 and the substrates 14 and 18 of the upper plate and the lower plate with the front frame 1b and the mechanism frame 87 being the same. Become. Needless to say, the pachinko machine is changed as a result of the selection of the game board 88 and the change of the game software related to the prize device incorporated in the game board, and is assembled as a different pachinko machine.

【The invention's effect】
Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, according to the present invention, since the glass frame main body is made of an extruded aluminum material, the mounting groove of the glass is formed into an appropriate width according to the thickness of the glass. Therefore, a high-precision glass frame can be provided, and an elastic play preventing member is interposed in the mounting groove to fill a gap between the glass and the side wall of the mounting groove. A simple glass frame can be provided.
Further, in the present invention, since the glass is pressed forward by the play preventing member, the glass frame is closed when the glass frame is closed and the glass is attached to the decorative frame, and there is a slight positional error between the two. However, since the backlash absorbing member absorbs this, stable closing can be obtained.
Further, since the play preventing member of the present invention is a molded product made of a synthetic resin, there is an advantage that it can be easily and inexpensively provided.
