Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to an air purifying device particularly suitable for purifying polluted air due to vehicle exhaust gas.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Exhaust gas emitted from vehicles contains a large amount of pollutants such as carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, dust, etc., where many vehicles pass or enter, such as highways and parking lots, or At intersections and around department stores where traffic is congested, the air is polluted by exhaust gas.
Conventionally, a device for purifying air contaminated with exhaust gas has not been installed in a place where such a large number of vehicles pass or enter.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
This is because the mere installation of a conventional filter-type air purifying device causes problems such as impairing the appearance of roads, parking lots, intersections and department stores.
The present invention has been devised in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide an air purification device that can be installed in a place where a number of vehicles pass or exit without impairing aesthetic appearance. It is in.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a soil in which plants can be planted and microorganisms can grow, a soil container having a peripheral wall portion and a bottom wall portion for containing the soil, and contaminated air at the bottom of the soil. An air passage that guides the contaminated air, supplies air to the air passage and supplies the air, and a container for the air moving unit that houses the air flowing unit. Is formed in a rectangular shape in a plan view having a length, and the two containers for soil are provided so as to be linear in the length direction, and the container for air flow means is provided between the two containers for soil. And contaminated air is supplied to the bottom of soil in the soil containers on both sides through the air passage by the air flow means.
[0005]
【Example】
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the air purification device, FIG. 2 is a front view in a used state, and FIG. 3 is a sectional side view of the air purification device.
Reference numeral 1 denotes an air purification device. In this embodiment, a large number of the air purification devices 1 are provided along the side of a slope S connecting a road and an underground parking lot.
The air purification device 1 includes a soil 3 in which a plant 2 is planted, a container 5 for storing the soil 3 (corresponding to a soil container), and a perforated pipe 7 (in an air passage) for introducing contaminated air to the bottom of the soil 3. Blower 9 (corresponding to air flow means) which sucks in contaminated air and supplies the perforated pipe 7 to the perforated pipe 7; Prepare.
[0006]
The soil 3 is formed by mixing pearlite or the like based on soil in which microorganisms can propagate, for example, black soil or the like to increase the porosity.
A gravel layer 301 made of crushed stone or the like is provided at the bottom of the soil 3, and the perforated pipe 7 is embedded in the gravel layer 301.
[0007]
The container 5 has a rectangular shape in a plan view, and includes four side portions 501 and a bottom portion 503 provided at the lower end of the side portions 501.
The container 5 containing the plant 2 and the soil 3 and the case 11 containing the blower 9 are both movable, and two containers 5 are arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction. Are located.
[0008]
The width and height of the case 11 are the same as those of the container 5, and a suction port 1101 for contaminated air is opened at the top of the front of the container 5.
The blower 9 includes a case body 901 in which a fan (not shown) is installed, a suction pipe 903 protruding from the case body 901, and two discharge pipes 905. The tip of the suction pipe 903 has the suction port. 1101, two discharge pipes 905 are connected to the corresponding perforated pipes 7, and in this embodiment, two containers 5 in which the plants 2 are planted and one case 11 in which the blower 9 is housed are unitized. Has been
[0009]
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 13 denotes a sensor for detecting whether or not a vehicle has passed. When it is confirmed by the sensor 13 that the vehicle has passed, for example, the blower 9 is driven for a predetermined time. I have.
In FIG. 2, reference numeral 15 denotes a solar panel constituting a part of the solar cell. In the embodiment, the blower 9 is rotated by electric energy generated by the solar cell.
[0010]
In addition, at the four corners of the bottom surface of the container 5, a water trap trap type drain portion is formed, and when a predetermined amount or more of water enters the container 5, the water is released and air that is not purified from the drain portion is removed. I try not to escape.
[0011]
Next, the operation will be described.
When the vehicle passes the slope S, the sensor 13 detects that the vehicle has passed, and the blower 9 is driven to rotate.
When the blower 9 is rotationally driven, the contaminated air contaminated by the exhaust gas is sucked from the suction port 1101 and the suction pipe 903, and supplied from the two discharge pipes 905 to the corresponding perforated pipes 7, respectively.
Then, the contaminated air reaches the bottom of the soil 3 from the gravel layer 301, passes through the soil 3, and returns to the atmosphere from the surface of the soil 3.
[0012]
When the air passes through the soil 3, dust is trapped and impurities such as hydrocarbon gas such as methane are adsorbed by the physical action of the soil 3 as a filter.
Also, pollutants such as impurity components are decomposed by microorganisms.
Aerobic microorganisms proliferate on the surface of the soil 3 or on the part where the air flows inside the soil 3, and anaerobic microorganisms proliferate on the part where the air does not flow inside the soil 3 and these microorganisms For example, carbon monoxide is mainly converted to carbon dioxide, nitric oxide is mainly converted to nitrate ions, and methane gas is mainly converted to carbon dioxide Decomposes into water and thus removes contaminants.
Then, the clean air from which the contaminants have been removed passes through the soil 3 and is returned to the atmosphere from the surface of the soil 3 between the plants 2.
[0013]
As described above, according to the air purification device 1 according to the present embodiment, the soil 3 on which the plants 2 are planted is used to purify the contaminated air. Therefore, it is as if a plant or a flowerbed is provided instead of installing a purification device. Therefore, the air purification device 1 can be installed without deteriorating the beauty of the slope S and its vicinity.
[0014]
The replacement of the plant 2 and the replacement of the soil are optional. In particular, the replacement of the plant 2 is advantageous in enhancing the aesthetic appearance.
The blower 9 may be driven using solar energy as in the embodiment, or may be driven using a commercial power supply or the like.
Further, in the embodiment, the case where the air passage is constituted by the perforated pipe 7 has been described. However, the air passage is constituted by, for example, a space below the bottom portion 503 and partitioned by an area corresponding to the area of the bottom portion 503. In short, any structure that can supply contaminated air to the bottom of the soil 3 may be used.
[0015]
Further, in the embodiment, the case where the case 11 accommodating the blower 9 is arranged on the side of the container 5 has been described, but the container 5 and the case 11 may be integrated, or the blower A space for housing may be secured and the blower 9 may be housed in this space, or the blower 9 may be arranged at a location away from the container 5. The length of the air passage connecting the ground and the bottom of the soil 3 becomes longer.
The place where the air purification device 1 according to the present invention is installed is, of course, arbitrary regardless of indoor or outdoor. However, in addition to the embodiment, the place where the air purifying apparatus 1 is installed outdoors can be a central divider of a main road, a parking lot, Another example is an intersection where a car is congested or a side of a sidewalk near a department store.
Further, in the embodiment, the contaminated air is passed from the bottom of the soil 3 toward the surface, and the clean air is returned to the atmosphere from the surface of the soil 3. However, it is of course possible to reverse the flow of the air. It is. That is, a suction pump or the like is disposed inside the case 11 in place of the blower 9, sucks contaminated air from the surface of the soil 3 toward the bottom, and returns clean air passing through the soil 3 from the case 11 to the atmosphere. You may.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the air purifying apparatus of the present invention, the air is purified using the soil in which the plants are planted, so that the air purifying apparatus is installed as if a plant or a flower bed were installed. It can be installed and therefore does not impair the aesthetics, and is particularly suitable for being installed where a large number of vehicles pass or exit.
