Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a plunger-type pump for a liquid discharging container that is mounted on the mouth and neck of a container body and that sucks up and discharges liquid in the container body by vertically moving a plunger.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventional example 1.
A general plunger pump includes a plunger that operates to enter and exit a cylinder having a suction port and a discharge port, a suction valve on the side of the suction port, and a discharge valve on the side of the discharge port. By operating the plunger in and out, the suction valve and the discharge valve are operated to suck the liquid from the suction port, pressurize the liquid, and discharge the liquid from the discharge port.
[0003]
Conventional example 2.
A well-known pump with a down nozzle head attached to the mouth and neck of a container body is provided with a suction valve at the lower end of a vertical cylinder with a suction pipe suspended from the lower end, and moves up and down the tubular plunger from above in the cylinder. Slidingly inserted, a discharge valve is provided inside the upper end of the tubular plunger, and a press-down nozzle head is fitted outside the upper end, and the tubular plunger and the press-down nozzle head are moved upward in the cylinder. A biasing spring is built in, and the push-down nozzle head is pushed down against the spring, released, and the tubular plunger is moved up and down by the pushing down and the rising by the spring, so that the suction valve and the discharge valve are moved. By working, the liquid in the container is sucked up through the suction pipe, then pressurized and ejected from the nozzle of the press-down nozzle head.
[0004]
Conventional example 3.
For example, in the liquid dispensing container disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 63-88971, a pump having an elastically deformable dome-shaped head is mounted on the mouth and neck of the container body. This pump has a cap that projects a nozzle from the front surface. A suction valve is provided at the center of the top wall of the main body, and a suction pipe leading from the top wall to the suction valve is provided vertically. An elastically deformable dome-shaped head is provided on the top wall, and the dome shape is provided. A pressurizing chamber is formed inside the head, a discharge flow path from the pressurizing chamber to the nozzle is formed, and a discharge valve is provided in the discharge flow path. The suction valve and the discharge valve are actuated, and the liquid in the container is sucked up through the suction pipe, pressurized, and ejected from the nozzle by the restitution by the elasticity of the nozzle.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, Conventional Example 1. Or Conventional Example 2. In each case, the suction valve and the discharge valve are separately provided, so that the structure relating to the valve is complicated.
Further, Conventional Example 1. In the case of (1), some contrivance is still required to attach it to the mouth and neck of the container so that it can be used conveniently. In the case of (1), since the press-down nozzle head is moved up and down, there is an inconvenience that the nozzle goes up and down during liquid injection.
Conventional example 3. In the case of (1), the liquid is dispensed by deforming the dome-shaped head and restoring the same, so that it is suitable for dispensing a relatively small amount of liquid, but is unsuitable for increasing the amount of liquid to be dispensed.
The present invention is intended to solve these problems, and at the same time, is intended to prevent a liquid leak or the like at the time of tipping over by a simple operation.
