TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a steel pipe for a concrete composite pile used as a core material of a cast-in-place concrete pile, and a method of constructing a steel pipe concrete composite pile using the steel pipe.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Cast-in-place concrete piles are a typical example of foundation piles that support buildings. This is a concrete pile obtained by drilling a vertical hole in the construction ground, embedding a core material such as a reinforcing cage in the vertical hole, and filling it with fresh concrete. With the increase in height, cast-in-place concrete piles exhibiting increasingly strong bearing capacity are required. Therefore, the applicant has previously developed a technique for constructing a steel-pipe concrete composite pile using a steel pipe with an external rib as a core material.

【The invention's effect】
When the steel pipe for a concrete composite pile according to claim 1 or 2 is used, a ridge provided on an outer surface of the steel pipe restrains a surrounding concrete column, and a bolt as a projection projecting inward at a tip of the steel pipe. Since the tip portion suppresses the vertical displacement of the pile, the steel pipe for the composite pile and the concrete column are firmly integrated, and can exert a strong support force against the pushing load. Moreover, since the protruding portions and the protruding portions can be formed without requiring complicated processing, the manufacturing cost can be reduced. In particular, if the ridge is formed in a spiral shape, the bending strength and the shear strength of the steel pipe are improved, and the steel pipe can be thinned within the range of the effect of improving the bending strength and the shear strength. Costs can be reduced.
Furthermore , it can be easily installed at the approximate center of a vertical hole drilled in the ground, and a sufficient thickness of concrete is secured around the steel pipe, resulting in stable bearing, bending and shear strength. it is Ru can be.
[0017]
According to the method for constructing a steel-pipe concrete composite pile according to the third and fourth aspects, the steel pipe for a concrete composite pile according to the first or second aspect and the concrete are firmly integrated with each other, and the supporting force against the indentation load and the bending are achieved. A tough steel tube concrete composite pile excellent in bending strength and shear strength against moment and shear stress can be obtained.
